This is one of my Works in Progress, so it has not been professionally edited yet. I wrote it when I was sixteen and I'm currently refurbishing it. Trust me, it needed it, I'm cringing at some of the mistakes and helping the characters shine better. Don't let that scare you, trust me I'm only posting the good verison up! I am considering a name change eventually too.

Martinique is an island where the sand is white and the water is a crystal blue. It might look like a paradise, but for Elizabeth looks are deceiving. She is poor, living with her father, and works at the port. On a regular day she was working on a ship when her path crossed with Sly's, a pirate. After that day things change for the worse, her father dies, she loses her house, and her job without any idea what to do she decides to finally take her life in her own hands. Elizabeth decides to follow her life long dream, and becomes a pirate.
