When the song hit play,
There was a hint of nostalgia in her eyes.
She remembered everything nice
Also reminds her why she was despised
All the happy moments and good times
Made her smile widely
But it faded when she remembered it was only a memory
She told herself "Get over it, It's done"
But a part of her uttered "It's sad, He's gone"
She wanted to move on , So slowly she tried to let go
She knows she don't want to hold on,
'Cause its breaking her heart and its all parts
So in that night she settled things,
she came to me and said
"I'm ready to say goodbye"
But why does it felt like a lie?
