You lay on your bed, staring at the ceiling. The sound of guns from Call of Duty filled your room, causing your irritation to grow. Glancing over at your friend, who wore a Link outfit from the Legend of Zelda, you let out a soft sigh. He sat in front of the t.v., playing the game and almost acting as if you weren't there.
He had been there all day; and thank god your parents weren't home. They were gone for the weekend, on some sort of shopping trip. They had wanted you to go, but you refused. You rather would have had the whole weekend to yourself. But, since BEN was here, it didn't look like that would be happening.
"BEN," you growled. "That game is too loud."
He huffed, saying nothing, and continued to stare at the screen.
Normally, you'd love to play video games. However, CoD wasn't your top pick. That along with the fact that you had played it so much a few days before that you were sick of it.
Also, you had a major headache. So that wasn't much help.
"BEEENNN" you groaned. Again, he ignored you. "You're too obsessed with that game."
...
Still no response.
You sighed, getting impatient. Then, an idea popped into your head. Grinning, you quietly got up, not worrying about him seeing you since he was distracted.
Sneaking up behind him, you snatched the xbox controller out of his hands and ran out of the room.
He sat there, stunned for a moment, before jumping up and chasing after you. "Hey!" He hissed. "Give that back!"
