THEA'S WORLD WAS SPINNING AS HER MIND WAS BUZZING. She was a nervous wreck. Even if Newt pressed an encouraging kiss on her forehead, she was still nervous. If anything went wrong, they were screwed. Beads of sweat formed on her forehead as she dressed up as a guard. Thea didn't question from where they got the uniform but, she knew it was a bit too big for her.

Newt laughed a bit at her as he saw how the uniform partially hung from her body, he found it very funny. Her face expression was clearly an annoyed one as he laughed at her. "Sometimes I just wanna slap you." she stated with a glare. Newt had pink cheeks at this point as he tried to stop laughing.

"Stop it." she grumbled trying to get him to stop laughing. She went over to him and slapped his arm in a playful manner. "Stop laughing." she pouted which made Newt laugh even harder. His laugh was affectionous making her also laugh. The two of them laughed like everything was alright but deep inside they knew it wasn't.

Soon it died down and the two of them got ready again. Inside the WICKED building they waited for Teresa and Thomas - who was also dressed up as a guard - to enter the building. The two of them would part from time to time so they wouldn't seem as suspicious. Finally they spotted Thomas and went over to them.

Newt stood in front of the two and signalized them that it was him and Thea. The group of four walked through the building, passing several other guards. Soon enough they walked through a hallway on which one of its sides were windows. From those windows she could see a guard getting ready to joing them, Gally. He joined the group which now looked like a duck family as they made their way through the facility.

"Hold on, Hold on. I can get in here." spoke Gally after they entered a new part of the building. Staircases led up and down from the spot where they stood. Thea stood ready with her gun just in case if someone descended down the stairs. Gally pulled his mask up as he did something at the boxes which hung on the walls. Thea couldn't really see what he was doing as she stood with her back to him.

"Throw me the walkie." ordered Thomas as he pulled his mask up. Gally threw Thomas his walkie as he descended down the stairs. Thea looked over to Newt who also pulled his mask up by now and coughed heavily. She went over to him and also pulled her mask up revealing her concerned expression.

They both noticed how Teresa stared at them with sad eyes which showed regret and guilt. The pair turned away from Teresa as Thea hugged him tightly. The hug was more to calm her than him. She closed her eyes tightly as she took a deep breath. "I'm fine." he mumbled as she let him go but Thea knew he wasn't telling the complete truth.

"Are you sure?" she quizzed worriedly. He didn't look so good as his face became pale since the last time she saw him. "Yes." he responded with doubt in his voice as if he wasn't sure himself. Thea looked at him with concern as if she was questioning if he was sure. "I am." he added as he saw how she looked at him.

Thea drowned out her surroundings as she concentrated on Newt specifically. At the time she looked around again she saw how Gally already opened the control box. "This will work." he mumbled as he pulled on different kind of cables. Thea just hoped he knew what he was doing.

"Brenda, what's your status?" quizzed Thomas into the walkie-talkie. "Copy. Make sure you are ready on your end." From what she had heart, Thea knew that Brenda was supposed to get a bus so they could get the children away. It was a dangerous mission but she knew that if anyone could do it, it would be Brenda.

Gally placed some kind of bomb on the door of the box and secured it. "Alright, let's go." he spoke as he closed the door of the box. Even if the gadget looked like a bomb, it actually wasn't. It was supposed to give Laurence the signal of the WICKED computers so they can hack them. The idea itself was very smart, securing the possibility that it would indeed work.

They made their way through different hallways of the WICKED facility until they stopped at a door. With their guns raised, they stood there waiting for it to open. Thea's heart was racing as she waited, her fingers were clutching her gun tightly as if she was going to let it fall if she wouldn't. Beads of sweat were on her forehead. It was overwhelming.

Finally the doors opened to reveal a male guard who did not expect them on the other side. He got immediately after the door opened, flying backwards. The shooting began. The other guards - Thea wasn't sure how many they were - started shooting at them but failed to succeed. Soon all of them were defeated.

Thea sprinted towards a door and opened to reveal frightened children. She pulled off her mask as she smiled at them, "Let's get you out of here." The children slowly got up from their position on the floor where some of them cowered away. One by one they exited the room. A younger girl walked past Thea with a thankful smile on her face as she whispered, "Thank you." with a shaky voice.

She walked away from the door to see Newt how he walked towards the middle with his mask also removed at this point. His face was still a bit pale but he looked better than before. His hair was very messy as beads of sweat were visible on his forehead.

Thea glanced over to Teresa who looked at all the children who poured out of the rooms. A guilty expression was etched on her face as her icy blue eyes scanned the room. It was like she was trying to process her guilt, as if her world came crashing down on her.

"You good?" quizzed Thea as she went over to the dark haired girl. The latters' head snapped towards Thea as she looked bewildered. "Y-yeah." Teresa stumbled over her words as she replied with a shaky voice. She probably knew that she didn't really sound convincing. "Okay."

"Guys, this might take some time." stated Gally after he caught the attention of the disguised group members. The door was their only obstacle.

"He's not here." mumbled Thomas with distress in his voice as he hurriedly searched for Minho. Newt and Thea glanced at each other with worried looks on their faces as they saw how Thomas went over to Teresa. The two of them made their way over to a computer and searched for something on it.

"Where can he be?" mumbled Newt as his eyebrows furrowed together. It was evident that he was worried about his friend. "He has got to be somewhere. We will find him, okay?" ensured Thea with a surprisingly confident look on her face. Newt still looked worriedly around as if he was trying to avoid her eyes.

"Hey, look at me. We are going to find him somehow, I promise." she took his face in her hands as she tried to calm him down which worked in a way. "Okay." he mumbled with a slightly calmer expression on his face. The girl moved upwards slightly and gave him a peck on the lips before she smiled at him and let her hands fall to her sides.

The both of them looked at Teresa and Thomas who were still researching Minho's current position on the computer. "Somebody moved him up to the medical wing." stated Teresa with confusion in her voice as she found Minho's file. "Thomas, that's on the other side of the building."

"Okay, take me to him. Right now." ordered Thomas. His voice was confident, he knew what he was doing and he was sure of what he was doing. "Alright. I'm coming with you." stated Newt. "Me too." supported Thea as she walked beside Newt who was preparing things.

"Newt, no you're not. Thea you aren't either. You stay here and wait with Gally for the serum." disagreed Thomas, trying to get them to stay in the room.

"You can't do this on your own. Minho comes first, remember?"

"I'll follow Newt, I promised." Thea wasn't going to stay there while Newt roamed around the facility, she wasn't going to let that happen. Thomas realized how she really meant it because of the way she talked. Her voice was slightly raised as she disagreed with him.

"Just go! You're wasting time." boomed Gally all the way from the door, feed up with their discussion. He was right, they were wasting time by discussin whether they could come or not. "I'll get the serum. We'll meet you out back."

"Okay, guys let's go." spoke Thomas as he and the other three moved towards the door. It was the last chance to back out but none of them did. Just as they arrived in the end, they were stopped by a voice which made them turn around.

"Hey, greenie. Good luck."

-----

They are searching for Minho now. We're slowly arriving at the end (sadly). Newt is getting sicker from time to time. How is this gonna end?
