The party was massive! i swear he said he was having a 'small' party. If this is small then my family is sane. although Charlotte can be quite sane too. Just earlier i'd seen her for a bit when i was watching toy story... again.
'Hey Charlotte' i said smiling at her
'Hey' she replied coming over to me and sitting down next to me
'how was Annie's?' i asked
'Awful!' She stated grimacing
'that bad?'
'Worse, the whole place smells like cat pee' she said wrinkling her nose
'lovely' i said doing the same
'i swear she has about fifty cats' she said rolling her eyes, i smirked as i thought about Harry wanting that many cats.
'What's so funny?' Charlotte asked me
'Don't tell Harry about her' i said
'your friend Harry?' she asked curiously
'yeah'
'Why?'
'Because he loves cats, and will ask Annie to marry him' i laughed, Charlotte's mouth dropped open in shock
'but she's like, ninety!' she said in disgust
'he won't care, he thinks age is just a number' i shrugged, Charlotte still looked surprised
'but... she's ninety'
'yes' i nodded
'Harry's a perve'
'i know' i agreed
'he has issues' she nodded
'oh yes, he does' i laughed
'he's really good looking' She said quickly looking away from me
'ye-what?' i asked, it was my turn for my mouth to drop open in shock
'i think it's his curls' she giggled, i groaned
'don't fall for him, you're too good for him'
'I won't i think he might be gay, and if not, he only likes ninety year old lady's that smell like cat pee and tuna'
'Harry isn't gay' i said thoughtfully, was he?
'well then the latter' she laughed before jumping up and skipping off to her room.
She's a great girl, and we get on well. but sometimes i can see a lot of mum in her. It's scary!
'Liam' Harry said punching my arm
'hmm?' i asked looking away from the ground which i didn't know i was staring at
'you blanked out for a bit then' he said chuckling nervously
'oh, did i?'
'mhmm, i was calling your name for at least a minute' he said while picking up a can of coke. It being a Thursday there was no alcohol, just tons of alcohol and one big pool, not to mention the trampoline. Harry and i loved that thing.
'Hey Guys, vas happenin'?' Zayn asked coming over to us
'this party is well sick mate' harry said punching Zayn in the arm
'Hey Liam, that girl over there was just checking you out, why don't you go talk to her' Harry said pointing at a young brunette girl who looked to be in the year below me.
'err'
'Come on, Li. Live a little' Zayn said, i groaned internally. I was awful around girls, even Danielle! and she was one of my closest friends.
I sighed and began walking over to her, knowing Zayn and Harry wouldn't get off my case otherwise.
'Hey' I said awkwardly leaning against the fence
'hi' She said back raising an eyebrow
'so what's your name?' i asked
'Kimberly, yours?' She asked looking around the garden
'Liam' i said just as she perked up and grinned and waved to someone, i turned around and saw her waving to a group of three girls and two boys.
'lovely meeting you Luke, bye' she said before rushing over to her friends
'Liam' i whispered before trying to find Harry or Zayn, but neither were in sight. I sighed to myself and went to sit down on a deck chair.
Sometimes i wish people would notice me and i just wish that i wasn't so awkward.
