Carmaine arrived at Pearson International Airport and her long time friend/confidante Lyn picked her up...

Lyn: Are you up for dinner? Korean, Japanese?

Lyn: Ok, you sleep in separate rooms?

Lyn: (shaking her head) I still don't know how you endure this..So what do you do to keep busy?
Carmaine: Well, I'm still able to help my Dad with the business, and that's why I'm here, to check up on one of our food franchise here...

Lyn: So, the pad is booked for you for two weeks, it's not easy to run an Air BNB business...
Carmaine: Come on Lyn, you're doing a good job, who knows I might just sell you my portion of that Pad...
Lyn: Hoy, I can't afford it 'no...I pull out Yaya Domeng from her retirement so she will be helping you out if you need anything..
Carmaine: You didn't have to do that, I can manage myself...

The next morning Carmaine woke up with a smell of bacon and pancake...

Both are very happy to see each other...
Yaya Domeng or Yaying (the family's terms of endearment to her) was a long time nanny/housekeeper of the Mendez family, she took take care of all the Mendez children. She travels with them everywhere they go. She met and married a Canadian widower..while she was vacationing with the Mendez family in Canada..

It's been almost a little over a month since she last saw Rix, never heard from him and she always wonder how he's been.. they made no promises but they both believe that if the right time comes, it will surely happens. She misses him...then her phone rang...
Arman: Hello, Hi Carm, how's your flight?
Carmaine: It's good, listen, I'll stay here in Canada for two weeks...instead of one week...
Arman: That's fine, I will be flying to Spain in a week so I'll be in touch..
Carmaine: Ok, have a safe flight...
Yaying was looking at Carmaine while cleaning up the table...
Yaying: Kung alam ko lang yang plano ng magaling mong ama, tinampal ko sa pwet yan..
Carmaine laughed at Yaying's comment...

Rix: She just didn't want to pursue it, basta kung mapag-uusapan daw ng maayos, i-settle na lang daw, she just want to move forward with her life, she wants to go back to the Philippines...for good....
Martha: Maybe she realized that it's time to look after herself this time, all her life it's always been her husband, her children, she lost herself somewhere..

Martha: Siguro, not sure... I want to fall in love Rix but I just let my heart beats if the right one comes along...you just listen to you heart, I mean literally...ok, don't get me wrong.. you fell in love, twice but Rix, did you ever tried to listen to your heart? kasi it won't lie to you, yung iba kasi they mistakenly think that they're in love but the truth, I think is, they fell in love with the idea of falling in love? ignoring the hearts desire....
