Reader's POV
The last day of school Chelsea gets invited to the Christmas party and she is excited to go. Chelsea's friend Stephanie made the Christmas party and Stephanie invite Chelsea's crash Lucas but Stephanie didn't tell Chelsea that she invite Lucas because she wants to keep it a surprise for Chelsea.
Chelsea comes back from school and runs to her room she opened her Closeted full of excitement and joy. She started preparing her self early and she finds a perfect dress to wear for the Christmas event
Chelsea wakes up from her annoying alarm she turns over to try fall back asleep seconds later realising that the party was today. She gets ready in a hurry and begs her mother to take her early. Chelsea arrived at her friend's house and helps her with the decorating. Her friend, decides to put on the radio. Chelsea jumps in joy as her favourite Christmas song "all I want for Christmas is you" plays. She prances across the empty room and starts to dance.
People start to turn up to the Christmas party making the room less empty. Stephanie notices that Lucas had arrived, she freaked out. She grabs Chelsea to distract her so she doesn't realise he was here. It was working perfectly, Chelsea was having a blast. Dancing along to the cheerful music, eating sweet and singing along.
Everyone seemed to enjoy the party, they were all smiling ear-to-ear. Lucas on the other hand was very socially awkward. It was hard for him to talk to other people with suck confidence. Stephanie sorted everything out, Chelsea was fully distracted. "Hey Lucas!" Shouts Stephanie as she rushes towards him. "Oh hello stephanie! This party seems really cool." Stephanie continues to talk to Lucas for a bit then goes back to check on Chelsea.
Chelsea really wanted to go back inside Stephanie was getting anxious. She didn't have any other plan after this. She had to think fast, any other plan after this. What was one way to keep her put. Stephanie had the perfect idea, she runs towards the radio. She put on Chelsea's favourite song. Chelsea got excited and dance along.
The party was coming to an end, Stephanie knew it was time. She allows Chelsea to go inside. She kept bumping into people whilst wandering the dance floor. She accidentally bumped into someone back, "I'm so sorry!" She pleads. She got no response, so she looked up to see a gorgeous boy looking down on her. "Lucas!" Chelsea shrieks as she hides her face in embarrassment.
Lucas laughs it off, looking around the room. He noticed something dangling from the ceiling, it was a mistleto. Chelsea didn't seem to realise though. Lucas' face turn bright red like a tomato. "Hey...Chelsea...can you close your eyes?" Lucas questions. Chelsea was confused, she didn't know what was going to happen. So, she closed her eyes wondering what was going to happen. He leans in and kisses her soft lips, Chelsea was screaming on the inside. It was the best thing that has ever happened to her. They finally stop and she is in shock. "Wha-w-why did you do that?." He chuckles, "look up" she looks up yo see the mistletoe.
