"(Y/n) sweetie, you ready for you doctors appointment?" Her mom called for her down in the living room.
(Y/n) soon came down the stairs and skipped into the living room. She was wearing a (f/c) shirt and light grey overalls. Her hair was up in pigtails. "Yes Mommy!" The little girl said excitedly.
"What do you think your quirk is gonna be?" Her mom asked as she picked her up and started to head out to the car.
"I hope it's yours! Your quirk is so cool!"
"I guess we'll find out won't we?" Her mom kissed the top of her head as she secured her in her car seat. The entire car ride (y/n) happily sang along to the songs that played on the radio her mom turned on for her.
As (y/n) got lost in the songs, the car ride seemed shorter that it actually was. They were there within about 15-20 minutes.
(Y/n)'s mom pulled into the parking lot and parked. She turned off the car and got out of her seat to get (y/n) from her booster seat. Her mom held (y/n)'s hand in hers as they walked through the front doors of the doctors office. Her mom told the front desk receptionist about their appointment and went to sit down in one of the many waiting room chairs. (Y/n) went up to play with some of the building blocks they had while her mom flipped through some magazines.
Five minutes later, the black haired brown eyed nurse came out. "(Y/n) (L/n)?" He called out.
"That's me!" The excited five year old jumped up from her spot and skipped towards the nurse.
"You ready?" He asked her with a smile.
"Mhmm!" She nodded her head.
"Okay follow me! Dr. Shimoda will be in after I get your height and weight okay?"
After the nurse got (y/n)'s measurements and numbers, (y/n) and her mom waited patiently for the doctor.
"Hello! I'm Dr. Shimoda. Sorry to keep you waiting." The tall brunette said as she entered the room and went up to shake Mrs. (L/n)'s hand. "And you must be (y/n) right? Excited to find out sweetheart?"
"Uh huh!" (Y/n) could barely sit still on top of the examination seat.
"Alright love, let's begin!"

"Well Mrs. (L/n), according to my results, it looks like your daughter is going to be an omega, plus it also looks like she is going to manifest your quirk!" Dr. Shimoda said as she walked into the room with (y/n)'s folder and exam results in hand.
(Y/n) gasped in amazement and rushed up to hug her mom. "Mommy Mommy Mommy, I'm getting your quirk! Did you hear her I'm getting your quirk!"
Her mom giggled. "Yes love, I heard her."
"Hey Mommy... Is being an omega a bad thing?" (Y/n) suddenly asked. Her mother and the doctor looked at each other.
"It could be," The doctor admitted. "But you'll learn why in later years to come, (y/n)."
(Y/n)'s mother picked her up and placed her on her hip. "Thank you so much Dr. Shimoda."
"It's no problem. I'll see her again in six months for a check-up, okay?"
19 years ago...
"Katsuki! Come on we need to go to your doctor's appointment!" Shouted his mother.
"I already know I'm going to be an alpha, why do I still need to go to this stupid thing?" He asked as he stomped down the stairs.
"Because I trust the judgement of a real, professional doctor over my rowdy five year old now get your ass in the car and let's go!"
Bakugou groaned loudly as he continued down the stairs and out the door. Mitsuki only rolled her eyes as she followed her son out of the house and to the car. Bakugou crossed his arms and pouted as Mitsuki made sure he was buckled in correctly before getting in the driver's side. Mitsuki turned on the car radio to try and lighten the mood, but Bakugou was still fuming in the back nonetheless.
And he was still in a foul mood as they pulled into the parking lot of the doctors office.
Mitsuki sighed before looking back at Bakugou. "If you behave I'll take you to get ice cream afterwards," She offered. She knew he heard her when he looked up from the floor to into her eyes. "I'm gonna be getting everything I want then!" He declared.
"As long as you behave..." She mutters under her breath as she turns off the car and gets out. She goes to Bakugou's side and opens the door only to find him struggling with his booster seat. She stood there with her eyebrow raised as she watched her son struggle. She actually found it quite amusing, but decided to hold back her laughs.
Bakugou eventually noticed his mother standing outside the car during all his struggling. "Well quit standing there and help me!" He demanded.
Mitsuki let go of the door handle and crossed her arms. "Excuse me?"
"I said help me!" He said as he continued to struggle.
Mitsuki tilted her head to the side. "I'm sorry, what was that?"
Bakugou huffed and gave up his act. "Help me... Please..." He whispered as he looked away with embarrassment.
"Better..." She dragged out.
Bakugou continued to look away as Mitsuki got him out of his booster seat.
"I'm too old for that stuff anyways..." He huffed out as he got out of the car and practically stomped up to the doctor's office.
Mitsuki opened the door and Bakugou immediately went to sit in one of the chairs. She went up to the receptionist at the front desk and started to converse to her about the insurance and topics like that. She soon finished with her and went to sit next to her son.
Not even 30 seconds later, a blonde haired nurse, with her hair in a bun, came out and called for Bakugou.
"Come on, let's go Katsuki." Mitsuki said.
"I know..." He whispered as he got up from his seat and walked in front of his mother.
"I just gotta measure your height and weight okay kiddo?" She asked.
"Yeah whatever..." He grumbled out while refusing to look at the nurse. Mitsuki sent the nurse an apologetic smile. The nurse only smiled back and lead the mother and son duo to an examination room. The nurse quickly got all the measurements she needed and told them the doctor should be in shortly. They ended up waiting a little longer than Mitsuki expected, but soon the doctor waddled in.
"Sorry sorry! My little one is making me use the bathroom practically every five minutes!" She said as she patted her 7 months pregnant stomach. "Anyways I am Dr. Shimoda." She turned to Mitsuki to shake her hand.
"Mitsuki." She introduced herself.
"And you must be Katsuki! My my you're so handsome for a five year old!" Dr. Shimoda said as she turned to the little ash blonde boy.
Mitsuki only sighed as she smiled and shook her head, knowing that the doctor just fed her son's already big ego.
"Well Mr. Bakugou, shall we get to it then?" Dr. Shimoda asked the young red eyed male.
"I'm an alpha! I know it!" He proudly stated whilst pointing his thumb at himself.
"Shall we confirm that then?" She smiled.
Bakugou happily nodded his head.
"Okay! Let's begin then love!"

Dr. Shimoda walked back into the room Katsuki and Mitsuki resided in with his results in hand and a smile on her face.
"Well well well, little Katsuki, do you want to see your results?"
Bakugou didn't say anything as he got up to grab the folder containing his results. "I knew it!" He boasted as he shoved the folder into his mom's hands. He grinned widely as he slammed his fist into his palm with smoke rising from the impact. "I'm an alpha!" He basically shouted.
"He already got his quirk?" Mitsuki questioned as she stared at his results.
"Yup!" Dr. Shimoda said. "He only got it a few days ago, but he definitely has it!"
"I'm an alpha." Bakugou repeated as he could feel his ego growing even bigger.
