Hello! Someone requested for me to do a tutorial on this type of a cover so here it is. I'm going to teach you guys how to make a cover like this:
What You'll Need.
- Superimpose or PicsArt.
- Phonto.
- Afterlight or an app you can edit a photo.
- Close up photo of your choice.
Because this cover is so easy, I'm going to show you a couple different examples of the cover. It's the same step for all of them and I'll indicated which font I used for each one.
Let's Begin.
Step One.
Go on to Superimpose and select this black photo as your background:
Step Two.
Next select your photo of choice as the foreground. Enlarge the photo until it completely covers all of the background. Merge when done and then save the photo.
Step Three.
Go on to Afterlight and edit your photo as you please. Then go onto Phonto and select the white photo below from earlier. Here is where you're going type up your title and anything else you want to put on the cover like so:
Step Four.
Next go onto Superimpose and select your photo as the background and the photo with your text as the foreground. Crop it to where it's just one of the text first. You'll do this each time you're adding your text.
Step Five.
Select Transform and click the top corner settings button. Then click Overlay.
You're then gonna want to click Mask and then the wand. Click every spot besides the actual text.
Then drag your finger a bit to make a circle to remove the white edges around the text. You'll see a circle appear. Then zoom in and see if there's any white edges in the holes of the text like in the letter 'e'. This may be tedious but it's very much worth it.
Merge when done. Repeat this step each time you add your text.
Final Product.
bro i love this cover. it's so simple and beautiful.
Here are some other examples:
I hope you guys like these covers! Let me know what else you'd like to see!
