When I was younger I used to build sandcastles and walls around them to protect it from the water, now these days the water are my emotions, the walls are my ribs and the castle is my heart.
Most days only the walls are being touched and being broken down, but some days the walls can't hold it, and the water touches the castle. And when that happens, it's like I'm drowning, can't breathe and feel like I'm dying.
And of course I have days that I can be happy and enjoy things but most of the time it's hurting and I'm trying to recover.
