Issei and Saji is now struggle to get up, they're in their upgrade form. Their allies has been beaten. "Like hell we fall here!!", shout Issei. "We gonna bring Kunou's mother back!!", shout Saji.
Both of them bring out a new device that been given to them by Ryuga, Issei's father.
As they about to use it, a sound of motorbikes jumps above them, and land infront of them two. It's Kamen Rider Enigma Build, Ryusei.

Ryusei look at the beaten up Issei and Saji. He then glare at the front of him. A group he hated so much even at his real world.

Ryusei now in his DragonDragon form. "And you are...", ask Cao Cao. "Hyoudou Ryusei, this guy's big brother", said Ryusei.
"Ohhh~ he really did tell the truth. Kamen Rider Superior Build...", said Cao Cao. "I can see it the way you are...you are stronger than your brother...", said Cao Cao.
Ryusei just silence. Heracles crack his knuckles. "Interesting!!". Heracles charge at Ryusei about to punch him but Keima grab the fist. "your opponent is me", said Keima. He punch barragely at Heracles. He dodges Heracles punches and punch the ribs and uppercut the jaws and kick Heracles.
'Kimewaza! Rider Critical Strike!'
Keima charge red and blue energy fist before he strike toward Heracles as the hero been sent to the cliff wall.
Heracles laugh. "Omoishirei!", he shout as he come out from the rubbles. "Seiyaaaaa!!!!!", shout Eiji, from above, dive kick toward Heracles.
-Issei POV-
Nii-san become stronger...stronger than i am. With this Knuckle device, i can reach out to him.
Aibou! let's do that!
"Really?", he ask Ddraig. 'Let's try it!'
Boosted Gear channel it's energy as the new card appear on his hand
Issei's DragVisor Zwei burn up again and morph in DragVisor Drei.
"Issei, that visor..", said Saji. "The power that me and Ddraig created...", said Issei.
"Let's do this...", said Issei, as he insert the new card into DragVisor Drei.
*Evolution!*
"Henshin!!", shout Issei.
Issei now clad in black and crimson recoloured o. His both legs armor are his Balance Breaker's legs armor. His left arm are Boosted Gear.
Ryusei look behind to see his brother in a new set of armor. Ryusei only smile as he dodge the charging Issei towards Cao Cao.
"Go get him, Brother..", mutter Ryusei.
"Then, i'll be your opponent...", said Stalk, coming out of nowhere.
"Just in time, i did want to settle this between us once and for all..", said Ryusei.
A silence staring contest between two as then they both charge against each other.
Issei now using his Drago Booster on his back, dragging Cao Cao, through the cliff. Cao Cao just defend himself with his spear then Issei pin Cao Cao down to the ground.
"This is for Kunou's mother!!!", shout Issei as he try punch Cao Cao but the punch only hit the spear. "Don't underestimate me!!", shout Cao Cao.
Cao Cao kick Issei at the torso and sent flying to the sky but Issei save by his Drago Booster on his back as he hover in the air.
'Aibou, lift your arm in mid air!'
Issei lift his arm in mid air as red spear morph infront of her.
'DragoBuster!!'
Issei rotate his spear and charge at Cao Cao which ready his attack. Both clash their spear and exchange hits from their spear.
His spearmanship is such incredible! In such amount of time! Think Cao Cao.
Thank god, i've watch Aquaman movie to learn that moves think Issei.
Issei then rotate his spear and circle of red blazing energy of fire form. Cao Cao try to attack but when he clash, the wave of the clash send him backward.
What's that move..? Think Cao Cao.
Cao Cao try again to attack and again, the wave of the collided spear wave sent him backward again. Issei grab the rotating spear as he throw at Cao Cao and sent him backward again as DragoBuster go to Issei, Issei grab it and jumps as he insert the Final Vent into his DragVisor Drei.
*Final Vent*
Three crimson dragon energy appears behind him as then he throw the spear towards Cao Cao as three dragons energy swirl between the spear as it collide. Cao Cao try to defend against it but fail as Issei ise rider kick to strengthen the spear attack.
Issei manage to break Cao Cao's spear and stab the spear to his heart and get sent to the cliff wall, then explode.
Meanwhile, Ryusei is fighting against Stalk.
'Funky Attack! Cobra!!'
A large snake appears out of nowhere and about to attack Ryusei.
*Best Match Break*
Ryusei use his FullBottle Buster Sword mode and unleashing slash energy at the large snake and explode.
Ryusei charge at Stalk as he punch Stalk to the helm, as it crack and he start to punch Stalk again and again at the torso and the ribs.
'Ready Go!! DragonDragon Finish!!'
Ryusei then charge at Stalk and use roundhouse kick on him.
"Uaaaaagh!!", shout Stalk, get sent to the cliff wall.
Stalk crash onto the cliff before he fall. "Thats it...you manage to be the same level as Kiryu Sento! Hazard Level 7! Impressive...", panting Stalk.
"We will meet again...Hyoudou Ryusei..", said Evolt, using his speed to run away.
Ryusei demorph back to his civilian form and so too Issei. They manage to defeat the Hero Faction and they will be imprison by the authority of the heavens. Hero Faction has been captured and interrogated for further information. Evolt manage to escape and they sure, they will meet him again..

"My, my...he did a number on you, Cao Cao..", said Killbus, in his now new form.
