Okay so... Remember on chapter 22 or something? I mentioned something about a gala if you don't remember then... Read it again! *evil laughter* no jk okay so let's get this started!!

-Todoroki's POV-
It was quite surprising that Midoriya let Izumi come with me. I knew he was very protective of her, my brothers and I probably would too if a random guy asked Fuyumi out. I would usually just ignore my old man about this gathering, but the old man did agree to let me bring my preferred date. He already knew who I was going to take but I'll make sure to wipe that smirk on his face at the gathering.
"Shocchan!! Sorry to make you wait! I had to help Recovery Girl." I smiled holding my hand for her to take. "Todoroki-kun... If anything and I mean anything... Happens to Micchan I'll make sure you won't hear the end of it..." I nodded and said with all seriousness "Rest assured Midoriya, I'll make sure Izumi will be safe at all costs." Izumi was silently smiling waving at her brother, while her brother glared one last time before continuing his walk home. "Should we have brought him along with us? He looks kinda... Sad?" I walked beside Izumi holding her hand in mine. "I guess... But if I was the one in his place then I'd also be sad. We used to call ourselves the two musketeers! (We happy few reference) There was never a time where we were away from each other... I guess we both got used to it, and now... We feel like we're drifting apart... But I know that as long as onii-chan's happy I'll be happy too!" she's so pure, both of them are so kind. "I'm sure he feels the same to you too. But as the older brother, I'm sure he'll be very protective when it comes to guys wanting to date you."
The walk didn't take that long, we arrived at a boutique and I asked for an assistant. "Excuse me, could you help find a dress for her? It's for a gala" I gestured to Izumi - who was looking at the different dresses- which the assistant giggled. I, of course was confused, what was so funny? "Right this way ma'am." I hope this won't take too much time. I promised Izumi's mom that I'll bring her home by 8 pm. "Here we are!" I turned my attention to the drawing curtains and I couldn't help but smile as I saw Izumi.
"You look very adorable and perfect Izumi. But... I think that reveals to much of your skin. Hold on..." I took my phone out and took a picture, once I finished the curtain closed again. My face felt like it was burning, but it was a good kind of feeling. "How about this one!"
"Hmmm" "I feel like I'm in a cocoon... But it's cute!" *click* another no I guess...
"Shocchan?" "Yes, I will marry you." *click* "You're nose is bleeding!!"
"You look like a medieval teacher" "I know right!" *click*
"I feel like I'll trip..." "Yeah..." *click*
"I like this one!!" "You look beautiful in every dress though. Let's ask your brother for an opinion" *click*
After I sent Midoriya all the pictures he called me and blew a fuse. Though his mother interrupted and said that the last one looked gorgeous. "Shocchan! Will you be matching my dress?" I gave a smile, "No I don't think I can. My old man already got me a suit"
-timeskip to the Gala!!-
I was waiting for Izumi by their apartment door, 'should I ring the door bell now?' I was about to ring it but before I could, Izumi came out wearing the dress her mother likes the most. Since she wore a dark- almost black- green dress, I wore a simple suit that I picked. I had a blue tie too, though I kinda wanted Izumi to tie it for me. Fuyumi said it would make us closer. "Todoroki-kun... I'm gonna trust Micchan with you so... Please take good care of her." I haven't seen Midoriya's eyes that serious since the Sports Festival. "Don't worry, I'll make sure she stays safe." I'll make sure she'll be safe at all times.
"Shocchan... Where your ti-- oh here it is! We should tie it now before we get there." I sat still as Izumi wrapped the tie and made so many knots I lost track on where to untie. "There!" I looked down and couldn't help but chuckle. "I-I kind of expected that you could tie this normally... Haha" she pouted at me, and crossed her arms. "But that's what onii-chan taught me! I don't even know how to tie a tie... Unless it's a bow tie!!" oh how adorable can you get Izumi?
We arrived at the gala, I taught Izumi how to tie a simple formal tie on the way and she insisted to redo the tie. I was in a good mood, even though it was unbearably boring, Izumi made it seem livelier here. "Todoroki-san!!" I turned my head to the person who called me and to be honest I don't even know who she was. "Are? You don't remember me? How disappointing. You danced with me last year remember?" I tried ignoring her, but for some reason she won't let go of my arm. "Could you let me go now? It's quite uncomfortable. I don't even remember dancing with you. " (SAVAGE!!)
I once again tried to get my arm away from her but she's really persistent. "Aw come on, don't be like that. Let's have some fun and catch up on things" She blinked get eyes rapidly, it was making me very uncomfortable. "Shocchan! Macaroons!" I stiffened at the word. 'I can't let her have too much sweets tonight...' I forcefully took my arm away from the clingy girl and made a beeline towards Izumi. "Izumi, you can't have too many sweets alright?" She pouted and looked at me with those adorable emeralds. "I can't have more?" 'Is this what they call puppy dog eyes? Why are you doing this to be Izumi?'
"Who is this girl?" a shrill voice interrupted my thoughts and I couldn't help but to roll my eyes. Izumi was still giving me the puppy eyes while the clingy girl was glaring at her. This action stirred a feeling of protectiveness inside of me. "Hey! Don't ignore me bitch!"
-3rd POV-
The moment those words came out from the girl's mouth, Todoroki couldn't help but give a heated glare. Pulling Izumi to his chest, Todoroki confidently declared "She's the love off my life. So I'll only warn you once. Do. Not. Come. Near. Us. Ever. Again." this declaration made the girl stomp away fuming. Honestly... Why are spoiled rich girls so flirty?
The night for both our icy-hot male and broccoli woman was quite eventful. Izumi had fun dancing with Todoroki, and who's to say he didn't enjoy their time together too? The both of them even encountered Yaoyorozu, they had quite a chat and if you looked very closely; you'd notice that whenever Todoroki wasn't with Izumi, Yaoyorozu would always shield Izumi from guys who tries to flirt with our oblivious broccoli woman. Like a silent agreement between the two. But alas, one managed to get Izumi's attention from the sweets laid out. "Hi there! How was heaven when you left it?" ah... A pick up line. The lad looked up wanting to see the red blush on Izumi's face, but instead he got a teary Izumi. "Izumi d-- what's wrong?" Todoroki quickly went to check on Izumi but she was now sniffling. "T-that guy is so mean... He said I won't go to heaven... hic..."
Welp... That night was very very eventful. I'm sure Todoroki will never forget the moment they spent together.
