Have you seen poverty before?
If you have then you would be very careful the way you use the words "I am broke". I swear poverty is devastating. It drives people to desperation and this desperation makes them commit all sorts of atrocities. Theft, murder, rituals, violence, etc. Poverty is like an uninvited , unwanted visitor , that packs all it's luggage to ones life. It's like a stain . Let me ask you...
- Do you have a place to sleep tonight?
- Can you afford a meal or get a meal today ?
- Do you have clothes ?
-Do you have clean water?
- Are you healthy?
If you have most of these things then thank God, because you have been ignored by this unwanted visitor. Accept your problems , thank God for them, because someone somewhere is facing something worse.
