"I dare you to go sit with her." Jack challenged as he pointed to a girl sitting alone. She had her headphones in listening to music while she read a book, Eating a bag of chips.
"Bet" I smiled and made my way over to her table.
I've seen her around but I have never really got a clear image of her face. She's in some of my classes, my friends call her weird just because she sits alone and reads books. I can't necessarily judge her quite yet until I actually talk to her.
Once I finally got close to her table I realized her hair was very smooth and shiny. Her face was still down reading and I couldn't see her face.
"Hey, I'm Grayson." I said as I sat next to her trining to get a glimpse of her face.
Holy fuck.
She's beautiful.
"I'm y/n." She softly said and then looked back down.
She's gone.
"I Uh So, Uh why do you sit alone?"

I heard her giggle which made me look up and see her pearly white smile. God why is she a weirdo again?
"Did I say that out loud?" I smiled and leaned towards her subconsciously.
"No I could just tell you regretted it, Dolan." She smiled and ate a chip.
Dolan?
I never said my last name.
"Um ok? What book you reading?" I asked and leaned a little closer touching shoulders. As soon as it did it shocked me and I jumped back.
"I'm not quite sure didn't come with a name." Y/n said as she flipped to the front where it was left blank.
"That's weird all books come with names." I chuckled.
"Why did you do the dare, Grayson?" She shut her book and turned to me. The second she looked into my eyes I got the chills.
"Dare?" I questioned.
"Your friends dared you to come over to me." She said.
My hands started sweating and I started panting like a dog.
Why am I getting nervous?
"Do you think I'm a weirdo, Grayson?" She questioned and I saw black veins coming out of her eyes.

"Of course you don't. Well Grayson it was nice talking to you, but I have to go. See you around. And tell your brother that to not be afraid to ask Emma out. She likes him as well." Y/n spoke as she started walking away from me.
