Hey guys! So sorry I haven't been uploading on 'Geek's Makeover' For a long time, I haven't had any good ideas *sigh* but then I got loads of ideas to start this new story about werewolves.. So here it is! I hope you all enjoy it, I was thinking of about 20 chapters for this story. But I guess I should worry about that later, since I'm only on the first chapter:L! So if you enjoy the first chapter I would appreciate a vote or comment! Oooooooh, and by the way there's a picture of Lynette on the side after she got rejected, so yeah she kinda changed, check it out! I edited it myself. *Very impressed with herself* .... As for now please enjoy the story!!

"Let me get this straight," He stared was on me, cold and emotionless.

"I, Jackson McLain, reject you Lynette Jane Belldon."

Each individual one of those words stabbed me in the heart. It felt like my heart shattering into a million pieces. Was this actually happening? Was the person who was meant to love and cherish me about to walk out of my life? Years and years I've waited, the day where my fated soulmate would show himself to love and embrace me, I thought maybe I would have a happy ending like fairytales. Obviously not. Unwanted tears started to roll there way down my cheeks. Dammit. There was a hint of guilt in his eyes, which left me a fragment of hope. Maybe... But that tiny spark of hope was almost immediately replaced with an stone, cold expression.

"Fine, I, Lynette Jane Belldone accept your rejection Jackson McLain."

As soon as those very words left my mouth, I felt my heart break into two. A gap that could never be replaced. A crack that would never heal. Before more tears threatened to emerge, I ran down the empty hallway. My wolf whimpered, but there was no turning back now.

I woke up and quickly jumped in the shower. I can't believe it's time! It's my 18th birthday today, meaning that I would find my mate! The person that will love and care for me unconditionally. I sighed dreamily. I quicked got changed into ripped flared jeans, a baggy sweater and my black converse. I went downstairs and was greeted by the mouth-watering scent of mom's famous chocolate pancakes. Perfect! This day just keeps getting better and better. I caught Chase hungrily stuffing his mouth with pancakes. What a pig.

"You'll never get a girlfriend eating like that." I chuckled.

"Wanna bet." He said standing up and sticking his chest out showing off his six-pack, his mouth still stuffed with contents of the pancake. This ladies and gentlemen is what girls find attractive.

"Morning darling." My mom smiled at me.

"Morning mom." I gave her a quick bear hug.

I sat down and mom placed my share of pancakes in front of me. Wasting no time at all I devoured the pancakes within minutes.

"You'll never get a boyfriend eating like that." Chase teased.

"Says one." I retorted.

I heard a car horn, whoops almost forgot about Laney!

"See you after school mom." I waved and headed to Laney's bright red sports car.

"Hey Lanes." I said as I clicked my seat belt in place.

"Hey Lyn," She squealed excitedly. "I can't believe you're gonna find your mate today! I'm so happy for you!" She embraced me into a bone-crushing hug. I do love my bestfriend.

"Me neither." I said just as excited.

Laney was possibly the bestest friend anyone could ever wish for. She was kind, caring and beautiful. We've known each other practically our whole lives. When we were both due to be born our mom's met each other at the hospital. Laney had always been the girly one, whereas I was always the tomboy. Through our school life she had always stuck by me, if I ever got bullied she'd make the bullies run home like crying for their moms. She was strong and confident, you could say she was my idol. She had long wavy black hair and dark blue eyes. She had a body every girl wanted and every boy craved. The thing that touched me the most was, even though she was popular she never left me for it.

We pulled up at the student parking lot.

Nope, nothing yet. Everyone says that you'll find your mate just by his scent. Still nothing.

*Lunch*

I entered the cafeteria with Laney. We went over to grab a tray, and went to see what was on the menu. I had a cheese burger with salad. Laney just had chicken burger with salad. I went to pay for my food, after I thanked the at the till. I went to get a table.

I dropped my tray, he was here. My mate was it here. My wolf purred in pleasure. Oh... my wolf!! My wolf finally made an appearance!

Hey I'm Lynette.

I'm Storm your wolf, nice to meet you.

Likewise I can't believe I'm actually talking to you this is amazing!

I know I've been dying to meet you Lynette.

Our mates in here Storm.

I know, find him Lynette!

I scanned the cafeteria for my mate. It was like a magnetic pull. My eyes landed on the table of the 'Popular people.' Oh no, this is not possible.

Jackson McLain. My mate.

He looked at me and gave me a massive grin. But then it changed. He narrowed his eyes and he frowned. He was looking at me. Was he not satisfied? I dropped my tray and ran out of the cafeteria. I saw he get up and chased after me. Maybe he accepted me. He rounded the corner and stood directly in front of me. He glared at me.

"Let me get this straight," He stared was on me, cold and emotionless.

"I, Jackson McLain, reject you Lynette Jane."

"I'm home!" I shouted cheerfully, which was the opposite of what I was feeling right now.

"Welcome home sweetie," My mother looked up from the pile of paperwork on the dining table. My mom was a primary school teacher, also a workaholic. But she always had time for me and my brother. I loved her so much! Dad was off on a business trip in France, he's due to arrive home next week.

"I've prepared some lasagne for you and Chase it's in the kitchen." She came over and kissed me on my forehead.

"Thanks mom."

I heard the front door click open, Chase was home. Chase had dirty blond hair, sea blue eyes and a six pack. He was what most blond bimbos would describe as a 'Greek God'. I've lived with Chase for 18 years and honestly I cannot imagine my older brother as anything close to a god. Whereas I had soft light chocolate wavy hair, which is always up in a tight ponytail for school. I wear baggy clothes, glasses and braces. With no make up whatsoever. I think everyone has natural beauty and

shouldn't hide it under thick layers of make up. Which would only cause them to resemble a barbie, one of those plastic dolls we all used to play with as a child. Chase saw me and gave me his goofy grin, what an idiot. But I loved him for it.

"Hey baby sis."

"Hey Chasey Wasey," I brought up his nickname, from when we were lil kids, never gets old. "Lasagnes in the kitchen." With that I went upstairs.

I lay on my bed replaying the events today. I so wanted to crawl in a hole right now. How was I meant to face him?

"Oh, and kids," Mom yelled from the botton of the stairs. "I forgot to mention that you're grandma's coming tomorrow to stay for a few days."

Oh sugar puffs...

Grandma was very strict, and when I say very strict I mean very single word of it. She was strong and confident, somewhat like an iron-women... She forbids me to wear any clothes that show off a lot of skin. One of the main reason I am what I am today. E.g. shorts, tanktops and dresses, skirts were a no no. Its a shock she allows me to wear a t-shirt! In her opinion she believes that it is 'Disgraceful for young women, to allow members of the opposite sex to grace their eyes upon virgin skin.' As for Chase, whose life revolves around video games and sports. Grandma doesn't allow him to touch his video games while she's around, apparently it 'Damages the mind' Which is does, but Chase refuses to believe it. I remember when me and Chase were little we were outside playing in the muddy puddles, we went in the house. Deciding it was a good idea to walk around the house with our wellies on... After being outside stomping in muddy puddles half the afternoon. Let's just say it didn't turn out good.

Gran acted this way cause she was raised and brought up in a rich and posh family. She lived in Miami. That reminds me, she had always wanted either me or Chase to go and live with her. But we would always kindly let her down. Hmmm, I really do want to get away from this place. I won't mention it but if grandma does then maybe I will. She owned this massive beach house mansion, it was actually beautiful. The main bedrooms and guest rooms had a spectacular view of the gorgeous sea. I absolutely loved the sea, the fresh ocean breeze hitting my face. I craved that feeling right now.

My wolf wasn't in the best condition at the moment, it killed me that she might have to be this way unless my mate accepted me. Which was never going to happen.

*The next day*

I drove to school in my White 2010 Mini. I noticed a black BMW pulling up beside me, containing the leader of the cheerleading squad Alyssa Ryan and her cronies. They saw me and started snickering and pointing. Wow, can you get dumber than that? When you backstab someone, you're not meant to let them hear. Basic common sense...

"Ohemgee, look at what she's like wearing?!" Alyssa started.

"I know right, like so ugly." Ouch, that actually hurt.

"Where did she come from? Planet Loser?" They all burst out laughing.

A sudden spark of electricity shot through my body.

Mate! My wolf howled. His scent invaded my nostrils, woah.

Alyssa seemed to notice me in my trance staring at Jackson. She smirked and strutted towards him, swaying her hips in an attemp to act 'sexy' what a w****. She wrapped her arms around my mate, and shoved her tongue into his mouth. Anger, fury and jealously, clearly written all over my face.

He's ours, we're the ones that should be in his arms right now! My wolf whimpered and whimpered. I torn my eyes away from their make-out session. It would only cause me pain. I thought as a stray tear descended from my eye.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Hey again! So how was the first chapter?? I really do hope you all enjoy reading it! I should be uploading very soon, since my mind is exploding with loads of ideas! Anyway vote and comment if you think my story deserves it! See you next time guys!
