The idea came from a headcannon of mine of Matt meeting a gender!bent Lucifer.

Personality- "I'm whatever you want me to be." Very flirty, a bit manplutive but loves messing with people.
Powers - "What do you desire darling?" Has the ability to charmspeak and by looking into your eyes can make you tell your deepest desires and Demonic abilities.
Looks - Very pretty. (Has no idea who should be a faceclaim.)
Backstory - "I fell literally from heaven. But I got sick of hell so I'm staying here permanently and I'm not going back. I'm not evil like they say I am.
