Lauren's P.O.V.
I was waiting impatiently for Harvey to come. I was cycling to the carnival with him and he was ten minutes late. I scanned my eyes over my outfit once more to see if it was okay. I was wearing a pair of navy vans, light blue denim shorts, an Ireland jersey and a Hollister jumper. I guess it was okay!
Ding!
Finally! I swung open the door to reveal a panting Harvey. 'Took your time,' I said, getting my bike from the side of the house since we're cycling,
'Hello to you too,' Harvey muttered sarcastically. I rolled my eyes. 'You better hurry,' I said. 'Wouldn't want poor little Lara waiting, would we?' Harvey's cheeks reddened and I laughed and we started cycling towards the carnival. 'Lauren, slow down!' Harvey groaned from behind me. I purposely went faster, and when I heard Harvey groan I chuckled and slowed down. 'Happy now?' I smirked. Harvey grinned.
'Very!'
Leondre's P.O.V.
Me and Charlie were waiting for the others at the carnival. I was currently stuffing my face with candy floss. Charlie was on his phone as per usual! He was playing Flappy Bird and was cursing when he continuously lost at like 3!
'They're here!' Charlie grinned, pointing at Harvey and Lauren who were now shouldering eachother, and now Harvey's on the ground... okay then. Lauren then noticed us and waved, but Harvey caught her by the legs and she fell to the ground. Charlie was in stitches, while I just watched as Lauren stood up and ran over to us.
'Eww! Why are ye here?' Lauren asked, but we knew she was joking. Our friendship is so close that we can insult eachother all the time and not give a shit. 'We came for Harvey,' Charlie joked, and he stood up and gave Lauren a purposely extra long hug cause we both know she hates hugs. Then Harvey came over with mud patches on his knees, and he gave Lauren a jokingly glare. 'Where's Lara?' he asked.
'Are we not good enough for you?' I asked, faking to be hurt. Lauren laughed, and then Lara popped out of nowhere. 'Hello guys!' she yelled, jumping onto Lauren's back, making Lauren fall to the ground. She groaned, and Lara rolled off her grinning. 'Leo, where's the girlfriend?' Lara smirked, nudging me. I frowned. What? 'I don't have one,' I said, and Lara grinned at me, nudged me again and smirked.
'Oooh!' Lauren grinned. 'LEO HAS A GIRLFRIEND!' By now, everyone had turned to stare at us. I went bright red. Harvey was in stitches laughing at me. 'Is.. is it Luisa?' he said in between laughter. 'Leo likes brunettes!' Harvey and now Charlie were in stitches. Thankfully, Lauren felt sorry for me, and told the lads to stop, and then Lauren dragged me away to the Ferris Wheel.
'We're going on this,' she said. 'And I'm paying to apologise about the girlfriend thingy.' She flashed me a smile. 'No you're not paying,' I protested. 'That's not the gentleman thing to do!'
Lauren frowned. 'Since when did you become a gentleman?'
'Since now,' I said, and forced Lauren to let me play. It only cost three euro anyway so it wasn't that much of a big deal. When we got into our carts, Lauren saw that Luke and Sammy were in the cart in front of us. I inwardly groaned. Luke and Sammy were going into Year 6 and Lauren loved them. 'LUKE! SAMMY!' She yelled. The two boys turned in their cart and waved frantically at Lauren with grins on their faces.
So the rest of the ride was pretty much Lauren talking to Luke and Sammy. Joy!
Lara's P.O.V.
Me, Charlie and Harvey were trying to find Lauren and Leo cause they decided to fuck off somewhere. How nice of them! 'Let's just leave the two love birds off,' Harvey said. 'Good idea! C'mon Charlie,' I said, and me, Charlie and Harvey looked around for something to do.
'Oh my gosh!' Harvey squealed like a girl. 'CANDY FLOSS!' I looked at where Harvey was pointing and I saw a big candy floss machine. Yum!
'Ew!' Charlie groaned. 'That is so unhealthy!' Me and Harvey made a face at Charlie and Harvey started sprinting towards the machine. I would have sprinted too, but... effort!
Charlie was still looking around for the other two. Aww! He's so worried. 'Charlie,' I laughed. 'They'll be grand!' Charlie looked at me and smiled. 'I just don't wanna be thirdwheeling with you and Harvey. It's awkward!'
I made a face at him. 'Well get used to-' Someone suddenly jumped up on my back, causing me to fall to the ground. I groaned, and looked up to see Lauren laughing her head off. 'Miss me?' she grinned. 'I missed Leo, but not you,' I joked. Then I looked up to see Sammy and Luke. 'SAMMY! LUKE!' I yelled. I love those two!
'Hi Lara!' they said in sync. Aww! Then Harvey came back with candy floss, and he got me one. Aww! I was about to eat some when Leo takes a handful of it and shoves it in his mouth. I glared at him and he looked at me innocently.
'Ew! Guys, candy floss is soooo unhealthy and disgusting!' Lauren looked at us in disgust. 'O agree with you,' Charlie said. Then Lauren and Charlie had a long conversation about how horrible candy floss is.
Uggh! Why am I friends with these people?
