Let's start!
1. Open Picsart
•Go to DRAW
•Choose COSTUM type 1418x2216
•Press EDIT IMAGE
Then mapupunta ka dito.
•Press ADD PHOTO
then import your background.
Press✓ to save it.
When done,
•Add your animated Png.
Seems familiar? Can you see it?
Gurl! That's VKOOK! waah!
That art is from MY OMEGA LEADER-NIM
btw, it's a manhwa from WEBTOON!
•Arrange your awesome Png.
Omg! My Vkook hart! uwu
Done? Then press✓ to save.
•Go to DRAW
•press LAYER
•Choose OVERLAY and brush the whole layer with black.
•Control opacity 28%
depende yan sa gusto mo. Kung gusto mo mas dark then maybe 48% okay na. Pero kung gusto mo sakto lang then 28% down.
Ulitin ulit ang process but this time WHITE naman

Control the Opacity and of course change it into overlay.
Control the Opacity. Para pumantay yung kulay.
Result.
For the Border.
Go back to Draw
Look for that⬇️
•Press it and this one here will pop up.
• CHOOSE BOX
see that
⏺️ FILL| ⚪STROKE
Press fill and then OK
•Pick a Color for your Border.
Then start putting box and stretch it.

Gawin mo ito sa buong paligid ng litrato.
Pag tapos ka na sa buong photo maglagay ng border. Punta ka ulit dito pero this time yung Circle na naman.
• Stretch
When done.
Press✓
And ADD TEXT
That is a light rays
Lagi akong naglalagay ng ganyan para mas mag glow yung book covers ko.
Kung gusto mo makacollect ng ganyan search mo lang ulit kay Manong Google.
