In this chapter I won't be writing about the concert because all of you may be knowing it and because it happened some days after their anniversary. I'll be writing on their practices and mainly about the day of their anniversary.

Author's POV :
'(Y/n) the boys their anniversary is in three days isn't it? " Mercy asked as you sat on the bed in her room. Liling had gone to her hometown for some family work."yeah.... I wonder what should we give them? " you asked looking at the clouds that were slowly moving. "Hm.... I'm not sure. How about we make a video for them? Like a small short movie showing all their struggles, performances etc? " she said as she rose up from the bed. " Yessss that's a great ideaaa. We should do it. So how do we start? " you asked as you turned your attention towards her. "Well I'm not sure myself, but we gotta start somewhere won't we? " she said as she slumped her shoulders. " how about we collect old videos or pictures of them without knowing? You ask Jackson's mother and I'll go ask My brother for help" you said as you put your hands on the bed."Yesss.... W-wait what?! Me ask Jackson's mother? Are you serious??!!! How can I? " she said in a panicked voice. "Um.... Because you grew up in the same neighbourhood and because his mother trusts you? " you said emphasising on the grew up and trust part. "Yeah... But...... Ahhh okay I'll ask and we'll start making from tomorrow okay? " she said in defeat. "Yes, now I'll go back home to ask my brother some help. I'll see you tomorrow after school? " you said as you started to make your way towards the door. "Yeah, see you tomorrow after school" she said smiling.
You were in your room, calling your brother but he was not picking the call the first two times, only at the third time he picked up the call,
You :Hey!!! Why didn't you pick up the call earlier? *you asked in a rather hard tone *
Him : Ah... Boss sorry. I was in the toilet. I'm sorry and yes,why did you call me?*he had a little bit of humour in his voice and he knew you had reasons to call him*
You : Oh.....I needed a little help from you....
You : Well, the Boys their anniversary is in two days so I wanted to give them a surprise and for that I need some of their old practice videos and all so can you help? *you sounded like you were begging and it was true. You were desperate for some*
Him : You want me to search for some really old videos of them and give them to you?
You : Yesss, that's what I'm saying.
Him : Okay, I'll try but I can't give any guarantee. You take care of yourself okay? And tell that karry he better not hurt you or he's gonna get his nose broken. *he said the last sentence with a seriousness in his voice *
You : Thankkk you ~ Yes I'll take care of myself you do too okay? And don't worry he won't ever hurt me.
Him : Hmm.... I hope so, btw I gotta go for a photoshoot so I'll see ya later okay?
You : Yeah, see you.
After that you hung up. "What if he can't find those photos or videos what do I do? "You thought to, yourself in panic mode . "I have to make some progress myself " you told yourself as you sat down on the bed and opened your laptop. You went through some social media fan pages of the TFBOYS and then looked for some videos and you found some old videos of them practicing. "They grew up a lot didn't they? It's been five years now..." you thought to yourself. "Wait!!! I may have some old videos of them in my PC!! " you suddenly remembered. You went to your laptop and checked the folder " TFBOYS " ,you gave a sigh of relief, you did have clips of their old videos and especially their first fan meeting. You wanted to tear up seeing how much they had grown up. You realised that you shouldn't have troubled your brother with the data, so you quickly messaged him telling him you found everything you needed.
"Aigoo, this little girl *facepalm* . You really are something. I was actually going to ask now but then your message came. But I'm glad you got the things you wanted so I hope you're project will be a success 😁. And if you need anything, let me know okay? ❤"
"Okay, Thank youuuu 😄. Love ya bro "
You send that message to him. You were really blessed to have someone like him as a brother - he and your borther Jin was everything that you could have asked for and more. Luke was someone who you were closer with because he was the one who was the closest to you in age and you spend most of your childhood with you. He was childish at times but he was very responsible. And he was very protective when it came to you - he loved to spoil you. Jin was the complete opposite of Luke, he was older than Luke by 5 years. He was really responsible - he sometimes was like a fatherly figure . He too loved you and loved spoiling you. You couldn't imagine life without them.
You looked at your phone - it was a photo of you and Karry that Roy had taken secretly during the festival - he did have good skills. ' The boys are working really hard for the anniversary concert...they wake up early and practice and come to school, go to their dorms then study and then practice ' you told yourself. The boys were amazing - they did everything they could for their fans and even tried to give their fans the best.
Time skip ~ August 5
You and mercy were sitting in your room giving the final touches to the small film that you had made. Liling helped with putting the words together. "Phew it was hard work" she said as you finished transferring all the data into the pen drive. "Don't say, " you said as you slumped into the bed. "But when will we give it to them? " she asked as she joined you on the bed. "Hm.... We'll be going over there this evening, actually the manager gave us permission for this " you said smiling. You had begged the manager for this work and he finally agreed. "Wahhh … we'll be staying there till midnight?" she asked as she suddenly got up. "Yeah.... A surprise " you said smiling. "I think since the work is all done, I'll go and eat and early dinner and come back how does that sound? " she said as she stood up. "Yeah sure. Meet me at my door at 7:40 pm ?" You asked standing up. "Sure, see ya " she said as she went out. You looked at the clock it was 4:30 pm 'I think I'll have an early dinner ' you thought to yourself.
After dinner, you quickly took a shower and changed your clothes. You put your sweater and the pen-drive in your bag. You looked at the clock it was 5:15 pm, still some more minutes left before you had to leave. You thought of asking karry where he and the boys was so that you could avoid meeting them.
You grabbed your and started typing a message to him ~
" hey, good evening ♥. I hope you had your dinner? And the practice is it going well? Don't stress too much okay? And where are you? "
You typed and send him. You waited for a while and after five minutes the message came,
" hey princess, good evening ❤. I'm sorry for the late reply was in practice. And the practice it's going good - we wanna give our fans the best and everything we've got. And I'm in the entertainment's studio ,nope I didn't have dinner yet we just had some refreshments - I'll have it after vocal practice. Yeah, don't worry I'll try not to stress too much ~ thank you for worrying 😚😉"
"He hasn't had his dinner yet. " you thought to yourself repeatedly . You couldn't help but worry about him and the boys - their health would be affected if they didn't rest.
"Omo! You should have dinner soon.... Don't stay hungry okay? 😿 And the other two did they have food yet? "
"Haha i will have it soon don't worry. Nah we'll be having dinner together after practice ~ I'll see you later practice time ,love ya ❤ "
You didn't reply because he would have already gone to practice. "Hm.... My boyfriend won't stay hungry " you said to yourself and went to the kitchen. Your mom was already there drinking water. "Ma, can you help me with making some food? I want to bring it over to karry.....since he's practicing very hard without rest.... " you said with a little sadness in your voice. "Ah, sure I will, you should have said it sooner " she said to you smiling "maaa thank youuuu" you said as you gave her a warm embrace.
After about two hours you finished packing the food that you had made. "Ma, I'll be staying over at brother Luke's house tonight " you said to your mother as you came back from your room carrying your bag. "Ah okay. Stay safe okay? And tell the boys not to take things too hard" she said smiling. You nodded your head in response. "Ma, I'll be going " you said as you went out. As you walked out of the door Mercy was already there waiting for you,"hey waht- wait.... What's that? " she said pointing at the rather large bag. "Well I made some food for them since they didn't have lunch yet..... " you said to her honestly. "Ah.... That's so sweet of you. Now let's go the cab is waiting for us " she said and helped you take the food down.
After about 20 minutes you reached the agency's building . This was the third time that you were here. "Woah.... It's so big " she said as she looked at the building. "The inside's bigger. Let's go in before the food gets cold " . You said and she nodded her head in response . As you entered the building you saw karry's manager come out of the elevator. "Gege!!! " you half shouted and waved your hands . He looked around and seeing you he made his way towards you. "Meimei (little sister) what are you doing here at this time? " he asked as he came closer."oh I brought food for the boys....." you said looking at him, he looked surprised. "They had dinner already? " you asked since you thought he was surprised because you bought the food. "They didn't, I was actually going out to get them something but you came. Shall I take you to them? " he asked, you just nodded your head. "Follow me then " he said and turned back walking forward. You both looked at each other and then followed him.
You went up the elevator and after walking for sometime you reached a door, music was bursting through from that room it was, "the rest of summer " you should feel the energy from the way they were singing . "Well I'll leave you here for now, the Co dancers are having a break for now so I'll go look after them " he said smiling as he went out. You and Mercy look at each other and then you opened the door and went in. The moment they saw you both enter they stopped their dance and looked at the both of you with surprise. Jackson went to stop the music. "What are you doing here? " karry asked as he came near. "Uh...... Dinner? " you said pointing at the bag that you were holding. "You brought dinner for us ?" Roy asked and you nodded your head. "Awwww sister-in-law is the best " he said as he hugged you. "Yah, let go of her, you're covered in sweat " Karry said. "Oh I forgot sorry. But thankkkk you so muchhh" he said as he let go and smiled.
"You didn't have to" karry said as look at you. "Well I can let my boyfriend and his brothers starve " you said as looked at the bag. "Goodness this girl, let me take it " he said as he took the bag from your hands. "Let's eat it there" she said pointing at the corner and the both of them nodded. Mercy was carrying beverages and dessert which she has brought from the store on the way since you forgot to take any. They sat on the floor and karry placed the bag on the floor. You opened it and placed the containers on the floor and gave them each a medium lunch box and chopsticks it was filled with rice. You opened the other containers which contained other side dishes. Mercy gave them the water and the other dessert. "Now dig in " you said giving them a big smile. "Uwaaa these are delicious ~ you made these? " Roy said as he ate the food. "Yeah... With help from my mom " you said, "it's really good sister in law " Jackson said as he gave a approving smile and looked at you. You looked at karry, he didn't say anything. "Is the food not good? " you asked looking at him.
"Noooo, it's delicious. It's just that I'm really touched that you made this for us " he said giving you a bright smile. You melted at the moment. " (Y/n) I think we should tell them we'll leave or we won't be able to finish in time " Mercy whispered into your ears you nodded. "Um... Boys we'll leave you here. Practice well okay? " you said as you stood up. "You're leaving ? " Karry asked looking at you. "Yeah, it's late " you said. "Yeah... Let. Us drop you off " he said standing up. You widened your eyes and looked at Mercy. "Nooo, it's fine brother Luke is waiting for us " you said ."oh.... Thank you both for tonight " the three of them thanked you. "It's no problem, we'll be leaving goodnight " you both said in a hurry and went out.
Time skip ~
The final touches were now done. You had put a sofa in front of the wall where you would be projecting the small film you made. It was 12 am and karry's manager would be bringing them at 12:5 am. You both were really nervous, after five minutes they came in blindfolded lead by their managers. They were asked to sit down and open their blindfold at the count of three.
Mercy switched off the lights and you counted to three, at the count of three you started the video, it started with some words :
I read in the "handbook of youth " about the boys and their dreams . They were "young", but they chased their "beloved"dreams... They were dynamic people with one "heart" and one soul in music.....
Their predebut photos and videos were being shown. Their short practice videos and the covers they did.
Five years ago, these three boys debuted and won millions of hearts with their Angelic voice and amazing personalities. They were "big dreamers " who had just started their journey in the music industry....
Their debut videos and pictures came into view. They were like little mochi really soft and cute.
They grew up in the most incredible ways, each still being an "imperfect child " but one that used those imperfections and worked on them. And the result it yielded was beyond compare - their hard work gave them their reward .
Photos and short clips from their award shows began to play. It was really touching to see them like this, it was something down the memory lane.
They conquered and won millions of hearts. They named their fans "four leaf clovers" because they were their lucky symbol . The journey has been amazing, for five years they fought against all odds and now they are standing here high up in the sky.
They had the determination and willpower of steel yet hearts as warm as the sunlight.
They are boys that inspire millions of people all around,
Being a role model for billions.
They are the TFBOYS.
We love you three - our prayers and best wishes will always be with you. Five years more to go to keep the ten years promise, I believe this warm family will be there beyond these ten years.
Happy fifth anniversary.
The film ended with their five year present concert theme. Give me five.
Mercy went to switch on the light . You looked at the boys and non of them were moving from behind. You looked at their face, they had tears in their eyes . "Thank you... " all of them said together as they stood up and gave a ninety degree bow. "Waaaa" was all that came out of your mouth, you were really superuser by their gesture. "Thank you, it really means a lot to us. " Roy said wiping the tears. "Our journey......thank you for showing it.... " Jackson said giving you a warm smile." Thank you both for such a warm surprise " karry said giving a warm smile.
It was enough that you both could make them smile and happy . When you saw their reaction it was like all your efforts were not wasted but it was very satisfactory. It made you very happy. "Happy five years... " you told to yourself.
