Maya's POV
Naging salbahe ba ako kay Kuya Basty? Sigurado akong galit sakin yun ngayon. Haaays. I've never talked back to him before. Baka pagalitan ako nun! I hate to see him mad 'coz he's becoming like a monster, a real one. Ugh!
I shouldn't have made him mad.
Habang patuloy na nakabagsak ang balikat ko dahil sa panlulumo at pag-iisip na kapag nakita ko si Kuya ay isang matalim na tingin na naman ang matatanggap ko ay pinasok ko ang masukal na bahagi ng gubat.
Sinusundan ko lang yung path na pinagmumulan ng liwanag ni Livi. And the power aura is still the same. Hindi ba bumaba ang power level niya? I mean, it is well maintained. Doesn't he feel anything? Usually doon bumabase ang kapangyarihan e, sa emotions.

Tumingin ako sa spot ni Livi. Nandun lang siya, nakaupo habang nakapikit. He's truly handsome. Mas maganda pa siya sa mga babaeng nakikita ko sa tv namin e. Yung mga artista. He is like a goddess in my eyes. Yes, goddess. He looks more feminine because of his silk and glowing skin. Tapos ang haba pa ng mga buhok niya.
I'm starting to envy him. Err.
"You don't look so well, Maya. And could you please stop staring at me...?" nagblink bigla yung mata ko nung magsalita siya. Ay. Titig na titig na pala ako sa kanya. Amf!
Naglakad ako papalapit sa kanya.
"Sorry naman. Nakakamesmerize yung ganda mo e." tumalon ako para maupo sa tabi niya. Nung lumapat ang pang-upo ko sa sanga ng puno, mas naramdaman ko yung relaxing feeling. Parang bahay lang na mapapa-feel at home ka nalang.
"So? May problema ba ulit?" tanong niya.
"Hmm... oo e. This time, Kuya got mad at me." I answered as I look down. Ang childish naman kasi, pero hindi ko padin maiwasan. Ayoko lang na masaktan ulit siya ng babaeng yun. Dahil kapag nangyari yun, I don't think I can still restrain myself from doing bad.
"Bakit naman?" he asked.
"I don't know. I just snapped and talked back like a kid. Aaargh!! I hate it knowing that someone is mad at me." nagpout ako.
"You're a kid though." he chuckled. I glared at him so he stops laughing. He faked a cough. "Ahem, sorry." umiwas siya ng tingin sakin. "I mean, hindi mo dapat isinisisi sa kapatid mo kung lapitan pa niya ang taong yun. Maybe he still has feelings for her. Or maybe he just cares. Or yet, he only wants them to be friends again. There's nothing wrong by approaching the one who caused you pain unless ." sabi niya bigla. Nanlaki ang mga mata tapos tumingin sa kanya.
He can talk about love??
Pero... err. Siguro nga tama siya. Mahal naman kasi talaga ni Kuya si Azura. Kami lang ni mommy Misaki ang may ayaw sa kanya. Dad and Mom has no problem with her. Ahhh. Ewan! Hindi kasi talaga maganda ang pakiramdam ko kay Azura. Kahit pa ilang beses niya akong itrato ng maayos, hindi ko siya magustuhan. Hindi ko mapilit ang sarili kong magustuhan siya.
Whatever. I should just let it be. Buhay naman ni Kuya Basty yun, if he decided to still love her, it's not my problem anymore. Kung masaktan man siya, it won't affect me since I already warned him. Ugh! Si Kuya naman kasi ang tigas ng ulo e.
Guess I won't argue with him about it.
"Siguro nga bata padin ako. Physically and mentally." sabi ko saka tumingala. That's when I saw a huge and dark clouds forming into circular motion. Ano yun? Pero sa tingin ko ay... sa ibabaw lang namin ang meron nun.
"Nagmahal ka na ba?"
Napatingin ako kay Livi nung tanungin niya yun. Nakatingin siya sa akin ng mataimtim. It's like he really wants to know my answer. Nagmahal?
"Oo naman." ngumiti ako sa kanya but I noticed his eyes became gray. Oh, awesome!
"Really? May I know who...?"
"Hm? I loved my family, my friends." sagot ko sa kanya. Napatitig siya sakin. Saka ko lang narealize yung tanong niya. Ah, so ibang sagot ang gusto niyang malaman? "Well, if you're talking about some romantic relationship, I've got no intention of committing with someone. Ayokong magaya sa Kuya ko." pagkatapos kong sabihin yun ay nahiga ako sa sanga ng puno.
I feel like resting. Masyado ko atang ini-stress ang sarili ko sa issue ni Kuya. I still have my mission so I gotta focus on that. I need to focus on guarding Keita but for now, I want to lay low for a bit with this gorgeous creature beside me.
"Really? You're still young and there are a lot of things that will happen soon. Be grateful of being young, Maya." inangat ko ng kaunti ang ulo ko para tignan si Livi kaso iba ang nakita ko... isang liwanag na paparating sa amin.

Basty's POV
I unleashed a great force of power to shove away the enemy. Hindi niya napansin ang paparating na malakas na kapangyarihan na yun kaya itinilapon siya nito. I use that chance teleport and took his target away.
I teleported far away from the guy.
Binitawan ko kaagad ang pagkakahawak ko sa braso niya saka ibinulsa ang mga kamay ko. Nagsimula na din akong maglakad pero hindi ko hinayaang maging absent-minded because as I thought, I can't trust any of them.
"W-what the..." she stutters.
I stop from walking and turn to her. "You should be more careful of your surrounding, Marsha. This place seems dangerous." sabi ko sa kanya. Pasimple ko ding pinagmasdan ang suot niyang black hoody cloak. So suspicious.
Mukha siyang nagulat sa biglaang pangyayari kaya hanggang ngayon ay parang speechless padin siya. Caught in the act? Too simple and readable.
May maliit na ngisi ang sumilay sa mga labi ko.
Nung mapansin niya yun mabilis niyang binago ang expression niya. Kinunot niya ang noo niya, naging seryoso na din ang mga tingin na para akong inaakusahan. Tss.
"What are you doing here? Sinusundan mo ba ako, Morris?" she asked accusing me of something that totally would be impossible.
"I have my own business to deal with so I got no time and interest on all of your schemes." nawala ang mga ngiti. I stared at her as if I am ready to stab her. "But don't you even dare lay a finger to Keita, Miss. I have no resistance when my business gets interrupted." mabilis akong tumalon palayo dahil nagsimula siyang maglabas ng spatial portal sa paligid ko.
When I look at her, she has this hateful look on her face. Trying to intimidate me?
"I really don't like you but I will tell you this, I won't betray my friends especially Ren and Suzuna. They are my siblings and if you try to destroy us, I will never forgive you!" she's pointing her finger to me. I just look at her like an alien. I'm not a meddlesome guy. I will only take action when my mission subject is involved.
But look who's trying to destroy them. Tss.
She opened a spatial door and entered it. She even took a glance at me before entering. Damn. If I am just an ordinary human, I'll totally get scared of that stare. But I am extraordinary so she doesn't really have to glare at me.
Noong mawala siya, umalis nalang ako pabalik sa Villa. Why am I even taking my time talking to her? If only I could teleport without limit, sana iniwan ko na din siya doon. But I almost used up half of my energy just by teleporting and some by driving out the guy who attacked her.
And I just remembered, she didn't even thank me for saving her. How ungrateful.
Tss. I leaped on the trees to go back at master Liu's Village. Masyadong malayo itong lugar sa Village na tinutuluyan namin ngayon at sa Arai Clan Village kaya kahit sino ang makakita sa kanya, I am sure, they will question her for being here.
It was an isolated area.

Nung malapit na ako sa Village, nakita ko ang isang bahagi ng masukal na gubat na pinalilibutan ng makapal na itim na ulap na umiikot sa ibaba nun. It is getting more and more dangerous out there. At sa tingin ko ay mas papalakas ng papalakas ang kapangyarihan ng nilalang na nananahan sa lugar na yun.

Tumalon ako sa isang mataas ng puno na katabi lang ng Village. I was about to create a protection barrier when I saw Blake walking to not-so-far from me. Sa tingin ko ay balak din nitong umakyat sa puno.
Hinayaan ko munang tumalon siya para makatungtong sa tuktok ng isang puno. Marahil ay para tignan ang kapangyarihan na nagmumula sa lugar na yun. Nung nasa tuktok siya, ibinulsa niya ang mga kamay niya sa mga bulsa niya habang nakatingin sa malayo. And I don't need to look at where he's looking.

Tumalon ako kaagad para puntahan si Blake. He didn't look at me rather, his forehead furrowed. Fvck. I'm getting a bad feeling about this.
I was about to open my mouth when a sudden gale burst against us. Mabilis na nakapaggawa ng barrier si Blake kaya hindi kami tumilapon dalawa pero ramdam na ramdam namin parehas ang malakas na kapangyarihan na umaalon sa buong paligid.
What the hell was that? Was that from that dark place?
Agad akong tumingin sa pinagmulan ng malakas na kapangyarihan na yun at hindi nga ako nagkamali, it came from that place. Where the terrying power resides. Anong nangyari dun?
"I saw Maya coming that way." Blake said.
What?!
I didn't bother answering Blake, I immediately teleported to that place. And when I did, before I knew it, I am wounded all over my body. Dammit.
Napaluhod ako sa lupa. Shit.
I can't use my vampiric power here. My healing process will be slow.
"Who are you?" may nagsalita mula sa harap ko. Inangat ko ang paningin ko. I saw a... woman? Standing next to me. Bumaba ang tingin ko sa kanya. She's wearing a really long dress that seems too odd. She has a white long hair and she's radiantly white.
"Where is she? Where's my sister?" tumayo ako para harapin siya.
Ito ba ang taong nararamdaman kong patuloy na lumalakas ang kapangyarihan at ang nagpakawala ng malakas na hangin kanina? Tch. I thought it was a guy and has a monstrous look. Ibang iba sa naiisip kong kayang makagawa ng bagay na yun.
"Sister? Oh, so you are that Kuya she's been telling me. Wala siya dito." sagot niya sakin.
Pinagmasdan ko ang mga mata niya. I can't see any emotions but a really cold stare. I couldn't tell if she's telling the truth but I can't also just trust her.
"But my cousin saw her coming in your lair." I tried looking around but all I can see are floating black balls that surround her. No trace of Maya, hindi ko rin maramdaman ang presensya niya sa loob.
"She's not here. She must have run away... from you. For being a jerk to your sister." pagkatapos niyang sabihin yun, bigla nalang nagkaroon ng kidlat yung itim na mga bilog. Masama ang pakiramdam ko sa mga yun ah. Tsk.
As if on cue, tons of lighting strike me. Mabilis akong tumalon. Sh*t.
I might have come to a very dangerous place.
