I don't understand
There are people dying, people crying
The signs are clear
The world doesn't comprehend
That some of us are just in need of a friend
I don't understand
We are shouting for help
Waving our razorblades in the air
Silencing our sad thoughts with every cut
Drowning them with pain
Heavily breathing
Blinking away the tears
Don't let them know
Because they don't understand
