This whole book is actually a challenge that I'm doing. It's dubbed the 30 Day Challenge and is pretty self explanatory. This challenge is an easy way to develop a new habit or routine. For 30 consecutive days, try to maintain your chosen challenge. My challenge was to write -- a short story, poem, narrative, etc. -- without breaking my streak.
