"I honestly don't get the point of being at school when they're just making you study for finals now. We might as well just be let home" Caleb groans. We were on our study period. Aka every period nowadays.
"Yeah, kinda dumb" Kyle said. Kyle apologized like a billion times to me for what he did, I just forgave him.
"Well I mean, it still counts as school, plus there are final papers to hand in also for some classes. You could easily do nothing at home" I shrug reading something for creative writing.
"Well whatever" Caleb rolls his eyes.
"I mean realistically speaking, for you guys being as dumb as you are 3 weeks is too little" I add in.
"Oh fuck off" him and Kyle both flip me off Austin laughs with me. Sam was half asleep leaning against his locker.
"Wake up asshat" I push him he falls over but wakes up. "What's up with you?" I asked.
"Didn't sleep last night, had a paper due" he replies.
"You barely sleep anyways" I shrug.
"At least I get 3 hours" he shrugs.
"Why do you two never sleep?" Caleb asked.
"I've got my reasons" I shrug.
"And I've just got insomnia" Sam shrugs.
"Asked, you guys are too similar... but in a different way" he said. Aka leans against my shoulder closing my eyes. "It's like me and Kyle dating."
"You already are" Austin rolls his eyes.
"Plus we're not dumb sorry" I add Sam laughs.
"Whatever" Kyle rolls his eyes. I put down my creative writing study guide thing and grab my book and start reading.
"Why aren't you studying?" Austin asks.
"Cause, I'm ahead of where my class is at in there studying and I'm just taking a break" I reply.
"I'm behind, Cause I hate studying and love social media" Austin groans falling to the ground. People look at him. Some other people were in the halls studying as well. Most people in classes and the library.
"Put your phone away" I laugh.
"It's hard when you have a rep" he replied sitting back up I roll my eyes and laugh.
"You're right, I wouldn't know" I laughed again, he does to.
"Oh hey guys!" Mandy comes along.
"Hey" we reply.
"Study With is, I need a study buddy and you're in my English class" Austin said.
"Yeah sure" she nods sitting next to him. I yawn as I read my book.
"Ha! You're tired too" Sam mumbles, his voice raspy from not sleeping.
"Just yawning, doesn't mean I'm tired."
"Nap with me," he says.
"In the middle of the halls?" I question.
"Yeah" he nods yawning again. He sits up rubbing his eyes. They were pretty bloodshot. Yeah I'm tired when I don't sleep all night, but I'm almost used to it I guess, so I'm not that tired.
But honestly right now, I was kinda ready to take up the offer on the nap.
"Honestly, it sounds kinda appealing" I reply he grins.
"I know right" he says. He keys himself slide down. I lay next to him. Keep in mind we were literally just in the middle of the floor. He lays his head on my stomach. "Oh here" he sits up slightly taking off his sweatshirt and he had t-shirt underneath. "Use it as a pillow or blanket. Whatever you want" he passes it to me laying back down on my stomach. I put it under my head it smelt exactly like him obviously. I put an arm over my eyes closing them.
"You guys are actually sleeping right now?" They all asked we both nod. "Bitches can I join?" Austin asked.
"If you want" sam says I nod.
"Cool I'm getting in on this action" I open my eyes he curls up next to me to. "Night bitches."
"Night" we reply. We really weren't caring about this. And I loved it.
And I found myself pretty much asleep. Until we heard professional coughing. Oh god.
"Excuse me, lady and gentlemen" we heard a teacher. We all open our eyes looking at him. He's scowling down at us. "Up!! Now!! This is not a sleeping block, it's a study block!!" He demands. We all groan getting up. "Get to work, I'll be out here checking on you. If I see it again. Detention" he said.
"Yeah, we understand" I said grabbing my shit after sitting up. He shakes his head disapprovingly and walks away after that we all laugh.

We all walk into Kyle's place and head down to the game room. I jump onto the couch spreading myself onto it and sigh loudly.
"Why are you so exhausted?" Austin asked me while Sam jumps on top of me.
"Nap time" he groans.
"I'm exhausted cause of homework" I reply.
"Pfft Okay" he shakes his head sitting on the beanbag chair. I turn to my side and Sam glass behind me on the couch. "So Jo... I was thinking" Austin said.
"Oof" I mumble Sam's arm around my stomach.
"Shut up, Anyways. Since you my darling bestie are turning 17 in a week. I think we should have a birthday party for you" he tells me.
"Uhhh... I believe I'm good" I said.
"No!! Come on. It'll be fun. We can have it at my house cause it's bigger than yours and have fun," he suggests.
"Dude, I don't need random people giving me attention for my birthday. I don't even like my birthday" I tell him.
"Bitchhhh!! Come on. You don't have to do any work it's all on me" he says.
"Yeah it would be fun" Caleb agrees. I don't say anything for a minute. I didn't want to argue right now honestly.
"Fine," I sigh. Honestly whatever. They'll have fun."
"We'll have it on Friday, your birthdays on the Thursday so perfect!" He smiles.
"Mmhmm."
I look back at Sam who was literally asleep.
"This ones already asleep" I point out.
"And you two look like what I want in the future" Austin says I laugh.
"Awe goals" Caleb mutters playing his game. I roll my eyes grabbing my phone. My screensaver was a picture of me, Sam and Austin. It was a selfie we took. I roll my eyes cause we're dumb and I go through some Instagram posts.
"Jo wanna play? Kyle's half on his phone and barely playing?" Caleb asks.
"Yeah sure. Pass me a controller I'm not moving" I say he does. "Bitch, if I beat you while I'm laying down. You really need some new ass skills."
"Yeah, I need them now" he replies as the countdown for the game starts.
"You do."
"I'm grabbing a drink who wants one?" Austin asks. We all reply besides Sam obviously. We start playing and 5 minutes in I was already ahead. Austin comes back down handing us all our cokes.
"So.................." Austin begins.
"What?" I asked all my attention on the tv.
"So...." he says again.
"Dude What?" I asked.
"Well.... I don't know if this is a conversation you wanna have in front of dumb and dumber" he tells me.
"Oh god, what is it?" I ask.
"Yeah What is it?" Caleb asked.
Austin coughs. "Want me to say it?" He asked.
"I don't know, depends on what it is" I laugh.
"Ya know what. Whatever. Ok, so sex talk" he said.
"Oh god" I sigh.
"Yeah sex talk" Caleb says.
"Ew shut up.... you haven't said anything about it Jo... but are you hiding it from me?" He asks.
"Bitch no" I say. He lets out a sigh of relief.
"Thank god!!" He exclaims I laugh.
"Have you even lost your virginity?" Kyle asks.
"Why?" I scoff.
"We're here!!" Andrew, Josh and Tyler come in.
"Yeah Kyle don't ask questions like that, it's weird and none of your business" Austin says I let out a laugh.
"Why is Sam sleeping?" Andrew asks.
"Cause he can" me and Austin said.
"It's lame," he mutters.
"You're lame" Austin replied.
"Ya right" he scoffs.
"No literally" he mutters. "Jo, should I invite Mandy?"
"If you want" I shrug.
"Ok, I will" he says.
I beat Caleb obviously.
"Suck mah dick" I said with a smirk.
"Yeah whatever" he rolls his eyes. "Now someone else's turn" he says.
"Sore loser" I stick my tongue out passing him the remote.
"Jo" Austin says.
"Yup?" I reply.
"Bitch...." he said. "You wouldn't believe what I had just came across" he runs over to me.
"What?" I asked.
"Look What Stella had to audacity to post!" He exclaims showing me his phone. It was photo of her and Dylan smiling at each other. I scoff.
"Do you still follow her?" I asked.
"Bitch no way. A fake account. That complete hoe!! I'm pissed!!" He states.
"Whatever. Honestly they deserve each other" I shrug.
"How are you okay!! I'm boiling with anger for you bitch!!" He says.
"I don't care for them enough," I shrug again. "Don't be it's fine whatever. They're an ugly couple anyways."
"Yeah... but!!!!" He exclaims.
"Whatever Austin. It's okay" I let out a laugh.
"What is it?" Caleb asks.
"A photo of the two trashiest people in our school. Stella and Dylan" Austin mutters. "I guess they're officially a thing."
"Pathetic" Caleb says.
"Agreed" Austin replies. "Jo won't even budge."
"Cause I don't care about them" I laugh.
"So what, doesn't mean you can't hate" they tell me.
"True, I do hate them and wish them the worst in life there ya go" I say.
"Hey guys" Mandy walks in.
"Hey" we reply.
"Mandy, looking like a meal" Andrew said.
"Fuck off Andrew, you aren't" I said. They all laugh besides him.
"That one hurt Jo" he responds.
"Didn't think it was gonna, you've got thick skin," I wave him off. Mandy sits next to Austin on the floor.
"What're we talking about over here?" She asks.
"Dylan and Stella being gross" Austin says.
"Ew" she says I laugh. "Is Sam asleep?" She asks.
"He is indeed" I nod.
"Oh Mandy, next Friday we're having a birthday party for Jo at my place. Obviously you're invited," Austin says.
"Oh cool! Turning 17?" She asks I nod.
Everyone in our friend group besides Caleb was already 17. Either this year or end of last year.
I close my eyes kind of tired.
"No bitch, you ain't sleeping" Austin says to me.
"I'm tired though" I mutter.
"I don't give a shit! It's what the nights for, plus you ain't gonna leave us here with these idiots," he tells me. I sigh opening my eyes. "Guys!!" He exclaims.
"What?" We ask.
"We need to have a girls night this weekend. Even though I'm not a girl. Whatever. Slumber party shit!! It'll be fun. We'll talk about relationships, we'll talk about hoes in school and summer!! We won't have to get too girly Jo" he rolls his eyes even though I didn't say anything.
"I'm down" Mandy nods.
"Yeah sure, whatever" I shrug. He squeals we laugh.
"Friday, it's happening!" He states.
"We can do it at mine if you want" I suggest.
"Yeah" They nod.
"Cool, then we'll get like snacks before and all that shit" Austin says we nod in agreement. "Excited."
Sam moves a bit tightening his grip around me.
"How has he not woken up? The TVs blasting with killing games and we're talking" Mandy says.
"He's a deep sleeper, only when he's taking naps though. Weird" I shrug.
"Cute that you know though" Austin smirks I roll my eyes and let out a laugh.

"So I'm officially having a birthday party, that I did not want to have" I tell Sam as he parks his car in front of my house.
"Ooh, why did you not want it?" He asks.
"Because, I don't care about my birthday much. Never found it a big deal" I shrug.
"Well that's dumb" he states. "And this means, I get to take you out again... as a mandatory nine awkward date thing?" He says.
"Uh... no. We can just hang out" I reply. He scoffs.
"That's so not enough" he mutters.
"Yeah... it is. It's my birthday" I reply.
"Don't care" he shrugs.
"Well that makes no sense" I state.
"You're right, but whatever" he shrugs.
"Whatever, wanna come in?" I asked.
"Would love to but I have to go grocery shopping with Dani" he rolls his eyes.
"Ok, we'll tell her she's invited to my birthday party" I say.
"Will do" he nods.
"See you later bye" I peck his lips.
"Yeah, See you tonight" he replies and I leave his car and get into the house.
Today was pretty good. Tiring, but good.
