I woke up the next day with a smile on my face. I grabbed my phone off my nightstand and saw that I had a text from Steph.

Good morning babygirl, how did you sleep?
Good morning☺️ I slept well, how about you?
I got out of bed and walked into the bathroom as I waited for his reply. I used the bathroom, washed my hands, and splashed some water on my face. My phone pinged and I ran back into my room and grabbed it.
Steph
I slept well, what're you doing today?
I bit my bottom lip, it was a Saturday so I really had no plans. Probably to do some chores this morning.
Nothing, do you have something in mind?
Steph
You know that little diner near the stadium?
Yeah.
Steph
Meet me there at four and wear something nice.
Can I know what we're doing?
Steph
Nope, its a surprise baby😉

"Chassy" A knock on the door said interrupting my texts with Stephen.
It was my sister Courtney's voice.
"Come in Court" I said to her.
The door opened and she came in with a sad look on her face.
"What's wrong?" I asked her.
"Dylan h-he broke...u-up with m-me" Courtney said as tears filled her eyes.
"Aww I'm sorry Courtney" I said to her opening my arms. She ran into my arms I held her on my lap. Even though Courtney is thirteen she and Dylan had been talking since they were ten. He asked her to be his "girlfriend" when they were eleven. "How did it happen?" I asked her.
"He posted a picture of Maria Sanchez and him on his snap and put a heart around their hands and I slid up on his story and sent a question mark and he said sorry it's over" She sobbed.
I will never understand pre-teen relationships. Well mainly because I didn't have my first boyfriend till I was fifteen.
"I'm so sorry Court, he's a jerk for breaking up with you over snap. He's a coward for that and don't worry I know Maria's sister and she's a hoe and maybe the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree" I said to her making her smile.
"Thanks Chas" She said hugging me.
"No problem no go take a bomb ass selfie and post it on insta and show stupid Dylan what he's missing" I said to her.
Courtney got off my lap and ran back into her room.I got out of bed and slid my slides on. I walked downstairs and saw Carter and Candice talking while eating cereal.
"Did you get did you get it?!" Carter asked running up to me.
"Did I get what?!" I asked him.
"Did you not read my text that I sent you yesterday?" He asked me.
"I guess not what did it say?" I asked him.
"I asked you to try and get me a jersey from the store and maybe get a signature from one of the players" Carter groaned.
"I'm sorry Carter I didn't see the text and I didn't even get to meet some of the players" I said lying.
There was no way I was gonna tell him I met Steph.
"Ugh I can't count on you for nothin' man" He mumbled sitting down in his chair and continuing to eat his cereal.
I rolled my eyes and sat down next to Candice who was eating her cereal quietly.
"How are you?" I asked her.
"Good" She replied.
"That's good" I said making me a bowl of cereal. I sat down at the table and started to eat. The front door opened and I heard Sabrina's loud voice.
"Hey second family" She yelled.
"In the kitchen" I yelled. Sabrina and I have a key to each other's houses just in case anything were to happen and we had to get inside.
"What's up y'all" She said sitting down.
"Why you gotta be so loud?" Carter said covering his ears.
"Boy shut up you're irrelevant" I said. Carter rolled his eyes and continued to eat his cereal.
"Hi Sab" Candice said.
"Hey lil mama" She said giving her a hug. "Where Courtney at?" She asked.
"Upstairs, Dylan broke up with her" I said. Carter stood up from his chair and slammed his hand down on the table making us jump.
"Imma kill that son of a-" Carter was cut off when I arched an eyebrow at him. "Imma kill him" He said.
"Mhmmm" I hummed.
"Imma go check on her I can tell she's hurting. It's a twin thing you wouldn't get it" Carter said getting out of his chair and walking upstairs. I laughed and continued to eat my food.
Candice got up and walked out the kitchen.
"Soooo" Sabrina said smirking.
"So what?" I asked her.
"How are you and your boo thang" She said.
"I don't got no boo thang" I said to her.
"Girl stop playin, you know who I'm talking about" She said.
I laughed, "Okay okay, I am meeting up with him today" I said to her.
"When?Where?" She asked.
"You know that little diner near the stadium?" I asked her.
"Oh yeah Johnsons Cafe" She said.
"Yeah thats the one" I said to her.
"Aw its a date" She said to me.
"Girl shut up , we are just two friends hanging out" I said to her.
"Shut up its a date" She said.

"What should I wear?" I asked Sabrina.
"Wear that orange crop top with your high waisted blue jeans" She said.
"Girl you right!" I said to her. "But what shoes?" I asked her.
"White vans" She replied.
I nodded my head and went into my closet grabbing the clothes. I laid them out on my bed and then went to the bathroom to take a shower.
After I got out the shower I put the clothes on and stared at myself in the mirror. I walked out of the bathroom and did a little pose for Sabrina.
"How do I look?" I asked her.
"You look cute sis, you are serving looks" She said.
"What should I do with my hair?" I asked her.
"Bun" She said not looking up from her phone. I placed my hair in a bun and added some light makeup to my face.
"Done" I said to her. I looked at myself in the mirror and smiled.
"You look good sis" Sabrina said.
"Thanks for the outfit tips Sab" I said to her.
"No problem, now go see your man" She said to me.
"Bro he's not my man, we are just friends" I replied.
"Whatever you say" She shrugged. I laughed as I grabbed my purse and placed it on my shoulder.
"Are you sure you're okay with babysitting the three C's?" I asked referring to my siblings.
"Girl I gotcha, now go enjoy your time with your NBA star boo" She said to me.
I blushed and smiled, "Thanks sis, I owe you one" I said to her.
"No problem" She replied.
We both walked downstairs and into the living room where all my siblings were.
"Alright guys, Sabrina is watching you while I got out for a bit" I said to him.
"Oh my gosh are you going on a date?!" Courtney exclaimed.
"Noooo" I said to her.
"Oh my gosh you lyin" Carter said.
"Shut up, its none of your guys business where I'm going" I said to them.
"Mhmmm" Courtney said giving me the 'look'.
"Bye y'all" I said grabbing my car keys and walking outside. I opened the car door and got in. I started the car and made my way to meet Stephen.

I got out of the car and spotted Steph's car. I walked to the car and opened the passengers seat getting in.
"Hi" I said to him.
"Hey" He replied looking me up and down. I blushed and looked down at my lap. He was starting to make me nervous. "You look beautiful" He said to me.
"Thank you" I said to him.
"Do I make you nervous?" He asked me.
I looked at him, "Well yeah, I mean you're you" I said to him.
"What is that supposed to mean?" He asked me.
"You're Stephen Curry, fine ass guy with a big heart and two championship rings" I said to him.
"You think I'm fine" He smirked. I looked away from him. Steph grabbed my chin with his fingers and whipped my head back around to face him.
"Steph you already know I think you're fine" I said to him.
"I want to hear you say it" He said to me.
I groaned.
"Say it" He said to me.
"You are a very fine man" I said to him. Steph leaned over and pecked my cheek.
"Thank you" He whispered.
I adverted my eyes away from him and twiddled my thumbs, "So are we going to go eat somewhere or sit in this car?" I asked him.
"I got us a private reservation somewhere" He said.
"Where?" I asked him.
"Relax and I will take you there baby girl" He smirked. I leaned back and put my seatbelt on. He placed his hand on my thigh and my body tensed up.
I had a tingling sensation running through my body and I think Stephen felt it too because he glanced over at me.
"Stop staring at me" I giggled.
"Why? Do you feel intimidated" He asked as he wiggles his eyebrows.
"You are so weird" I said pushing his face away. Stephen focused his attention on the road and gripped my thigh lightly.
I could get used to this.
