(Takeyama Kyoshu POV)
"AHHH!! My beautiful niece!!" I let out a yelp when I was developed into a tight as I was being hugged by both my aunts, aunt Yu & aunt Mitsuki, I was being smothered in their rather large breasts & I couldn't help but grunt in pain while tapping on their arms "Uh?"
"Would you please refrain from touching, or suffocating her, from the neck up. Her jaw is severely injured." the doctor says as he walks in, they immediately let go "Thank you, we had Recovery Girl come in to heal anything to broken. You received a few broken ribs, fractured knuckles & jaw. She healed you so they wouldn't be broken or fractured any more but they should still ache so don't do anything that needs you to move a lot, & also don't yell so your jaw will heal faster." I nod my head
"Yup." he waves
"I'll be back in a bit, I'm just going to grab her meds." he said to mama, she nodded
"Okay." as he left, uncle Masaru & papa let out a gasp when mama & aunt Mitsuki smacked me on the head, Kacchan, who I assumed was forced to visit, held back a laugh along with aunt Yu
"What the hell is wrong with you, kid?! When I told you to look after my son, this isn't what I meant!! You've gone & thrown yourself into a hospital!" I raise a finger
"Technically this is the U.A infirmary room." I sweat drop when mama just glared at me
"That doesn't just change the fact you injured yourself to have a doctor come, not just Recovery Girl."
"Ah hahaha, right." she ran a hand through her hair
"It was all over the news. 2 out of 21 students were heavily injured & 2 pros were almost killed." papa wrapped his arms around mama while aunt Yu rubbed her elder sister's "... what would've happened if we lost you...?" we all went silent when she said that, I scratched the back of my neck before pushing my fingers onto the corners of my lips up to form a smile
"Come on Kyo-chan, just smile, & you know everything will be alright! That's what you always told me when I was little..." I rub my jaw "Ow, that was a bad idea, but still... you know I'll be fine when you see me smiling!" it went silent again until mama burst out crying "E-Eh?! Mama! Why are you crying?"
"My baby! You still remember the words I use to say to you all those years ago." papa laughed & rubbed her back
"Of course she does, she has my great memory." I give them the thumbs up, they all left the room though Kacchan did stay behind, aunt Mistuki told him to keep my company while they talked to the doctor & Recovery Girl, we stare at each other until he pulled out a deck of cards & I grin gently, trying not to hurt my jaw
"So, is the food here shit like in ever hospital?" he asked as he put an ace down, I nodded my head & put a 4 of clubs (they're playing 3 up 3 down)
"Uh huh, luckily when I get out we're going to mama's café to eat there, you should come with, though I believe aunt Mitsuki is gonna force both you & uncle Masaru to come with." he nodded his head & placed a 10 of hearts down then a 9 of spades "Oh jeez come on, I don't have anything to beat a 9?" he smirked at me when I picked it up
"Hah!"
"At least it wasn't the whole deck." he just flipped me off "So, what did you do for class this morning?" he shook his head as he placed another 9 down, I glare at him & place the 9 down I had just picked up
"There was no class. It was canceled from what happened yesterday." I nod my head & pick up a card, since I had 1 in my hand, then placed a 2 down
"Oh." we went quiet as we focused on our game until we were both at our last cards, I couldn't help but sweat a bit. The card that was on the top was a queen of hearts, to beat it you either need a 10, king, ace, 2 or another queen & it was Kacchan's turn & when he flipped his last card over & slammed it down... it was a jack
"NOOO!!!" I flip mine over & it was another queen, I pump my fists as I had a silent victory before giving Kacchan a smug look
"... bitch ass..."
"Screw you!!" I start giggling then laugh a bit & soon after he joins me
"Oh, I miss having these times with you Katsuki, what happened?" he hummed & grabbed the cards, that he threw into the air that scattered all over the room
"We grew up & went to different schools that took up most of our time." I nod my head
"True, true." aunt Yu came back in & she hugged me, not suffocating me this time, then kissed me on the forehead
"We got good news from the doctors saying you can leave today! So get your shit, we're going to my sis' café to eat!" she then pointed at Kacchan "You to brat!" he glared at her
"Shut up, hag!"
"Eh?! I'm in my early twenties you little shit!" they start arguing & before I could stop them, mama came back into the room & glare at them to be quiet, I sweat & felt a shudder crawl up my back
"Please children, no yelling when we have someone injured right over there." they both nodded as they started to sweat
"Y-Yes aunty/sister!" she smiled sweatly
"That's good." & she left again, this time uncle Masaru & papa came in
"Did they piss your mother off, Kyo-chan?" I nod my head "Yeah, I try not to get on that side. Women are scary when angered, like your's baby brother. I guess we like scary women." uncle laughing timidly as he waved his hands in front of papa
"B-Brother, no! She really is a sweet woman, honestly...!"
"Right."
(Next Day)
"Hey hey! Did you watch the news last night?" I hear Tooru-chan exclaim as she looked at Mashirao-chan & Mezo-chan, they both nod their heads
"Mm."
"Did you see how everyone was on screen for at least a second?" she placed her hand on her chest "I didn't stand out at all." hearing that made both Mashirao-chan & I sweat drop
"That's true."
"Its hard to stand out when looking like that, huh?" I roll my eyes & poke him in the back of the head
"What he's saying is, with a quirk like your's its hard to stand out." Tooru-chan then pointed(?) at my jaw, it had bandages wrapped around it, & I raise an eyebrow "What is it?"
"You aren't smiling like usual, Kyoshu-chan!" I scratch my cheek
"If I do it really hurts, when that villain punched me with her crystallized fist she could've seriously broken my jaw, I was lucky enough to have my mask as, somewhat of a barrier to soften her punch." Mezo-chan clicked
"That's right, I'm not gonna lie, you versing that large villain was pretty cool."
"Its a pity I didn't get to see it, but I definitely felt the rumbles." I apologetically wave my hand
"I'm sorry for that." suddenly a loud voice was heard so we look over at the front where Ten-chan was suddenly there
"Everyone!! Morning homeroom is about to start. Please take your seats!!" I sweat drop
"Dude, we're already at our seats! The only one that isn't is you!" Hanta-chan said, I watch as Ten-chan sat down & grumbled something under his breath, I laugh lightly & a few seconds later the door opened
"Hmm, I wonder who are teacher is if Aizawa-sensei was seriously hurt all those days ago." we all look at the door & my eyes widened until they softened
"Aizawa-sensei!" everyone said, but me, I just smiled knowing that he was okay. I kinda sweat dropped when I saw he was covered from head to toe in bandages, but it still made me happy he was okay
"You're back already?!"
"Don't concern yourselves over me. After all, the Battle hasn't really ended for you yet." Aizawa-sensei informs us
"The battle?" Kacchan echoes
"You don't mean..." Izu-chan trailed off
"We have to verse more villains." I finished
"U.A.'s Sports Festival is approaching, boys and girls!" Aizawa-sensei exclaims before another person can interrupt him, most of my classmates cheer, I just sigh in relief as I place a hand on my chest
"Thank god..."
"Oh yeah, this is a school!! A sports festival? I keep forgetting this is an actual school!" I hear someone say, I raise my hand
"Yes, Takeyama."
"Aizawa-sensei, is it alright to continue the sports festival? After all, it sounds like a good opportunity for villains to infiltrate the school again." I point out, that was when I noticed a few of the students started sweating remembering the events that happened a few days ago
"On the contrary: since we're going ahead with the festival, it means that the school is confident it has all its ducks in a row when it comes to its crisis control now. I hear police presence will be five times bigger than normal, for example." Aizawa-sensei explains, he continues after the entire class goes silent "What you should be thinking about is what a huge chance the academy's sports festival presents for you all. This isn't some event that'll be brought to a halt by the likes of villains."
"But what if the villains do appear?" Minoru-chan said "Do we stop it?"
"Mineta, have you never seen the U.A. Sports Festival?!" Izu-chan asks him
"Of course, I have! That's not it at all-" Minoru-chan yelled as he starts to freak out
"Our Sports Festival is one of Japan's biggest events!! In days past, the 'Olympics' was the sports festivity that whipped all the nation into a froth of enthusiasm! But now, as you know, the extent and population have shrunk and it's lost a lot of substance. So what has taken the place of the Olympics in Japan is the U.A. Sports Festival!" as he carried on explaining I leaned back on my chair again & was in a train of thought
'Hmm, the sports festival. I wonder if aunt Yu will be watching, maybe she'll be busy with hero work. Same with mama & papa, they're busy with their jobs as well... but I won't let my selfish desire of wanting them to watch me get in the way of their jobs...' I sigh sadly
"Oi!" someone whispered/yelled at me, it was Denki-chan
"Oh? Sorry..."
"You okay?" I shrug "Nervous with all the eyes on you?"
"You could say. Though I'm just thinking, that's all." he raised an eyebrow
"Thinking? Of what?" I just shook my head & waved him off
"Its not important, even so, everyone will probably find out on the time of the festival." Denki-chan just looked at me in a confused way, that made me chuckle a bit before looking back at the front again
"Hah...?"
(Lunch)
"Can I sit with you?" I look up & in shock, I see it was Shouto (since he isn't really comfortable with the nicknames, she decided to just call him by his first name) that asked me that, I look around before swallowing my food & pointing at the table I was sitting at
"Here?" he nodded "U-Uh yeah, sure! Go ahead..." he sat across from me & kinda stared at me, I look away before giving him an annoyed look "You're doing it again." he tilted his head to the side as he looked at me confused
"I'm doing what again?"
"The staring." as soon as I say that he blinked & looked down at his food
"Sorry, I just guess its out of habit." I hum & start eating again, it was quite awkward but that didn't stop me from enjoying my food "... what you did at the USJ was really brave, even though you were clearly getting weaker you still fought on." I look up at him & see that he bowed his head "I just want to thank you, & apologies again for being rude on that bus ride to the USJ." I just stare at him before shaking my head
"No no, its alright! I'm pretty reckless & as vice class rep, its my duty to look out for the students of my classroom!"
"Hoo? Is that so?" I nod my head
"Indeed it is." he nodded his head this time, we start eating again until I remember something "Can I be your friend, Shouto?" I asked, he carried on eating
"I have no intention of making friends." I sigh & look down at my food "... but I'll make you an exception." I smile hearing that & hug him from across the table
"Yay!" I giggle a bit when I saw his face
"I regret the decision I have just made." I softly punch him on the shoulder
"Don't be!"
