Which was pretty fun ig
But I had like 4 events to do, so I was bored most of the time
Well it was 3 because I fucked up my leg before the 100 meter final so 🤷🏼♀️

But the field events make me happy
Let's talk about long jump shall we?
jump as far as you can without fucking it up

you need to time your jump, predict where your gonna land, and try not to fall
Which is kinda hard, especially when your going against people that don't go to your school cough zones cough
Long jump is also a bit like triple jump, except you jump 3 times before your final jump which sounds complicated
But it's really not..
My coach always said "left left right both" which means you jump on your left twice, then your right once and then you jump normally,
you jump 3 times before your final jump, which is why it's called triple jump
I also do shot-put but that's for a different time

Our team got 3rd last year so we didn't go to regionals :sob:
