Chase pov
Today is the day I make Abigail fall in love with me. It's been three days since I asked her. She has been hanging out with Chance and I now. Usaully we're in the library reading quietly or talking about random things at the lunch tables. She mostly stays quiet while Chance and I talk. I know it's probably awkward for her. It's 7 o'clock. I guess I better head over to her house.

Abigail pov
What am I doing? Am I really going on a date with Chase? Deep breath Abby you can do this. He's your mate for God's sake you should be siked. I looked at my clock on my dresser, it's 7:15, he should be here. He told me He would pick me up 7:30. I looked back down at my outfit and felt satisfied. I'm wearing a white tank top with a high waisted, high-low, blue skirt with black converse. Yeah I don't do heels. I here my dad call me downstairs saying Chase was here. Alright... let's get this over with.

"So where are we going?" I asked.
"Dance class." he stated.
"Excuse me?"
"I teach types of dances for senior citizens. I just thought maybe today my class could do partnership and well... I need a partner." he said.
"Wow... Ummm... I don't really know how to dance Chase. I would be a terrible partner." I said. I'm so embarrassed.
"Abby it's dance class, I'll teach you."
"Okay..." I said unsure.
When we finally arrived at the senior center across town we went straight to the dance studio they have. Every nurse we passed said hi to Chase. I'm guessing he comes here alot. When we got into the studio there were about 20 old people in there.
"Alright guys," Chase said clapping his hands, "Find a partner we're doing the tango today." he stated. I can barely slow dance without stepping on someone's feet let alone TANGO!!!
"Oh if it isn't Cha Cha!" an elderly lady said. Cha Cha?! I am so gonna start calling him that.
"Hi Mrs. Kandy." he said.
"Oh and who is this lovely lady right here?" She asked looking at me. I smiled at her and introduced myself.
"Hi I'm Abigail. I'm Cha Cha's mate." I said proudly. Chase looked at me and narrowed his eyes.
"Alright well let's get class started," qhe said. He told me to help everyone get paired up. I did what I was told and after that I went and stood next to Chase. He went over next to the speaker and put on the song, Iris by Goo Goo Dolls.
"Although I love this song this isn't a song you would Tango to." I said.
"I know." he said looking down at me. I gulped. I have know idea why I'm so nervous. He gripped my waist with one hand and grabbed my hand with his other. He put my arm around his back.
"Alright you guys see the position I'm in?" he asked everyone but his eyes were still on mine.
"Yes Chase." they said. I looked over at everyone and they all were watching us waiting for us to do something.
"Okay.. let's begin." he said finally pulling his eyes away from mine and looking at everyone.

Throughout the whole dance I stepped on his feet 6 times. I eventually got the hang of it. It was so sweet. When the song finally ended I was disappointed because I was actually enjoying myself. Chase sent me to sit in the back because he was gonna try and teach hip hop and didn't want me to learn because of what I'm wearing.
I was sitting down playing fun run on my phone when an old lady sat down next to me. I looked up at her and smiled and she returned one.
"Enjoy it well you can because this isn't gonna last." She randomly said. I looked up at her thinking she was talking about my age but the next thing she said caught me off guard,"When they die, you're not gonna get a second chance mate like your parents."
"Excuse me?" I asked. How did she know about my parents? My parents are both second chance mates. My mom's mate died in a battle. His name was Rodger and was an omega. My dad rejected his mate when he was 16 because he didn't like being held down. He eventually met my mom when he was older and was more mature. They became each others mates.
"I'm a witch Abigail. I see things. You won't see me again for awhile so you need to remember what I'm about to tell you." She said. I looked at her suprised. Witches are very rare. Along time ago somthing happened between witches and vampires and vampires hunted them down. We were on the witches side but we didn't help there war because we don't need the enemies.
"Your a witch?" I asked.
"Yes now listen child, when they come and they will come, your gonna have to sacrifice them. Shame really." She made a tisking sound," but you have time to stop them. Do whatever it takes no matter what the sacrifice is." She finished.
"What?! Who are they?" I need to know more. Chance and Chase dieing? Oh hell no! Over my dead body they will. I'll do anything to save them.
"In time you will see who your real friends are and who can help. That's all I can say for now. I must go." she said. And with that she got up and left. I was about to get up and go after her when Chase walked over to me and put his arm around my shoulder. I didn't plan on telling him about what just happened. I didn't want to ruin the night.
"Class is over. Wanna go out to eat?" he asked.
"Sure." I said looking up at him and smiling.

"So where do you want to go eat at?" Chase asked me.
"Well, you did plan this date so I kind of figured you knew..." I drifted my sentence.
"Oh." He rubs the back of his neck with his hand," Well I know this really great diner we could go to, unless you want to go somewhere fancy?" He says unsure.
"Yeah we can go to a diner. Honestly I don't care as long as I get food in my stomach I'm good!" I said holding my thumbs up. He agrees and turns on the radio and starts tuning the different stations. When he finally find a song he likes he stops changing the station. As we're listening to the music I here the most horrendous song ever. I'm about to change the station but Chase slaps my hand away.
"What do you think your doing?" he asks.
"Changing the song" I say. I really wanna change it before they start singing because this song is the worst song in the history of songs.
"No your not." he states.
"Excuse me."
"This is my favorite song"
"Yeah right! I bet you don't even know the lyrics!" I challenge.
"Wanna bet?" he asks. Hmmm... should I? Yup I should.
"Okay. If I'm right you you have to listen to one thing I demand. No matter what it is you have to listen." I state.
"Okay, and if I do know the lyrics, which I do, you owe me a good night kiss." he says smugly.
"Deal." And on cue he starts singing the lyrics.
"We cut the legs off of our pants, through our shoes into the ocean, sit back and wave through the daylight, sit back and wave through the daylight." He starts singing. Dammit.
"Slip and slide on subway grates, these shoes are poor man's ice skates, fall through like change in the daylight, fall through like change in the daylight." He keeps singing. He actually has a pretty decent voice.
"I miss yellow lines in my roads, some color on monochrome, maybe I will paint them in myself, maybe I will paint them in myself." I join in singing. Just because I hate the song doesn't mean I don't know the lyrics. Chase looks over at me suprised that I knew the lyrics. I start singing again,"These sidewalks liquid then stone, building walls and an old pay phone, it rings like all through the daylight, it rings like all through the daylight." He smiles at me.
"And in the daylight we can hitchhike to Maine, I hope that someday I'll see without these frames, And in the daylight I don't pick up my phone 'cause in the daylight anywhere feels like home!" We both sing the chorus together.
We sing the rest of the song together and when it finishes we both start laughing.
"Well we are here." Chase says. When I look up to see we are at.. IHOP.
"I cannot remember the last time I was here." I say. It truly has been a while. I used to come here alot with my parents when I was younger but then they became pack warriors so they ended up never being able to take me as much.
"Well its good we are here then." Chase smiles. When we get inside I order chocolate chip pancakes and Chase orders the same.
"Your a really good singer." He compliments.
"Thanks your not too bad yourself." I winked at him. This is nice. This date went alot better than I expected honestly. After we ate and payed,
he drove me back home. He walks me up to my door.
"You know I won the bet right." He says.
"Yes." I state.
"You owe me a kiss." he says smugly.
"Okay," I lean in and kiss him on the cheek. He gives me a confused look.
"You never said the lips." I shrug and walk inside. When I change out of my clothes and lay down I get a text from Chance.
Chance - Hey Abigail :)
Abigail-Hey
Chance-How was your date with Chase? Did you kiss him?
What a way to get straight to the point Chance...
Abigail-It was really nice actually.
I ignore his last question.
Chance-Now it's my turn.
Abigail-?
Chance-For me to take you on a date.
Abigail-Oh
Chance- Is that a no? :(
Abigail- No No of course I will go on a date with you.When do you wanna go out?
Chance - Great! How about Saturday night? So tomorrow.
Abigail-Sure. Well its late and I'm super tired so I'll text you later. Bye Chance :)
Chance- Okay. Good night, sweet dreams Abby :).
In all honesty, I don't really want to go out with Chance. Chase has showed me a new side of him that made me... I don't know. Despise his cocky attitude less? I don't know... I just have to wait till tomorrow night to see what happens with Chance.
