"You should go get dressed. I'll be out In a few minutes, okay?" You nodded, smiling at him. You didn't want to leave him though, and you had to force yourself to look away and open the door, stepping back into the room. You closed the door behind you, and drew in a breath. What in the name of heaven was happening? If this was how it felt to be in love, and be loved, you didn't ever want it to end.

~ ♡ ~

You walked to the bed, and started getting dressed. You'd picked the outfit that Tae had threatened to buy for you, until he had ended up buying everything anyway. You wanted to wear it today since you were going with him to their live performance. He came out of the bathroom just as you were tying your sneakers. He was still just in his boxers, and headed for his clothes that he had removed the night before, not really looking at you fully yet.

"We'll have to run to the dorm before we go meet the guys, so I can get some clean clothes to wear" he said as he pulled his jeans on. He grabbed his shirt, pulling it over his head, followed by his hoodie. He sat on the bed, putting his socks and shoes on. "Y/n, do you want to come see my house, and make sure it's what you want to do? We have plenty of time." He finally looked up, and noticed what you were wearing. His face lit up with a smile.

"You look amazing." He walked right up to you, and kissed you.

"Thank you, Taehyung. I just need to go brush my hair, and my teeth," you said, belatedly wondering if you had morning breath. You supposed it didn't matter now.

You went back into the bathroom, brushing your hair, and deciding to pull it up. You brushed your teeth, and a few minutes later, walked back into the room to see him looking at his phone, looking bothered.

"Something wrong?"

"No, just Namjoon reminding me that I have to meet them by 2. I swear he and Hobi think I'm dense or something. They always think they have to remind me of everything."

"I'm sure they do it with the others as well. Besides, you haven't forgotten, so don't worry about it."

"I know, I shouldn't let it bother me. I guess it's probably because I've been late a few times. It's not because I forgot though...well, maybe once or twice..." He laughed, shaking his head. "Okay, maybe I have forgotten before."

You smiled at him, walking up to him and smoothing down a piece of hair that was sticking up.

"So, did you decide if you want to see my house? It's only 4 blocks from here. We still have 3 hours before we have to meet them, so it'll pass some time until then."

"I'd love to see your house, Tae." He smiled happily.

"Okay, good. Is there anything you want to bring with you to the show later? We probably won't come back here after we leave my house, so you should grab it now."

You picked up your phone, and grabbed a sweater. "This is it." You didn't have a pocket for your phone, so you just held onto it, your sweater over your arm.

"Okay, lets go. We can stop by the convenient mart, and grab something quick for breakfast on the way."

You followed him out the door, and once you were in the elevator, he took your hand, pulling you close to him. "I love you, Y/n. I'm never going to get tired of loving you, or of telling you how much I love you." You pulled your lips between your teeth, trying not to get emotional at this point in time, so as not to draw attention to yourself when you exited the elevator. You quickly gave him a kiss, and forced back the tears that were threatening.

The elevator reached the lobby, and the two of you stepped out, and headed out the door. You were excited to see his house. A block from the hotel, he stopped at a store, and grabbed two bananas and two chocolate milks. "Will this work for breakfast?" he asked, taking them to the counter to pay.

"Looks good to me." You answered.

You walked the remaining 3 blocks, eating your bananas and drinking your chocolate milk. Once you reached the middle of the last block, it looked less business like, and was looking more residential. There wasn't a lot of space between homes, but enough. At the end of the block, he turned the corner, and walked a short distance before he stopped, taking your hand and turning into a driveway. You looked up, to see the cutest little house. You smiled, surprised, but excited to see the inside.

There was a small lawn in front, and a cute little porch with a small table, and a chair. You could see privacy fence on either side, which led you to assume the back yard was possibly fenced in. The house itself wasn't painted, but was the color of the dark wood that sided it. It had a rustic look to it.

He led you up onto the small porch, unlocked the door, and ushered you inside, where you stood in wonder at the cute furnishings, and homey look it had. It reminded you of a quaint little farmhouse. There were red and white checkered curtains on the windows, and almost every window had wooden shutters that could be closed. The kitchen had a farmhouse table, with a bench on one side, and two chairs on the other, fluffy cushions on all. There was an old antique style stove, and a big sink that looked old as well. There were little country touches everywhere, from the pictures on the walls, to the porcelain pitcher on the table. There was even an egg basket on the counter.

"Taehyung, this is absolutely adorable. I...wasn't sure what to expect, but I'm not going to lie, it wasn't this."

"Does that mean you like it?" He raised a brow at you.

"It's perfect. It's so cozy, and just feels like home."

"It didn't look like this when I bought it. It was in rough shape. I had a lot of work done to it. I tried to turn it into something my parents would be comfortable in. They loved the house itself, but not the area. I guess when you've lived in the country all your life, it's hard to get used to being in the city."

You imagined the thought and love that went into him having this place remodeled, just for his parents to be comfortable, and it made you feel like an intruder. "Tae, I can't stay here. I can't, this is...you did this for your parents. I wouldn't feel right, I mean, what if they wanted to come back to stay for awhile, to be near you?"

"They won't, y/n. They're too busy with the farm, and don't have time to stay long when they do visit. They've already suggested that I sell it, which I probably will someday. I don't see myself living here long term. I'm like my parents in that respect. I like the country, the quiet, nature. I grew up on a farm, helping my grandparents. I loved every second of my childhood. I want my kids to experience the things I experienced. I want them to know the happiness of throwing feed to the chickens, and collecting eggs every morning. I want them to spend hours picking strawberries, and eating as many as they save. I want them to go to bed at night feeling like they've accomplished something, feeling like they made a difference somehow. I want them to know that family is important, and should be cherished."

Your eyes traveled up to  meet his, and you could see that they were shining with tears that he quickly blinked away.  He gave you a small smile, and walked to you, taking your hand and pulling you into his arms.  "Stop stressing about this. It's just a house. It needs to be lived in. You need a place to live. It's simple. Don't make it harder than it has to be, ok?"

You let him pull you close, pressing your ear to his chest, your arms going around his waist. His heartbeat was steady, strong, and you let it calm you. "Okay Tae, I'll move in here, but only if you promise to stay here with me as often as you can." He hugged you tighter, his lips pressed to the top of your head.

"I'll see what I can do about that. I might have to invest in a bike so I can get back and forth a little quicker, but I'm pretty sure I can make it work."

Now it was your turn to smile. You looked around, happy with how normal this home actually was. You had honestly kind of expected something a bit more extravagant, or at the very least, bigger. He took your hand, and led you to the stairs, pushing you in front of him, and following you up. The first room he showed you was a bedroom, with a single bed, a dresser, nightstand and desk placed perfectly. The colors were neutral, beige with touches of brown here and there. It was simple, functional.

Next was a rather large bathroom, and you gasped in delight as you stepped in. It was gorgeous. There was a round, jetted bathtub with candles scattered around the edges. There was a double vanity, with a large antique mirror above it, an ivy garland draped across the top. The room was mostly an off white, with touches of lilac popping out in the towels, curtains and rugs. There was an olive green room divider in a corner that complimented the lilac and off white perfectly. The thing that surprised you, mostly because you hadn't even noticed it, was the shower. It was basically it's own little room. The doorway was hidden behind the room divider. It was large enough for four people to stand comfortably in. There was a small sitting ledge in one corner, and a shower head larger than any you'd ever seen. There was a handheld sprayer hanging on the wall next to the little built in nooks that held shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and whatever else you might use in the shower.

Tae was standing in the doorway, his arms crossed, shoulder leaning on the doorframe, watching you. His eyes sparkled with happiness at your childlike delight. He loved the smile on your face, and he couldn't have looked away if he'd wanted to. He was so glad he hadn't listened to his parents and sold this place already. "There's one more room up here for you to see" he said, putting his hand out for you to take. You gladly put your hand in his, and followed him across the small hallway. He led you into a large bedroom, with a large bed that appeared to have a hundred pillows on it. The furnishing were wood, all natural colors, and the bedding and curtains were a light green. There was a very fluffy looking chair in a corner, with a lamp next to it, and a small table holding books.

"This is where you'll sleep...just make sure that all the pillows get put back on the bed exactly the way they are right now when you get up in the morning and make the bed." Your eyes went wide, and you quickly looked at him, only to notice that he was trying very hard not to smile. You smacked him in the stomach, and he grabbed it, whining out an 'oowww'.

"Your lucky your kidding, because if you were serious, I would have had to pass on moving in here. There's gotta be a hundred pillows on that bed!"

A/N: Sooo, I'm making sure Tae has plenty of pillows!
