Its been a week, and drakes still ignoring me and with Cindy, any everything's the same, I was sitting at my dinner table with Bellamy and sandy chatting about random stuff when my dad rang

"Hold on let me put you on speaker because I'm making dinner" I out it on speaker then spoke again
"Okay"
"We'll I've been looking at your moms history and it seems you have a step brother" I stirring the bolognese and started at the phone
"What?" He sighed
"We'll dear it seems after your mom had you she had a boy with another man, bit that's not the reason I'm calling" I carried on making dinner, I noticed Bellamy and and sandy where watching me, they smiled happily at me and I smiled back
"Then why?"
"Because it seems your brother has been put in hospital a few times with no answers why and it seems his little sister has sometimes turned up with bruises and they live with there dad"
"So what are you saying?"
"I think there dad beats them up"
"What!" I shouted
"Calm down Cassie, that's why I'm calling you, brain has got jake to be at yours in a minute, your going to take them home with you, that's if you want, and I will file for them to legally live with you"

"Yes sweetie, I guess he is my step son and even though his little sister is not anything to do with me or you, I won't allow her to live with that man if he is beating them up"

"Yep sis, and it seems he's in trouble and needs you" I nodded put a gun in my waistband of my comfy grey joggers and put one a random purple hoodie on to hide it just as jake beeped outside, I skipped to the car and smiled at jake who was smiling ack
"So you have a baby brother" I nodded excitedly
"Right, he's names Sebastian Night, seems he kept your mothers name, he's 16 one year younger then you and you know the rest right?" I nodded
"Wait, his little sisters called Ruby Standea" I nodded again once we parked I spoke
"I can do this alone" He raised an eyebrow
"Are you sure?" I nodded and walked up to the door and before I knocked I heard voices
"Leave her alone Larry, hit me not her!"
"I will hit who ever I want you piece of scrum" I heard a punch, I knocked the door and an man who smelt like alcohol answered and glared at me,

"Is Sebastian there?"
"No!" I raised an eyebrow
"We'll I don't believe you, so how about we try again, is Sebastian there?" I grabbed me and pulled me in and slammed me again the door, ouch the gun hurt, Sebastian spoke
"Who's she?" Larry spoke
"She's asking for you?"
I pushed Larry off and spoke
"I'm asking for him because he's my brother" Sebastian spoke
"What?" And Larry raised his eyebrow
"So your the the bitch that your mom had first? How is your dear slut of a mother?"
"Call her a slut and you'll never know, you dick, anyway this isn't about her, this is about Sebastian and Ruby" he glared at me, I looked at Sebastian who was on the floor with a bloody mouth and Ruby who was hooding behind him with fear in her eyes, I smiled warmly at her and she smiled shyly, Larry pushed me into the door again
"What do you want with them?"
"To take them away rom your worthless ass!" He punched me and Sebastian pushed him away form him
"You won't take them away, I won court against your mother, what makes you think you'll win?" I chuckled and pushed Sebastian and Ruby behind me
"Because it's not me who's going against you it's my dad, I'm sure you have hurt of him right, I mean he is the boss of Brian the most dangerous gang leader in the country" he glared and punished me in the stomach, I sighed and took my gun out and pointed it at him
"Listen Larry the on,t reason your alive is because your my brothers dad, now your going to let us go and your not going to come after us or go To court about it, got that?" His eyes widened at the gun and he nodded, I tuned to Sebastian and ruby who where staring at my gun
"Guys go upstairs and get your stuff then go in the car outside, the boy inside is called jake, tell him i will be 5 minutes, I'm going to give your dad payback for what he has done to you to" Sebastian spoke
"What of you get hurt, I'm not leaving you" I smiled
"I'll be okay Sabbe " he nodded and picked up his sister and went upstairs to get his stuff and spoke to the dad
"Your lucky your my brothers dad"
"I hate you"
"Why because I took away your punching bags?" He glared, just as they came downstairs with two small bags, I raised an eyebrow
"Is that all?" They nodded,
"Pay go to the car" the did as I said and I put the gun back in my waistband and punched him in the jaw and he fell I kicked him until he couldn't move then spoke
"Hurt my brother or Ruby again I'll kill you" he nodded, I stormed out and got in the car, jake looked at and I nodded, I turned to them
"So you guys, I have spare rooms for you both at my house, I'm transferring you to my school and transferring ruby to the kindergarden by our school and after school tomorrow we are going shopping and you guys can buy what ever you want" Sebastian answered
"Thank you" I smiled
"For what your my brother"
"Yeah but your taking in my sister even though she has nothing to do with you"
"Sabbe she's practically my sister to" he smiled and spoke again
"We'll I have two people at my house already then should be finishing the dinner, so it will be ready when we get back, also Bellamy is like my big brother and his girlfriend Sandy is like my sister, they live next door, your going to love them I promise" they nodded and when we got back I spoke to jake
"Thanks" he nodded
"See you tomorrow" I nodded, we got out and I took them into my home and Bellamy ran to me and inspected my face
"Omg what happened!" I smiled sheepishly
"I'm fine, could you clean them up" he nodded and took them to the front room with a fist aid kit I walked in to sandy who smiled then gasped when she seen my face
"Ella!" I smiled
"I'm okay, anyway is dinner ready?" She nodded
"How many plates?"
"Urm.. 5" she nodded and put them out I shouted to them
"Guys dinners ready" they all walked in I helped Ruby up and she smiled happily at me, Sebastian smiled at us, and we all ate happily when Bellamy and Sandy left, I took them upstairs to there room to get them comfortable, I went to my room and changed into some comfy pjs then walked to the front room to put the tv on.
Sebastian sat next to me I smiled
"How's ruby?"
"She's asleep and thank you again"
"It's okay, that's what's family for" he smiled then frowned
"Where's mom?" I gulped
"She's gone sabbe" he looked at me in shock
"What do you mean?"
"A gang was after her, so she killed herself in front of me, that's how I got caught up in it she signed my life away but your and ruby are save because my dad owns the most dangerous gang and I'll make sure nothing happens to you" he hugged me with I started crying
"It's okay we will get threw this, so I notice you never told me your name" I chuckled
"What every you want to call me I got under the name Ella but my real name is Cassandra"
"Can I call you Cassie?" I nodded I messed with my neck less then I remembered the ring! I took it off and pulled the ring off as Sebastian watched me
"Mom she said I would know who to give this to when I meet them, she said she loves you to" he took the ring and put it on his middle finger

"Mothers instinct" he laughed and hugged me as I out the neckless back on, we watched tv for a bit then went to bed.
