It was still dark out when my alarm went off telling me it was time to get up and get ready for school.
I grabbed my phone off my night stand and turned off my alarm the time read 5:00 am
I scrolled through my notifications and just laid in my bed till I had enough energy to get up. after about 5 minutes I got up and went to the bathroom right next to my room
when I got in their I did my business then brushed my teeth and splashed some water on my face to wake me up a bit more.
I went back to my room and opened my closet door and looked through a couple shirts before I settled on my favorite Blue sweater
I went over to dresser and opened my drawer and grabbed out a bra and slipped that on then my shirt, then I opened another drawer and took out a pair of blue jeans and slipped those on. I went over to my bed and knelt down to grab my pink Nike high tops I have such a small room that all my shoes can only fit under my bed or I'll trip over them not that I have many. I only own three pairs and one is going in the trash soon.
So I live in a trailer park with my mom and my older brother used to live here to but he's got his own place now he still visits once every two months, anyway we've been poor all our life but not because my mom's a alcoholic or a druggie. See After my mom and my dad split my mom didn't have a job so we ended up in a shelter until my mom could get back on her feet. When she had enough she bought an apartment in a bad place of town but it was the only thing we could afford at the time, anyway after that we just kept moving around from apartment to apartment then finally we found this trailer park about 5 years ago and we've been here ever since. My mom's kept a good job for about 3 years now but it's not enough to be spending money at the mall all the time with my friends like normal teenagers. we have just enough to pay the bills and to eat and sometimes we might have extra money for clothes if really necessary.
Mom refuses to let me get a job and help, she says that I shouldn't have to work and worry about the bills and to just be teenager and have fun.
I still see my dad too, maybe once or twice a week depends whose busy at the time it could be me with homework or dad with work. anyway that's my family
I was walking out of my room when my mom called me
"Mia"
I stepped into the kitchen a second later
"yeah" I said
"I picked up an extra shift so I'll be home some time in the morning" she said while looking for her car keys
I sighed sadly
"so your pretty much working all day" I sad with a frown
she turned and looked at me and frowned to
"yeah I'm sorry baby but we need the money" she said
"why can't you let me help" I said
" no you need to be having fun and not worrying about the trailer" she said in a stern voice
"Fine I just really wanted to spend time with you after school" I said sadly
"I know baby, I do to but I have to take this shift but as soon as I'm of next we'll have a mother and daughter day I promise" she said with a smile
"Ok fine" I playfully groaned trying to hide my grin because I'm stubborn, I'm really looking forward to this mother daughter day we barely have those anymore
"alright well make sure to eat breakfast and lock the door when you leave for school" she said
she kissed me on my forehead and turned and went out the door, a couple minutes later I heard the car turn on and went to the window and waved as she pulled out and sped down the road
I went over and saw that it was only 6:00 a.m., school doesn't start till 7:40 a.m. so I turned the T'V on and lucky for me one of my favorite movie's was on it was Fallen I'm so obsessed with the books and I really liked the movie to
I headed to the kitchen which was pretty much the living room and kitchen combined into one room so I just took 10 steps then I was at the counter and took out a bowl and some fruity pebbles.
I poured some cereal into the bowl and reached over and opened the fridge and took the milk out after I was done I put the milk and cereal back
I walked over and sat down on the couch and watched The last half of fallen then when it ended it was 7:07 am and I put my bowl in the sink and then I went to my room and threw my Homework from last night in my back pack and grabbed my keys and left for school.
As I walked off our small wooden porch I looked back at the old rusted trailer and sighed and looked around and saw creepy Dan looking at me.
Creepy Dan Is the guy who lives across the road of the trailer park and ever since we moved here he would always be looking at me with a creepy sadistic smile he waved at me as I walked by and I forced a smile in return
God he is really creepy and I'm pretty sure I saw him in the middle of the night looking through my bedroom window once, ever since then I kept the curtains closed

School was only a 20 minute walk from the trailer park when I got there it was 7:30 I had about ten minutes before class started so I made my way to class I don't use my locker because we are allowed to carry our book bags around the school with us so I don't see the point of using my locker.
When I got in class only a couple of people were there I went straight to my seat and decided to get a little reading time in which isn't much
soon after the warning bell rang people started pilling in the class room and soon I saw my best friend Samantha making her way towards me since we can sit anywhere In this class we sit next to each other.
Samantha likes to be called Sam for short she is kind of a Tomboy, she's on the volleyball team and loves video games she also has a boyfriend Aka my other best friend Ben or as I like to call him benny because it pisses him off
I've known Sam since I was 11 going on 12 we met on my first day at this school when I was getting hit on by some guy who was kind of a bully to people and I didn't know what to do so Sam being Sam saw my distress and Told him to back off since she wasn't afraid of him he ended up moving away 2 years later thank god he was so annoying.
So after that whole incident she asked if I was alright we compared our schedules and turned out that we had almost every class together and that whole day we spent getting to know each other and we've been best friends ever since.
As far as Ben goes, He's a whole different story.
This happened 3 years ago, ben was a little gaming nerdy kid that I got paired with for a school project and he also had happened to be best friends with my Future boyfriend at the time which I did not know that because I didn't really like him when I first met him.
He came 2 years ago when I was 16 his name was Ryder Knight at that point me and Sam had already known Ben for 1 year.
When Ryder came though Ben had grown out of his nerdy gaming faze and became quiet good looking and less annoying and him and Sam started dating around that time to. Anyway Jack was a new kid. He was very hot according to all the girls that constantly drooled over him and from his first day there he was known as the schools bad boy.
which mostly has to do with him getting into a fight on his first week of school. I didn't like him from the first moment I saw him because I thought he was just gonna be just the same as any of the other bad boy like the one's at my old schools.
Like the ones who flirt with every girl they see and gets into trouble for no reason and is just a plain cocky asshole who thinks he owns everyone.
But boy was I wrong he was so different he wasn't a man whore or a bully. He didn't hang out with the popular kids when they offered him a seat at lunch. Instead he was angry all the time and ignored everyone around him except Ben.
Him and Ben went way back or that's what Ben told me and Sam he said that they have been friends since they were in second grade when Ben was getting beat up and Ryder stepped in to help him but when Ben was in 6th grade his parents and him moved here and the boy's still kept in touch that's how Ryder ended up here.
He was so closed off and at first he didn't really like talking to me and Sam or so I thought
It turns out that he went through a lot of shit. He would always be rude to me and Sam especially me because I would always ask questions about his old life before he moved here. Which he didn't answer He was so mysterious.
Ben would always would tell us that he has issues and said not to worry about it
But one day he was in a really bad Mood and had gotten into a fight so when I asked him why he Snapped at me
I was already so upset that day because I was running late and my mom was working late again and me and Dad got into a fight the night before so I just couldn't handle it after he yelled at me.
I snapped right back and I ran to the girls bathroom and cried hysterically just letting it all out.
I guess that Ryder had realized what he had done because he fallowed me into the bathroom and saw me balled up in the corner of the bathroom and he wrapped his arms around me and held me.
He kept apologizing and when I finally calmed down I told him that it wasn't even really his fault
As he held me close to his chest in the bathroom I told him everything about what was going on and my living situation I didn't expect it to turn into a heart to heart with each other I just told him because I needed to get if off my chest before I broke down again I didn't expect him to tell me his story to.
But when I was finished he told me somethings that no one new about well except for Ben because they were best friends .
He told me that his dad left when he was little and his mom had recently died in a car crash and that he had to live with foster parents but they only wanted the money so they let Ryder move out on his own and he moved out here to be with Ben since Ben was the only person he could count on anymore.
After that day me and Ryder became closer and I started to catch feelings which I obviously had all along I just always tried to deny it.
Soon after that I found out that he was street fighting for money to be able to live on his own he was the best in town and Ben was in charge of the money situation with his fights Ben was like his coach/ agent but Ben never fought he just new things to help Ryder improve his fighting skills.
Anyway after I found that out I got pissed because it was dangerous and I wouldn't talk to him. So one day after school. About a week and a half after I found out Jack found me and made me talk to him and started saying that he couldn't lose me and me being my stubborn ass didn't believe him and it ended with him saying he was In love with me and then he kissed me and I kissed back and I said I loved him back the we started dating it was really cliché but I don't regret how we started our relationship because to me it was the best moment of my life.
For the longest time it was perfect but it didn't last. One day Ryder started acting all weird then next thing I know he's gone and left nothing but a Note
I'll always love you
after that day I had a months break down because he was my first love. I eventually realized I had to stop and start living my life again especially for my mom because she needed me.
I do still think about him constantly but I'm not as depressed as I was when he first left just really hurt and confused as to why he would just leave without telling me why
Anyway all I can do is move on with my life and have fun with my two best friends.
Speaking of best friends
"hey did you do the Homework" Sam smiled sheepishly at me
I rolled my eyes as I pulled it out of my back pack and handed it to her classic Sam
"Thank you so much god I love you, your the most amazing best friend in the world" she said and hugged me
"of course I am " I said with a cocky smile which also got me shoved playfully by her
A few moments later I was staring off into space when someone sat at the table in front of me and Sam and I tried to see who it was but I couldn't because he had a black hood up he must be new.
Just as I was about to ask The guy who he was and if he was new Sam handed me back my paper quickly
I looked at her confused and then I realized that the teacher had walked in
"ok class can you take out your Homework from last night please" our teacher miss Lenard said
The whole class took out there homework except for a few people who I'm guessing must have not done it or forgot it at home.
"Please pass your papers up to the front" she said
I took the people's paper's that were behind Me and Sam's paper and passed it to the hooded guy in front of me. He put his hand behind his head and held it out signaling for the papers I handed them to him and he passed them forward then put his head down.
After the teacher passed out our worksheet for the day I finished along with Sam because she basically copied off me but you know what are friends for note the sarcasm
So we ended up just talking for the remainder of class
"so you should totally come to that party tonight with me and Ben it will be so much fun" Sam said
"I can't I have to be home to make sure that we don't get robbed again" I said
The last 4 months we have gotten robbed twice good thing I wasn't at home those days
it's been kind of ruff which is part of the reason my mom has been taking up extra shifts
"did your mom say you had to" Sam asked with a raised eyebrow
"no but that's not the point I can't risk it she's taking more shifts than she can handle" I protested
"ok fine but your no fun I really wanted to hook you up with Brad Dawson tonight I heard he's been crushing on you for a while now" she said
Brad Dawson the schools Golden Boy. Blonde hair blue eyes and one of the biggest players in school and he is extremely cocky
No way in hell would I ever go out with him
"I'm sorry I can't " I said
"come on M you haven't been out with anyone since He left he's gone and he's not coming back, Look I love you but you need to move on it's been almost a year" she said in a disappointed tone
"I know Sam But I'll tell you something" I said
"what" she said
"I'll think about going out with Brad Okay" I said which is a big Lie I only said it to get her off my back about this stupid party
"Yes" she squealed
"no promises" I said with a small smile
for the next 5 minutes she talked about how cute me and brad would be together then the bell rang
and as soon as the bell rang the guy in front of us stood up so fast it knocked mine and Sam's table into us
Damn what was his problem
"what an asshole" Sam said looking at his retreating figure with a scowl
I was kind of confused who was that guy and why did he rush out like he did
"yeah" I said agreeing with Sam
