"Wait!" I yelled. "She didn't do anything!"
"I suggest you stop yelling at us miss or you will be arrested" one of the other police people said and i sighed. This was awful. I go back upstairs to the flat and was full of rage.
"How dare he, ellie done nothing" i cried. "He has lead alfie to think he is the good guy again, he doesn't understand!"
"Nicole calm down" james says. "We will sort this tomorrow meanwhile i need to find a way so she can get out".
"She does and needs to get out this isn't fair" i whined.
"I think it is fair" alfie says. "She hurt dad".
"No she didn't, don't you understand alfie he is lying to you" i snapped.
"Nicole let's go home i think you need to calm down" james says.
"Calm down, when now both my sister and brother have both been in jail for no reason what so ever" i sighed as i tell james. Then we walk out of the flat to then go home.
"He gets away with everthing"
"I know but that's just mac it's what he does nic he also tries to get to us but it won't work now you don't worry about this, it's my job to find loop holes" he says.
The next day the investigation is still in full swing and i can't imagine how ellie is feeling as she is stuck in the station. I just want her to be happy. Me and james head to the dog and he has a lot of paper work to scan through while i decide that i should raid the fridges drinking what is left of the diet coke bottles.
"What's happening so far?" I asked.
"Nothing much at the moment i am trying to sort stuff with in the case, considering it seems diffcult so far" he sighs."I have got this though"
"Thank god your a lawyer" i laughed.
After a while james couldn't find any thing but what do you know, sami arrives and i rolled my eyes.
"They let you out, i am in shock" i sighed.
"I am not here for revenge i want to help get ellie out i promise i will" he says. "For what is worth i am going to put it all behind me for ellie's sake".
"We will get her out nic and i could use some help" james says and with in hours mum joins us and as cindy joins us she gives us one brillant idea that we are certain to help the case.
"What if alfie being ill can help us, you said you wanted a loop hole" sami says and james shook his head.
"I can't just use my brother's mental health to get my sister released" james tells him.
"James i think it's the only thing we can do" i sighed."And i know it's bad but that's all we have got"
"Fine we will do it" he mutters.
Waiting at the station was a complete nightmare, especially waiting for it to go through. I crossed my fingers hoping for her to be released because i was disappointed that she wouldn't get to live her dream. Then finally, there she was my sister got out!
"Ellie!" I cried and hugged her and then she hugged james.
"I knew you could do it" she smiled. I was happy for her, with only a few hours to go, i think she was now off to get what she wants.
We then turn to sami who came to with us and ellie said they wanted to talk alone so looks like we were all free to go. So we left and went to the love boat as i was off to get a burger just as that happens we found alfie.
"Alfie" i said. "We need to talk to you".
"Not now" he said starting to walk off.
"Oh darling we know you stopped taking your medication" mum says. "Ellie is now realsed
"Wait what?" Yaz says and looks at him in shock. "I will catch you later alfie".
"Now look what you have done!" Alfie cried, "i hate you all and to make things easier i am moving out"
I look at mum and james, then alfie walks away.
"We will sort that problem later" i smiled. "Till then we need to find ellie because she is leaving now".
We all go to the entrance sign of hollyoaks where ellie has arrived to now meet holly which is amazing how close they both are. I am going to miss the two of them but they will be happier, as holly says good bye to cindy, ellie hugs both james and mum and everyone is looking emotional and then she turns to me.
"Oh nic don't cry on me now, you are going to be the tough girl of the family, thank you for all you have done, we had some funny times, and i was happy the day you arrived in the village, i am going to miss you, promise you will try and get james on a plane to visit!" She tells me.
"I promise" i laughed but tears still running down as i hugged her close. "I love you el".
"I love you too nic" she whispers and letting go hurt me a lot more than i thought.
We all stood together, cindy, tom, mum, james and me as we watches both girls get in the car.
We waves them off, it wouldn't be the last time i will see her but i know she will be somewhere nicer.
