Chaeyeon's POV
"nAMJOON GIVE BACK MY CHICKEN NUGGET" jihyun shouted.
"tHIS IS MY CHICKEN NUGGET" namjoon shouted back.
we were low-key too lazy to cook so we decided to just walk to mcdonalds so we don't starve to death.
namjoon and jihyun decided to share a 20 chicken nugget box.
bad idea.
taehyung and i stared at them while i sipped my cola and taehyung chewed a fry.
*sips tea*
"ah fuck, i can't believe you done this" jihyun muttered and crossed her arms.
"you guys should of got your own chicken nuggets" i said, chewing on a chicken nugget in my six pack.
i wish i had a six pack.
"ooh you're so sexy~" jihyun cooed.
she stared at the chicken nugget and ate it.
"how to delete myself from this world?" i asked, staring at jihyun in fear.

"hyunah is still not here.." jihyun bit her lip.
we have officially confirmed that hyunah was kidnapped.
"she was kind of rude though" jihyun said and kicked a rock.
jihyun's right, hyunah had the tendency to downgrade a flaw of mine which was unnecessary.
i guess she was either insecure about herself or she was just being an asshole.
the rock rolled away, taking all my fucks with it.
"whatupp" taehyung appeared from behind the lockers, scaring both of us.
"what the frick frack tic tac patty smack snick snack quarterback big mac heart attack race track double guy named jack!" jihyun squeaked.
"um, hi?" i greeted.
"i need to know where and how jihyun comes up with this stuff" namjoon said.
we nodded in agreement.
the bell rang as we went into class and already planned our deaths.
after some pain and suffering, class finished.
"soy milk~" i sang, grabbing two cartons.
i'm no where near being vegan but i prefer soy milk over normal milk by a ton
"you and your soy milk addiction" jihyun playfully rolled her eyes.
i stuck out my tongue and chugged some soy milk.
"why do you just drink soy milk for lunch, aren't you hungry?" namjoon asked.
"ooh~ she don't know, she don't know, she don't know whyy~" jihyun sang.
we all stared at her.
"lunch room food taste like pure shit, i'd rather not" i grunted.
"ANNOUNCEMENT - 12A CLASSES WILL BE CANCELLED DUE TO MR KANG'S SUDDEN LEAVE. PUPILS ARE FREE TO GO AFTER LUNCH"
the speakers boomed into the lunch room as some people cheered and others groaned in envy.
"well, that's pretty neat" taehyung commented.
"let's go to the park! they have a pikachu cafe there!" jihyun squealed.
"okay then" i smiled.
lunch ended and our class zoomed out the doors of the school.
we walked to the park as i ran onto the swing set.
i smiled happily as i hop onto the swings.
"someone push me, push me!" i yelled, i am way to excited for this.
mood swings?
did i accidentally make a pun?
my parents didn't take me to the park often when i was younger and when i did, my smile never left my face.
i felt myself being pushed into the air as i swung my legs rapidly.
i laughed light-heartedly.
a deep voice chuckled behind me.
taehyung pushed me, smiling in awe at my childish side.
namjoon and jihyun were busy on the roundabout, as he spun jihyun at the speed of sonic.
"wOAH SLOW DOWN, I KNOW YOU'RE MACHO AND ALL BUT COME ON" jihyun screamed.
namjoon laughed loudly in reply.
we finished messing around and went to the pikachu cafe.
"pikachu~" jihyun impersonated.
jihyun has an obsession with pikachu and can do a spot on impression of him.
seriously, when i first visited her house, there was pikachu everywhere.
"that was fun~" namjoon said as we all hummed in agreement.
we passed by the same forest taehyung was found in which gave us shivers.
"let's just keep walking" jihyun muttered, walking a little faster.
"AHHH!"
we whipped our heads towards the direction of the scream, scaring us.
"i'm s-scared!" jihyun hid behind namjoon.
our breathing went heavy, shocked from the ear-piercing scream.
"should we go.. investigate?" namjoon asked, a little worried.
taehyung paused but nodded.
i linked arms with taehyung, surprising him.
i smiled at his shocked and flustered face before he smiled back.
"let's go" namjoon instructed, dragging jihyun with him.
we followed to where the scream was heard, taking slow steps at a time.
we stumbled upon an old but steady looking tree.
it was the biggest tree in the forest
but we noticed a horrifying sight.
it was hyunah.
a noose hung around her neck as she tried not to tighten the rope.
her feet dangled in the air, it was a big drop beneath her.
our eyes widened in horror.
"hyunah!" jihyun yelled.
hyunah looked down in shock.
"please help me" she pleaded, tears running down her face.
i let go of taehyung's arm and gave everyone a nod before i climbed the tree.
"chaeyeon, what are you doing?!" jihyun screamed.
i ignored her, climbing higher.
"someone needs to catch her, she's going to fall!" i shouted from above.
namjoon and jihyun quickly scrambled underneath her.
taehyung took out blankets from his backpack.
why tf does he have blankets-
i'm not even going to ask.
"i'll tell you when she's going to drop" i continued, sitting on the branch of where hyunah was hanging.
hyunah was pale, her eyes bloodshot and cheeks wet.
i gulped.
one wrong move and she's dead.
i carefully untied the ropes around her, making sure not to tighten it.
"just close your eyes, you will feel yourself drop but jihyun and namjoon will catch you, okay?" i said softly.
she hummed in reply as she couldn't nod and closed her eyes.
i was able to loosen the tie around her neck, all i needed to do was pull at one of the ties and it will completely unravel.
"guys! she's coming down!" i yelled down to them.
"close your eyes and take a deep breath" i whispered.
i tugged the rope and down she went.
"oOF" jihyun squeaked as she and namjoon held onto hyunah tightly, steadying themselves.
i jumped down the tree with my heart racing.
"thank god" i whispered.
"are you okay?" we all asked, her hands and legs were bruised.
her neck was red from the rope.
she burst into tears, capturing me in a tight hug.
"thank you so much, chaeyeon" she cried on my shoulder.
i rubbed her back, smiling.
"you're okay"

i gave her my school blazer, she only had a pair of shorts and a t-shirt on.
she wrapped herself around one of taehyung's blankets and sighed.
she thanked me quietly and sipped on her tea.
"what happened?" jihyun asked.
hyunah's lips quivered and she gulped.
"i had went to the gym to work out for an hour cause usually that's what i do everyday, but when i was walking home.."
she paused for a breath.
"someone had held me and slapped a towel on my mouth which made me fall asleep and when i woke up, i was being carried up the tree" she continued.
"they wrapped a rope around my neck and set a timer on their phone for when they w-would t-tighten the n-noose" she finished and started crying.
we all stared at her in concern.
obviously, like i said she wasn't the nicest person but she definitely doesn't deserve this.
for every person we or someone else save, they are going to have some kind of trauma for it, like taehyung
if this is what hyunah had to go through then i'm scared of what the next group of people will have to go through next.
"i'm such a bad person" she mumbled.
i looked at her in confusion.
"making fun of you, chaeyeon and then you save me, what a monster i am!" she weeped.
my eyes softened.
"you're not a monster hyunah, you've made some bad mistakes but you are far from being a monster" i said.
"and who said you can't fix them?" i asked.
she looked up with big eyes and gave us a crooked smile.
"you're right, i should pay you back"
"i'm treating you fried chicken!" she giggled.
i don't mind that kind of apology-
i chuckled.
"i wouldn't mind some"
"how about us? we caught you!" jihyun laughed and nudged namjoon.
"you guys too!"
taehyung poked his head from behind, pouting.
"i'll treat you all chicken!" she exclaimed making us laugh.
we were able to take her back to her house and her parents literally bawled their eyes out, thanking us so many times.
she will be getting medical treatment for her legs and hands which were bruised and also to check her neck for any damage.
"hyunah is okay now!" jihyun exclaimed, scribbling out hyunah's name on the list.
"mina, chaeyoung, jimin and the next person to go missing tomorrow needs to be saved" i muttered.
