"Goodnight," she whispered to the world. The village at night always calmed her. Every night, when her father thought she was sleeping, she walked out of her home to find herself wading in the lake's sleeping waters. She prayed to the goddesses, she prayed for the villagers have a well rest. She prayed for the Hyrulians outside of the village, she prayed for peace. She prayed for the animals, and she prayed for love. Every night, she whispered to herself.
"Oh dear goddesses, may the citizens of Ordon have a peaceful rest tonight. And the Hyrulians, let them live a fulfilled life. Let the world stay peaceful as it is. All the life on this earth, bless them. May let the world find the love they deserve. Goodnight."
She walked back into her cottage, as quiet as can be, afraid to wake the children from their slumber. She lies herself in bed, and falls asleep on impact. Ordon is quiet for the night. You can hear the water gently flow. You can hear midnight owls. But no sign of any humans, as they are all dreaming of a world they desire to live in.
