I was back home in a house full of nothing but love and joyful smiles with cheerful laughs. My baby and I were gathered around family and friends whom showed love and support. We were truly blessed. I was getting ready in my room to join the rest for a small celebration. They were urging to hear what I had decided to name my baby. I wanted it to be a surprise announcement after we all ate the delicious food my mother cooked for us. However they all didn't agree and I was practically forced into spilling the name out as soon as I was done changing. I smiled at myself as I looked at my reflection in the mirror. While I touched my belly I couldn't help but feel somewhat empty. I missed having her inside me stretching her little legs or kicking me with her little feet. I loved it all and I missed it too but now I could actually touch her. I could kiss her face and body endlessly. Just by the thought of wrapping my arms around her again and smelling her pure sweet scent made me rush back to her.
Rose- There she is!!!
Ashanti- Girl you took way too long!!!
Amy- But it's okay because we are all here enjoying our little niece!! Right Jean?
Jean- You really did an amazing job Jazmin..She is stunningly delightful...Just like her auntie!
Amy- Aw baby that's why I love you!..

John- Whatever it is..It will be amazing my little boxer..
Jazmin- Thank you dad...Okay well her name is...
Rose- Shh!!...Wait!..I think you should tell her first..
Jazmin- Tell my daughter first?
Rose- Yes..When I had you I carried your little body against my beating chest and as I whispered your name to your little soft ear..I also gave you my blessing...I feel like you should do the same sweetheart.
John- Your mother is right..It will be something we will remember along side with you..
Amy- We will make sure she knows about this sweet moment you shared with all of us..
My mother walked towards me and gently placed my baby in my arms. As I carried her small fragile body against my chest, I breathed in her sweet aroma. I smiled sweetly and leaned to her ear. As I whispered her name to her a giggle escaped her lips. They all gasped and laughed in amazement. I stared at her as if I had won the most desired treasure in the world. I couldn't believe how beautiful she was. Her sky blue eyes stared back to mine. I could see my reflection in them as she playfully grabbed onto one of my fingers. After I gave my blessing I reached over to her forehead and placed a soft gentle sweet kiss. Suddenly I felt an arm over my shoulder. Miles carefully reached over and gave her a kiss on the forehead. Then he respectfully gave me one as well. I heard the viewing crowd gasp in awe as we looked into each others eyes. I interrupted the moment to finally announce the mystery name to everyone.
Jazmin- Say hello to the newest member of this Family..To my favorite ocean eye'd princess..Aquamarine.
Amy- Oh my gosh! That is such a beautiful unique name!
Jean- I agree. Congrats Jazmin.
Rose- Well it's definitely very unique..She will love it.
John- *Smiles...Just like we all love her.

As we walked outside I noticed he was acting a bit strange. I had my reason as to why I named her that. Though I couldn't help but notice it didn't make Miles happy. He actually looked a bit bothered. I wanted to ask him but he beat me to it. "You don't have to say anything Jazmin" he said to me as he took a seat on the front steps of my door. I followed sitting next to him. "No matter what she will always remind me of James" I replied as I held his hand in mine trying to get his attention.
Miles- Just answer one question...Is the name related to the night you almost drowned?
Jazmin- He saved me from drowning..That night our destiny's crossed...I met the guy I madly fell in love with..He gave me the most precious gift..My little angel..The name Aquamarine is a sign of all the love that was held inside of us when we created her..It's connected to the Ocean..The place where we first met..
Miles- Her name has a lot of meaning..
Jazmin- I'm sorry if this is difficult for you to hear Miles..
Miles- Don't apologize...I am still your friend you can always talk to me about anything..
Jazmin- I just can't help but think that it somehow bothers you..
Miles-....(I wrapped my arms around her..Hugging her tightly)...You amaze me...
Jazmin- *Chuckles....How could I possibly amaze you?
Miles- Here you are worrying about my feelings when you clearly have all these emotional feelings bottled up inside all regarding James..Yet you worry about making me feel bad?
Jazmin-...I guess I am pretty amazing..(I winked at him as I hugged him back)
Miles- Haha...That's more like it..Don't worry about me Jazmin...I'm fine..I told you I have patience and you are worth the wait.
Jazmin- Thank You Miles..For being so comprehensive..
The day ended with all of us gathered together laughing and enjoying my mother's tasty desserts. After a long day I was drained with tiredness so I said my goodbyes and headed to bed. However my Mother stopped me and said "You have a new room to walk into". I confusingly watched her as she took me by the hand and walked me into what use to be my Fathers desk room. I gasped in amazement as we walked inside. Right next to a bed was the most beautiful baby crib my eyes had ever seen. I dropped my mouth open in surprise as I looked around clearly taking notice of the complete makeover that it was given.
Rose- Don't you like it?
Jazmin- Do I like it?...Mom I LOVE IT!!!...But I will miss my bedroom...
Rose- Don't worry as soon as Aquamarine could sleep alone she'll take this bedroom and you can have yours back..
Jazmin- I truly love it thank you so much!!
John- Well your mom sure as hell did too..You should have seen her earlier we couldn't take her out of the room...It had to take Jake and I both to pull her out..
Rose- Ugh John!..There you go spilling it out..
Jazmin- Wait Dad did you just say Jake?..Did he do all this?
Rose- Honey he did but he didn't want you to know..It was his gift to your baby...He had the entire bedroom renovated before you got home..
Jazmin- Why didn't he want me knowing?
John- He didn't say..Just respect his decision of doing things this way..
Jazmin- I will but I still have to thank him..I mean this is all so much...
Rose- *Smiles...He said you would say that..He also said his answer to that would be "It's a perfect fitting for a Princess"..I think he still cares you know..Maybe if..

Jazmin- Please don't continue mom...I told you Jake and I are completely done..That chapter of my life has ended..Still I do appreciate his kind gesture..He has always had a big heart no matter how ugly people could be towards him..
John- If you say that because of what happened between you both...You have apologized enough my little boxer..No more..All you have to do now is give him time and space.
I smiled as I looked around the royal room that now I would be sharing with my treasure. Jake was indeed right. It was a perfect fitting for a Princess. I couldn't wait to have my first night with her in my arms all too myself. No more nurses coming in to take her away from me. No more sharing her with others. I laid in my bed with her in my arms. Gently tracing her eyebrows nose and lips admiring her beauty. As she slept she looked like the most beautiful angel my eyes were blessed to see. A tear of happiness rolled down my cheek. "You give my existence a whole new meaning..Aquamarine I want you to know from this day on I will live only for you..To make you happy and cherish you for the rest of my life..My biggest Joy".
