Your breathing gets heavier and heavier as the pain becomes very unbearable.
Ethan still didn't pick up after the multiple phone calls and voicemails you left so you decided to call someone else.
The phone rings a couple of times and the person on the other line finally answers
"Y/n why are you calling me this late" my best friend says groggily over the phone clearly very tired.
"I think I'm going to labor and Ethan doesn't pick up and my water broke and-" you say panicking.
"Take it easy I'm already up it won't take me that long," she says and hangs up.
You try to breathe in out as calmly as possible but it became very difficult as you continued to think about Ethan.
You tried texting him and calling again yet no answer.
I'm seriously going to kill him when I see him. You think clearly angered he didn't turn on his ringer as you asked.
Not long after your friend rushes into the room with her sweats and a jacket.
"Y/n You need to breathe for me as we go down the stairs to the car" she coos softly into your ear as you begin to get up from the bed.
"My bag is in the closet get it to please," you say a little shakingly.
Your friend walks you over to the closet and gets the bag out.
You proceed to get downstairs feeling the pains become more recurrent.
"I can't do this it hurts" you whine.
"Just a little longer," she says and takes me to the passenger's seat in her car.
She begins to drive at full speed to the hospital and begins to question me.
"Where is Ethan? He is supposed to be here for this" she angrily says.
"He's with Grayson but fails to answer my phone calls."
You groan in pain and try your best to keep calm.
"The contractions are becoming more painful aren't they," she asks.
"Mhmm," you say still whining in pain.
"Just a little more we are almost there," she says as she begins to drive faster than before.
We get to the hospital and park the car.
We rush over to were the ob office was at and talked to the nurses.
"She is going into labor I believe. Can we please get a room or something" my friend worriedly says.
"Let's get this woman into a wheelchair and get her a room" they instruct other nurses.
They pull up a wheelchair and make you sit down as the take you to a room.
They make you fill out forms you end up passing to your friend and end up changing into a hospital gown.
"I just want to hold my baby already" you whine.
"Soon y/n"
The doctor then comes in to check up on you.
"We need to measure how much you have dilated," the doctor says as she puts some examination gloves.
"8 centimeters," she says.
"You're close but not there yet so I'll be checking on you in 2 hours," she says leaving me here.

Ethan and Grayson finished filming a video that took way longer than expected.
"Grayson I told you not to do that" Ethan complains to Grayson.
"Oh come on, it was still a fun video" Grayson defends as he takes a seat on his couch.
"You made a mess and now we have to clean all that"
"Still fun" Grayson chuckles.
Ethan just annoyingly rolls his eyes and thinks about his phone.
"I forgot to call Y/n. She is probably asleep by now" he says to Grayson.
"She probably is but I mean she probably texted you earlier," he says.
Ethan then goes on his phone and sees all the missed messages and phone calls.
"She is telling me to answer my phone," Ethan says becoming to worry.
Grayson sits up on the couch and looks at Ethan as he puts his phone on his ear.
He listens to the voice messages you left him and his eyes widen.
"What's wrong"
"She is going into labor," he says as he springs up.
"She must be at the hospital fuck," he says running his hands through his hair frustrated.
"I need to go now," he says.
"I'm going with and I'm driving you're too nervous right now," Grayson says as he runs to get his phone and car keys from the dining table.
Ethan then runs out the door to Grayson's car as he is now super nervous about how you are.
"HURRY THE HELL UP MY WIFE IS IN LABOR" he screams loudly.
Grayson sprints to the car and opens it so both of y'all can hop in.
They put their seatbelts on and quickly drive in direction to the hospital.
"I just hope she is doing okay," Ethan says.
"She probably called for help. She is a smart girl"
Ethan sits their worry as they continue to drive for a couple more minutes.
They head to the hospital and rush up to were Ethan thought y/n might be at
They waste no time and get there out of breath to the nurse's station.
"My-my wife-fe she is- she is in labor what room is she in," Ethan asks.
"Her name is y/n Y/l/n "
"She is in that room over there," the nurse says pointing at a room to the right.
As I walk over the door opens as they pull y/n gurney out.
"Oh my god are you okay," Ethan asks.
"Better if you would have answered your phone but no time the baby is coming now," you say breathing heavily.
"Is he the husband?" the doctor asks your best friend.
Your friend nods, yes and the doctor agrees to take him with them.
"Okay Mr.Dolan we need to move now," she says in urgency.
Ethan holds your hand tightly as you two head to the delivery room.

After everything that went on that night, Ethan and you were in aw as you say your little baby.
"You would have missed this you know," you say.
"I'm sorry but I'm here now and I promise to answer my phone," Ethan says.
"Apology accepted," you say as you peck his lips.
The rest of the night you got so well needed rest next to your lovely husband and newborn baby.
