Haruto was a regular student like me. Although, he was always away fulfilling his dream to become an idol at YG. Whenever he came back to school, I would hear everyone whisper about how he was so handsome and cool.
The girls always squealed and had the same love eyes whenever he walked by. The guys always talked about how they were so jealous of him for his good looks. I always had supported Haruto. We were the same age but he was just a couple months older.
Of course, Haruto had too much confidence... But I found that attractive about him. I don't have very much confidence. Everyone always tells me how talented I am but I just don't feel like I'm improving enough. Until, Haruto and I encountered each other for the first time.
It was time for the class to choose their projects. You were able to create a song and sing it, paint it, or just read a typed essay. I, of course, chose to sing it.
One thing though, you had to work with a partner.
I didn't have a partner since there was an odd number of students. I didn't mind much. When it was lunch, I went into the empty room that no one uses. There was a keyboard in there already so it was just the perfect room. I started writing and arranging the piece to fit my style on my laptop. If I had to say, I would totally be (your fav company)'s style.
Finally, I was done with the song. I practiced it once until I heard someone clapping from behind me. I got startled and turned around. It was Haruto. He gave me that cute smile of his and said, "Nice. Did you make that for the project?" I just stared and admired his visuals. "How can someone be that perfect?" I mumbled. He smirked and said "What?" I blushed and looked away. I didn't mean for him to hear that. "Why are you in here?" I asked politely. He messed with the keys on the keyboard and said "Well, I heard you didn't have a partner. So, here I am." My eyes widened. "I already wrote the song though." I said. He patted my head and said "It's fine. I'll just write my own rap in there somehow." I froze in shock. Haruto patted my head. Haruto patted my head. Haruto patted my head. Haruto patted-
He chuckled and said, "You're cute, (y/n)." He walked out of the room. I sat there, depressed because he left. But he gave me some confidence.
The bell rang and I walked back to class. I sat down and Haruto walked in. He just looked around and everyone started to whisper again. He spotted me and smiled. He walked over and sat down right next to me. That damn smile. People started to whisper even louder, saying things like, "What is Haruto doing?" "Why is he sitting next to (y/n)?!" I just looked down. He then spoke and said "Do you watch YG Treasure Box?" I looked at him and said "Of course!" He laughed and said "Oh really? Who's your favorite?" He looked as if he expected me to say him. I smiled and said "Of course it's Mashiho." He frowned and looked away. I laughed super loud and the whole class looked at me. Oops. "You jealous?" I said, raising one eyebrow. "No. You wouldn't be my favorite if you were on the show, (y/n)!" He said like a little 4 year old. I gave a shocked face and slapped him playfully. He just laughed
and said "AHAHA I'm just joking but Mashiho is too old for you. JUST SAYING." I replied jokingly, "Noooo. Three years is not too old." He looked at me and just smiled. We spent the whole time laughing and getting to know each other. After two weeks, he finally gave me his number and said, "Text me, okay?"

It's been months and we still text everyday.. Except the days he has to practice. I had already been in love with him since day one. But I didn't know if he felt the same as me...
I walked in the class and no one was in there. I read the board and it said, "Class, please go to the auditorium for an unexpected assembly." Unknowingly, I walked to the auditorium and sat in the closest empty chair. Haruto was up on the stage and brought out the original Treasure 7! They performed 미쳐가네 (Going Crazy), which was actually my most favorite song. After they finished, they said they would answer some questions. One question was for Haruto, someone asked, "Haruto, was this song dedicated for someone? I kept seeing you looking in a specific part of the auditorium!" Everyone made sounds like "Oooo!!" He looked at me with the biggest smile. Yedam and Junkyu were holding each other trying to hold in their girly squeals. While the others just waited for him to say something. I quickly got up and tried to sneak out of the auditorium to save myself from the embarrassment. But, Haruto laughed and said, "Well the person is trying to leave the auditorium." The spotlight moved from the stage to me. I froze looking like the Grinch trying to sneak away as Santa Claus.
(If you didn't know what I was talking about LOL)
I stopped and looked at the stage. Haruto said, "We've only known each other for a couple months but I already love this person. It's sad that love is the only word to describe what I feel. I want something more than a friendship. I don't care what the fans say. So...? What do you say? Wanna date?" I walked up on stage and as a joke, said no harshly to see his reaction. He covered his face and smiled trying to hide that he was hurt and upset. Even though, you could see tears starting to form in his eyes.
The crowd went silent and the other treasures opened their mouth in shock. I punched him in the shoulder lightly and said "I'm kidding! Of course I would date you!" He grabbed my waist with one hand and picked up my face with another and said, "Finally." I hugged Haruto and said, "We're still young but I love you." He said "I love you too." Meanwhile, everyone was clapping and screaming, Junkyu and Yedam were fangirling, Yoonbin and Mashiho looked like proud parents, and Jeongwoo and Junghwan were just teasing Haruto. And that was the beginning of our youthful, accidental love. ♥︎
