Surprise!! An update 😂 ( I'm trying y'all)
" I can't believe my mom is coming! My mom is coming!! MY MOTHER IS COMING!!" Ally said happily " WITH US!! I'm SO EXCITED!" she jumped around
He held her shoulders " I get it" he smiled " I'm happy for you, and for us, because we have someone we know we can trust to take care of Ava during tour"
" and my mom gets to finally see a concert of mine" she said
" Ours" he corrected
" you get what I mean! It's the first since concert since the first time you and I sang together" she said holding his hand
" I know.. I still can't believe Penny has yet to see her daughter sing with crowd thousands of people" he said wrapping his arms around her
" I know!" She squeezed him tightly
" I love seeing you so happy" he said
" you have no idea.. why I'm extra excited no freaking idea honey" she said
" what was that?" He said
" oh nothing just kiss me!" She looked up at him

And just a day later, they drove down to LAX to pick up Penny. The first time they've all seen her since September for Ava's birthday.
That was five months ago, and lots have changed. Ally was especially excited for her mother to be here, and see how much Ava has grown and talk details about tour plus something super special.
" Ava are you excited to see grandma?" Ally said looking back at Ava
Ava smiles widely and shyly covers her face kicking her feet out
" I'll take that as a yes" Ally said " she's so cute.. why aren't there more of her"
He looks at her weirdly " you are like night and day"
" like the name of one of our hit song from the album" she smiled
" wow.." he chuckled " incredible"
" yet another song" she clasps her hands together
He giggled " you're on fire.."
" Austin not a song from the album.." she said
He snickered
Ava attempted to sing happy birthday, a favorite song of hers
" awww" She said " her favorite song !!"
" daddyyyy" Ava dragged
" that really warms my heart every time she calls me daddy" he smiled " not my birthday yet, but soon!"
" no kidding.. I just about melt when she calls me mama.. and now she actually calls me mommy and I tear up" she said getting emotional " And I will be so sad the day she just calls me mom! Like ..-I"
" woah.. why are you crying! Save those for when your mom gets here" he said
" I can't help is my kid is so damn cute" she said
" don't worry, like I said when you were pregnant, our kids are never allowed to call us mom and dad.. well at least for eighteen years.. because let's face it them calling us past that is weird.." he said
Ally started sobbing " shut up I don't ever wanna think about my babies growing up and leaving me.."
" oh boy.." he said
And as she wipes her tears, Austin continued driving and Ava continues singing

" do you see her Austin?" She asked
" no.. you asked me five minutes ago and I said no..." he said " stay next to me" he said to Ava taking her hand
" you know I know you're excited for penny to get here but keep your eyes on your kid she's trying to wander.."
" mom!" Ally said past Austin into her mother's arms
" how are you sweetie" Penny said
" I missed you so much!!! So so so much!!" Ally said into Penny's shoulders
" I missed you too"
"My favorite mother in-law !" Austin said
" my favorite son in-law!" Penny said
" my little Avie" Penny said " oh she's so big.." she teared up " I wanna hold you.. but you might be afraid.. oh my sweet girl" she kissed Ava's forehead
" she knows you! We video chat everyday mom.. she might be like woah you're not inside the phone anymore!" Ally said
" you're so right.. I just wanna hold my baby!" Penny said
" oh she'll warm up!" Austin said " let's head back You must be exhausted and hungry"
...
Back at home they ate some dinner
" mom I'm so happy you're here!" Ally said
" Ally, me too I missed you guys and honey when did you become such a chef?" Penny asked
" from dad, and when you have two mouths that are literal vacuums and when you love cooking!!" Ally said
" Ally's the best." Austin chimes in
" that" Ava pointed to her strawberries
" hey no more finish your spaghetti!" Ally said to her " here use this.. we don't use our hands"
Ava picks up her baby fork and pokes her spaghetti
" you're such a mom! She's so well behaved!" Penny said " you two are doing such a good job with her"
" aw thanks" Austin said " she's not easy.. at all"
" mom are you excited? For tour and stuff?" Ally said
" so excited!! Eight months with you guys!! It's gonna be a blast!!" Penny said " and the best part is I'm gonna see my sweet little granddaughter and my favorite pop stars!"
" isn't that right my Ava Marie?" Penny said tickling her
Ava giggles
The couple smiled at each other
" hey mom now that she's being really friendly why don't you get her ready for bed and put her to sleep" Ally said
" I was just going to ask that!!" Penny said excitedly
She takes Ava out the high chair " say see you later AllyGator"
They both leave and go up the stairs
" aw that's so cute.. we have nothing to worry about when we're on tour" he said
" I'm so happy.. thank you again.. for letting this happen." She said hugging him
" of course baby, I'd do anything for you" he said
She hugged him tighter and pulled away
And put her hand on his face " I love you Austin Moon"
He smiled " I love you too Ally Dawson"
He gets up " I'm gonna go shower have fun doing the dishes babe" he kissed her forehead
" you asshole" she said
" you lost the bet not me.." he smiled and waved
A little while later Penny came downstairs and into the kitchen
" hey.. I thought you were putting Ava to bed"
" she saw daddy and suddenly I don't exist" Penny said
" aw sorry.. she's been a daddy's girl as of lately" Ally said
" it's cute.. you were the same way too, I guess you still are your daddy's girl" Penny said " she's just like you."
" in some ways.. but she's definitely a dare devil.. like her dad.. loud like him too..laughs like him."
" stubborn like you, smart like you, pretty like you.. sweet like you.." Penny kissed her forehead
" ugh that little smile she does it's like looking at baby you" she continued " you two really created something beautiful"
" I have to talk to you about something.. I don't even know how to say it.." Ally smiled wildly
" what is it?" Penny asked taking her hands
" I think it's better that I show you.. it's a surprise for him.. I guess for all of us" she said " come on.."
...
" that's.. wow.." Penny smiled " he's gonna be so surprised alright! How does he not know?"
Ally shrugged " ehh pfft he's a natural blonde"
Penny laughed
" but shhhh.. don't ruin the surprise.. I have to figure out a way to give it to him.." Ally said
" oh it safe with me.. but.. oh my baby come here" penny pulls her in for a hug
...
" hi there roomie.." Austin said as soon as Ally walked in
She looked at him weirdly
"You know what's the best part of Ava sleeping in her own room by herself again?" He said biting his lip
" what?" She said
" I get my roomie back" he said " and it feels good..you know what else feels good?"
She smiled and rolled her eyes " what?"
" you on top of me.. and some rounds of good old sex like two crazy horny teenagers" he winked twirling the sheets
She chuckled " oh give me a break.. I'm not having sex with you.. especially now after what ever that was that you just did"
" why not? You're afraid you'll be too loud.. don't want your mom to hear us getting busy" he said sitting up
" no.. that's... that's not it" she laughed " as tempting as that sounds I'm just exhausted"
He sighs and pulls her down anyway wrapping his arms around her and pressing his lips to her neck
" can we at least cuddle?" He asked
" okay.." she said holding his arms
He dragged his finger tips Along her arm " you okay? You're quiet"
" i'm just thinking.." she said
" about what?" He asked
" it's a secret.." she said
" hey no secrets.. we tell each other everything" he said letting go
She turned and faced him and smiled " good night my love.." she caressed his face before kissing him then laid on his chest
" I guess this conversation is over" he mumbled but smiled he kissed her forehead
