For the past few weeks, Shen Yang only insulted the boy lightly, like calling him 'poop' or 'shithead'. (Is this the peak of his insults? LMAO, we never know..)
He never actually beat him. If ever he will beat him, he thinks that he'll be arrested for Child Abuse. (Don't call the cops. o͡͡͡╮༼ • ʖ̯ • ༽╭o͡͡͡ )
Of course, Yuhan noticed this change in treatment. Actually, everyone in the house, even in the school noticed Shen Yang change. Before, Shen Yang would walk around arrogantly and sneer at everyone who looks at him, it'll make you want to punch him in the face. Now, he would compose himself with a poker face.
He still had the arrogant aura around him, but he was more respectful now. 'Puberty', thought everyone.
One time, when Yuhan was beaten black and blue in school, Shen Yang saw him and approached him.
"Sh-Shen Yang-," Before he could continue, Yang dragged him to the School Clinic. He kicked the nurse out and tended Yuhan's wounds personally.
"You're such a dumb boy." Yang said.
"You should learn how to fight, scaredy-cat." Shen Yang proceeded to throw insults and when Yuhan heard this childish insult, he smiled. Yuhan didn't see this, though.
Since this day, Yuhan viewed Shen Yang differently.
Chang Yuhan was the 5th son of the Chang Family. They are rich as heck. Yuhan was actually the only child of Father Chang's 2nd wife. Thus, his step-brothers hated him. He grew up being hated. Even his father neglected him. His mother died when he was four, so he only had the flowers in his garden as his friends. He loved flowers very much.
One more week and it'll be his birthday.
'I wish for happiness on my birthday.'

'11:58 PM'
Shen Yang nervously looked at the clock. 'Frick, 2 more minutes! It'll be Yuhan's birthday. Frick Frick Frick, what to do-'
'11:59 PM'
Shen Yang looked outside when he heard a car noise.
It was a black van. Then he saw Yuhan approach the van.
'System?! Is this kidnapping right in front of me?!'

"I'm gonna get my bag first." He heard the youth say.
"Okay, just knock at the car window when you're ready." Replied his uncle.
He immediately went out of the house and called Yuhan.
"Yuhan!"
Yuhan faced him.
"Shen Yang?" Welp, at least this last time, he didn't stutter while talking to him.
"You're leaving?" Shen Yang looked really sad, which warmed Yuhan's heart. 'Is someone actually sad because I'm leaving?'
"Yeah..." Yuhan went near Shen Yang. "I promise I'll come back." He grabbed his bag.
Yuhan walked over to the car when Shen Yang stopped him and hugged him from behind. This shocked him.
With a gloomy voice, Shen Yang spoke.
"Don't leave me,"
Yuhan widened his eyes.
"And happy birthday."
Yuhan left with his heart beating so fast. He almost stopped his uncle and just hug Shen Yang back.
Meanwhile, Shen Yang cannot sleep on his bed.
'ARGGH! SYSTEM!? Did I just do that?!?! F*ckkk! So embarrassing, ah!'
System captured that moment for education purposes.
