Alone

Part 1- Nov 9

I sat alone in the semi-dark of my friend Ashlyn's bedroom after church. I heard her older brother, Noah, laughing as he play-fought with his younger siblings and their friends. I heard Ashlyn and my best friend, (who I've know ever since we were 4) Sveva, laughing about something that happened at school. I heard all the parents laughing together too. I wished I just agreed to go to the mall with my best best friend, Ophilia (Ollie). I've known her longer than I've known Sveva. We've started hanging out a lot more and I've noticed that I'm not getting near as many anxiety attacks as I used to. We've gotten so close that I call her mother mom and she calls my mother mom too. I wish I had better friendships with Noah, Ashlyn and Sveva. But, since when do I get anything I want. [part two coming soon]
