By 8:30 to 9:00 people started showing up and by 9:30 the party was in full swing. I've been sipping on the same drink for probably an hour and a half. I'm still on my first. I didn't want to get overly drunk, it's not as fun as people make it out to be.
"Oh my god!! Happy birthday Jo!!" Stephanie Marcel comes up to me already drunk I smile. Since Austin told everyone that it was my birthday I have to deal with saying 'Happy birthday' to me. I hate it.
"Thanks" I said.
"You look amazing by the way, love that dress on you" she tells me.
"Austin got it for me" I laugh she smiles.
"See ya!" She waves I nod.
"I don't think I've ever seen you in a dress before" Andrew comes up.
"I don't think I have either" I mutter he laughs.
"You look good" He states.
"Thanks" I say. "Austin dressed me."
"I'm not surprised" he laughs. "You look like a different person honestly."
"Sorry was I nod pretty before" I said he laughs.
"No, it's just you're always wearing jeans or sweatpants and the occasional shorts" he says. I shrug.
"I dress for comfort not style" I reply he chuckles.
"And still manage to look good all the time" Sam comes up from behind putting his arms on my shoulders.
"And you two still manage to be the grossly cute couple when you're both weird as fuck" Andrew says and I laugh.
"You're just jealous" Sam says I nod.
"Sure, I'm going to get another drink see you guys" he says and leaves. I look up at Sam.
"So jealous" I said he laughs and nods. He pecks my lips.
"Having fun?" he asked.
"More than expected yeah" I nod.
"Maybe it's the dress" He shrugs and I laugh.
"Maybe" I nod.
"You look really good babe" He tells me kissing me again.
"Thanks" I grin. "You do too."
Although he was wearing just some jeans, a striped long sleeve shirt and some vans. simple but he looked hot, he always did. It's kind of ridiculous.
"I know" he smiles I roll my eyes. "But you look better" he adds and I laugh.
"Whatever" I wave him off he pecks me. Honestly I just wanted to keep kissing him.
"Can you two not be goals for once?" Austin comes up to us Sam lets out a laugh. "No actually, also how are you enjoying your obviously great party" He asked me.
"I'm having fun" I nod.
"Knew you would" He smiles and I roll my eye's but smile. "Have fun babes, no baby making in my living room around everyone. It's a party ruiner" He waves as he walks away I laugh.
"He said so himself, let's go to the room" Sam says and I laugh more. Honestly, I did want to go to the room and we were Sam not actually expecting anything, but I was. We get into a room upstairs and it went from loud music to muffled music.
"It's a bit too much down there" He sits on the bed.
"Agreed" I nod still standing. He was looking around the room, it was a spare room.
"Whose room is this?" he asked.
"Spare, he's an only child and his parents are... weird" I shrugged. He leans back on his elbows his shirt raising a bit.
"Why don't you come sit?" he asked. God he was attractive. It was crazy that I was dating him. I do go and sit next to him. He sits up again like me. We were silent for a bit and I glanced at Sam who was just staring at the door playing with his fingers. I bite my lip and grab his face and pull him into a kiss. He was obviously surprised but kissed me back pulling me onto his lap. I don't know what's gone over me but... I just wanted him. What was even with me this whole night? I didn't know, and I didn't care to find out because I liked the feeling.
"Sam" I mumbled.
"Hmm?" He hummed.
"I want to..." I start. "Have sex" I mutter and he pulled away and I didn't like it. He looked at me.
"I mean, are you like drunk and just not thinking properly, or what?" He asked. "Cause if you are drunk Jo, don't do that to me."
"No, I had one drink tonight" I reply. "I wouldn't do that."
"Are you actually sure?" He questioned me.
"Yeah, I wouldn't have said it" I reply his hands rested on my sides and I saw his eye's kind of rake my body. "I'm not lying."
"Yeah, I know. I just don't want you regretting anything tomorrow" he tells me.
"No way" I reply shaking my head. His hands slide to my back.
"I'll do anything, if you are actually sure about this" he tells me.
"I am Sam geez" I laugh although it was cute how sure he wanted me to be about this. He bites his lip and it was again too much for me. "I mean are you sure?" I just consider. He looks at me.
"Um, obviously. How could I not be with you" he says and I felt myself blush. "I'm not a virgin if that's what you're asking" he adds.
"Didn't think so" I reply letting out a small laugh. "But I'm sure Sam really" I tell him.
"Okay" He grins and kisses me again. My hands go to the hem of his shirt and he pulls it off to obviously show his godly body. How could he ever think I would regret this?

I mean I don't necessarily know if that was slutty of me to have sex with Sam at a party full of people, but honestly whatever. But when we got downstairs, I felt like everyone knew. I don't know why, I just felt like because I did that here that it was obvious. It was giving me a bit of anxiety.
"Hey, you good?" Sam asked me and I could see complete worry in his eye's and I felt guilty knowing he thinks I regret it.
"Yeah!" I chirp smiling and pecking his lips. He looked noticeably relieved.
"Want a drink?" He asked.
"Sure" I nod.
"Be right back" he tells me and I nod. I look around the room.
"Jo!!" Dani comes up to me I smile. "Where have you been, I feel like I've seen you once tonight" She has a drink in her hand.
"Yeah, I've been just around" I reply. I was not about to tell her I just had sex with her brother. That's a convo I'm not willing to talk about.
"I cannot with how good you look" she tells me and I laugh.
"You look good" I state she was wearing what I usually would have worn. Jeans and a cute top.
"Eh," she shrugs.
"Have you seen Austin?" I asked.
"He's been all around tonight. He might be outside though" she tells me I nod.
"Here" Sam rings me a drink I thank him.
"Uh, I'm gonna go find Austin. See you two later" I tell them Sam nods just as Caleb I believe and some other people call him over. I head to the kitchen and then to the back where there were people playing beer pong, sitting around and talking and all that shit. I search for Austin and see him talking to Mandy. I walk over to them.
"AHHH!! Sexy bitch is here" Mandy says and I laugh.
"Actually, you're like glowing right now" Austin adds.
"Guy's shut up," I wave them off they laugh. I know if I didn't tell Austin about me and Sam like right now he'll get angry with me then after an hour be fine. So I didn't know what to do. But we're in a public place, I know factually Austin would make a huge deal out of it and scream so I'll save it for when we're alone or something.
"Where were you?" Austin asked sipping his drink.
"With Sam" I replied he wiggles his eyebrows at me and I roll my eye's laughing. If only we were alone he'd know by now. "Also, how does everyone know it's my birthday? Like literally everyone personally came up to me saying Happy birthday" I tell Austin he laughs.
"I said it was a birthday party so, sorry" he shrugs I push him he laughs again.
"Hey, Jo right?" I hear a deep voice behind me I turn and there stood Jesse Marsh, this popular football player in our school.
"Yeah" i reply he eye's me making me kinda uncomfortable.
"Happy birthday" he smirks. "You look amazing" he tells me.
"Ya thanks" I reply.
"I'm Jesse" he tells me.
"Oh I know" I nod he let's out a laugh.
"Why have we never talked?" He had a pretty deep voice, and he looked like a complete football player, muscular, tall.
"Um... you're popular, we've never had class together. No reason" I shrugged he chuckles.
"Well, popular isn't a reason" he says.
"I mean, why are we talking now besides the part of you thinking I'm hot and in a short dress" I let out a laugh sounding passive his smile dropped and he seemed shocked. "I'm not dumb, don't even think you knew my name until you asked someone who I was tonight."
He seemed completely shocked at this. "Also, I have a boyfriend sorry" I add. "Have a wonderful night."
I turn to Austin and Mandy and they were trying not to laugh and I heard Jesse just walk away.
"Bad-ass bitch" Austin says and I laugh. "He's so hot though" he adds.
"He's whatever" I shrugged.
"I'm so glad you did that, he used to be such a douche to me because I wasn't like all those girls we hung out with so he literally hated me" Mandy says I roll my eye's.
"You can tell he's annoying" I laugh. I sipped my drink.
"Let's go inside, it's a bit chilly although it's pretty much summer" Austin says I give him a look.
"Bitch, it's so warm out" I said and he laughs nudging me.
"Whatever come on" he starts walking and we all head inside. The music getting louder again. The place was crowded but I didn't mind because I was having fun.
Tonight was way better than expected and Austin, Mandy and I went out to the living room and Austin grabbed me immediately and started dancing.
"Bitch, I dance like a freak" I said and he laughs with a shrug.
"You better" He yells and I stare at him for a whole minute then sigh as he gets closer to me and I start dancing we both laugh though.
"Can we talk later?" I asked.
"Of course!" He nods and we continue dancing.
Me and Austin were literally being freaks but we didn't care because it just felt like we were having a "Girls Night" again.
"Why have I not yet joined?" Caleb comes up and I laugh Austin pushed him and he laughs.
"God we're losers" I muttered and Austin shrugged.

When I got home I dropped on my bed exhausted and all from tonight. It was late, dad was asleep and I knew I wasn't gonna sleep throughout the whole night... never really do. I needed to change and take this makeup off but I didn't want to. I remember the whole night and smile to myself thinking about Sam especially. Tonight was good actually. I stare at the ceiling re-thinking it all actually surprised on how much I was hating on it then I actually had a great time. And I wasn't drunk or anything. I was just there and that was better than getting drunk.
I stand finally going to the washroom. I take my makeup off and put on some sweatpants and a tank top and get under my bed sheets. I grab my phone and it starts ringing and Sam's name pops up. I smile picking it up.
"Hey" I answer.
"Hey" he replies simply. "What's up?"
"You dropped me off 15 minutes ago" I let out a laugh.
"I know" He says. I could hear the smile on his lips. "I just... wanted to talk" he sighs. "What're you doing?"
"Um, I just took my makeup off and changed, and now currently laying in bed. Probably gonna watch Rick and Morty or something. I don't think I'll be able to the sleep" I tell him.
"Same" he says. "Like, not able to sleep."
"Why?" I asked. Sam had insomnia just like me, but I guess you could say not that bad. He sleeps a lot though.
"Because... I keep thinking of you... and everything" He says and immediately I blush unintentionally. I hate blushing. It's so annoying.
"Oh" I nod even though he can't see. "Same," I blurted.
"Good, I was starting to think I did something wrong" he lets out a breathy laugh.
"Oh no" I shook my head.
"You looked so good tonight that I actually took a picture of you when you weren't paying attention" He tells me and I gasp.
"Sam!!" I exclaim he laughs.
"Calm down, it's gonna be put to good use" he tells me.
"Ewwwww!! Don't" I said.
"Oh my god, I did not mean that you've got a sick ass mind" He sighs I roll my eye's. "I'm blowing it up."
"Whatever" I sigh.
"Pfft, I definitely deserve a boyfriend award" he says I laugh
"Ya okay" I nod.
"Entertain me Jo, I am bored" he states.
"You entertain me, you called me" I tell him he laughs.
"Fine" he sighs. "Coffee?" He asks I laugh.
"Yeah" I reply.
"Be there in 5" he tells me. We say bye then hang up. I put on a sweatshirt and some slides grabbing my bag and then just wait on my phone.
