"Park residence" Jungkook answered the phone
"Yeah, hi. Is Jimin there?"
"May I ask who's calling?"
"Taehyung, Kim Taehyung. I'm a friend of his"
"I-I'm sorry he's not home at the moment. Can I take a message?"
"Can you tell him I called? I've been trying to contact him since yesterday but he won't reply or answer the phone"
"Of course, I will let him know"
"Thanks, and your name is?"
"Jungkook, Jeon Jungkook"
"I see, well thanks Jungkook" he said and hung up the phone
Jungkook's POV:
I knew they used to work together and they were friends.. but why would Jimin be ignoring his calls?
For some reason I wanted to know, but it wasn't something I could ask Jimin about.. not like I could really ask him about anything.. and anyways I had a long day ahead
He was meeting his manager and I had to go try on outfits for tomorrow's show
I didn't want to make Jimin look bad and honestly.. I wanted to look good for him myself
I drove to the accorded place and I was greeted right away by the stylists and assistants
The measured me and made me try on several pieces of clothing, as if looking for the best style and color
I was prompted to sit on a chair while they rearranged my hair and applied make up on my face
Is not that I disliked it but I certainly wasn't used to all this attention
..It felt exhausting, specially if it's something one would have to do every day. My poor Jiminssi..

Finally, I was able to leave
There was still time before I had to pick up Jimin so I decided to stop by a coffee shop near the studio
"Hi, how can I help you?"
"Hi, uh.. can I have a Salted Caramel Mocha..."
"..and an Iced Americano. Thanks" a familiar voice interrupted me
I turned around and tried my best to hide how uncomfortable I felt
"Hi, Jungkook"
"Hey.. Yoongi. What are you doing here?"
"I got bored and came to get something to drink"
"There you go" the lady said, handling us our order
"I got this"
"No, thank you I can pay" i insisted, but he wouldn't back off
"You can pay next time. Say, you got a minute? There's something I'd like to talk to you about"
"Uh.. sure" I replied hesitantly and followed him to a table
"Look, there's no subtle way to say this so i'll just drop it, and trust me.. whatever we talk about today won't leave this place" he put the coffee on the table, locking eyes with mine
"This request thing.. why did you do it?"
"Because I love him. I wanted to be with him and support him"
"Right.
Look Jungkook, I have nothing against you but to be honest I think you might be insane" he sipped on his drink
"Jimin is my friend but he has no interest on having people around, let alone keeping someone he considers a stray dog"
"Regardless, I have no intention of abandoning his side"
"Is it money you're after? Because that I can get you if you'd leave him alone. You would never be bothered again and I know he can be a pain in the butt.
You would be rich and free"
He really did say that..
"I don't want your money, or his..
There is nothing I wouldn't do for Jimin and there's nothing you or anyone could do to keep me from him.. i'm his property after all"
I tilted my head.. staring at him
It wasn't up for a debate and it bothered me that he could even insinuate that he could buy me
Yoongi sat back and chuckled
"Aren't you full of surprises..
Well done, stray. I like you"

"You should know he's pretty difficult to deal with, though" he continued

"See, he's used to being alone. And he likes things to be done his way.
I don't think there's a way for him to get rid of you but i'd recommend you make your life easier and listen to everything he says and obey him. I mean if you really want to stay by him"
"Why do you care anyways?"
"Oh, I don't.. but you should. You are his property after all" he laughed
"Jimin is not a broken person... This isn't some book where the main character is mean because he's in pain and you cab magically change that..
That's just the way he is.
But if i'm honest, I think you could be a good thing for him, so do your best and keep him happy. You might even be able to awaken another side of that mochi head one day.."

We stood up and walked to the studio, I would wait outside like always.. but this could be my only chance to ask about it
"Yoongi.. could I ask you something?"
"Mhm"
I decided to play dumb
"Who's Kim Taehyung?"
"That's an odd question..
he's someone that used to work with Jimin. They're still friends" he raised an eyebrow
"Why?"
"Nothing.. he left a message for him. I think it might be important that I remember who he is. Thanks"
"Sure. Anyway here's my card, call me if you need anything"
"Why?"
"I don't know, I guess I like you.
You take care of my friend"
I nodded as he walked into the building.
He doesn't seem so bad anymore to be honest..
Yoongi's POV:
"I don't know, I guess I like you. You take care of my friend" I said and walked towards the building
Once inside I couldn't help but let out a chuckle remembering how terrible Jungkook apparently is at lying
"Remembering who he is? .. this is gonna be interesting"
