-Riley's POV-
I walk into the lunchroom with Lucas and I saw something I never thought I would see, Maya and Farkle... Kissing...
What even happened. Maya said she doesn't like Farkle, she like hates him.
I guess I was wrong..
If they can make that work. Maybe me and Lucas can be a thing.
I'll ask.
Okay
Here we go
"Hey Lucas" I say.
He looks away from Maya and Farkle and looks at me "yeah"
"I have a question..." I say
"What is it?" He asks.
"Do you maybe want to go out... Like on a date..." I say.
"Yeah." He says.
"Really?!" I say.
"Yeah. I was gonna ask you later when we were doing our project. But now I don't have to." He says.
I smile at him. "So before our project we can go out to eat and then go back to my house and work on our project" I say. Going into the lunch line with him following.
"Sounds great" he says.
We get out lunch and sit down.
-Maya's POV-
I realize I'm in the lunch room.
I just kissed Farkle
And we're holding hands.
Standing close.
I pull my hands away from him and go in line to get my lunch.
He follows me to get his.
"Sorry Maya." He says.
"Farkle it's fine." I say getting a sandwich.
"Okay." He says.
We go and sit down across from Lucas and Riley.
Riley and Lucas smile at me and Farkle...
What? Why are they...
Wait...
Did they see me and Farkle...
I hope not...
I think they did..
-Farkles POV-
Riley and Lucas are looking at me and Maya.
"What?" I say.
"You and Maya. We saw" Riley said.
I look over at Maya and she's looking at the table.
Is she sure it's okay.
"You guys did kiss-" Lucas starts to say.
"Don't say... Kiss" Maya says
"In the lunchroom, Infront of everyone" Lucas finishes.
Maya now has her head on the table.
"Maya. It's okay.." I say.
"I'll be back" she says as she walks into the hall.
"I'll go see what's wrong" I say. Before Riley could say anything.
"Okay" Riley says
I go out into the hall and look for Maya. I find her sitting by her locker.
"Hey." I say as I sit next to her.
"Hi" she says back.
"Are you sure your okay" I ask.
"Farkle. I do like you... I just didn't think people would have been watching.." She says.
"Your embarrassed by me..." I say.
She doesn't say anything but she looks at me.
I look back at her.
"I don't think I'm embarrassed of you, I'm embarrassed by me." She says.
"Why?" I ask.
"I don't think I'm good enough to date you. Your like a straight A student while I'm flunking. You know how to handle situations like this, I can't. Your better then me, and you deserve better." She says to me.
"Maya, I don't care about that. I want you, even if it will be complicated, I want you." I say.
Then Maya kisses me.
I never thought this would actually happen. I never thought we would actually happen.
