Everyone was looking at Laksh who was passing them "what" look.
Laksh: why you all are looking at me like this?
Arjun: arre, guys we are looking at the wrong person. We should look towards bhabhi😂.
All nods and shifts their gazes to Ragini.
Even Laksh was looking at her.
Girl: mam, what's the name we have to write?
Everyone smirks and starts pulling Ragini's leg.
Ryan: ha bhabhi say it.
Misha: di, tell them jiju's name.
Swara: di, they are waiting for your answer.
Ragini glares them.
Ragini: why don't you guys tell them the name?
They shakes their heads. Aryan was watching everything with a confused look.
Ragini: why?
Sanskar: because she asked you not us.
Everyone shrugs. Ragini looks towards them irritated.
Aryan: what's going on?
Ryan: just wait and watch.
Ragini (thinks): god, what's this? I never called him by his name in front of him. I'm feeling so nervous. Ragini you are so stupid, what's there to feel nervous? You just need to say a word. What's the big deal? But it's not just a word it's his name. My life's name.
Ragini: how can I?
Arjun: come on bhabhi say it. Don't behave like a typical bhartiya naari "I can't say my would be husband's name" types.
He says acting like a girl.
Everyone giggles and get's glares from Ragini. She looks towards Laksh who was already looking at her. Both shares an eye contact.
Laksh (thinks): why I'm so excited to hear my name from her?
All: come on di/bhabhi.
Ragini looks at them then at Laksh who was looking at her curiously.
Swara: di, don't say Mr Maheshwari. Please...
Everyone chuckles including Laksh.
Arjun: and not Akdu as well.
All laughs and Laksh glares him.
Ragini closed her eyes and Laksh's face was coming in front of her.
Ragini (still closing her eyes and smiling): LAKSH
Everyone claps.
A shiver ran into Laksh's body hearing his name from her mouth for the very first time.
Laksh (thinks): what was that? She just said my name!! Why I'm feeling goosebumps? Just shake it off Laksh.
All: finally😂
Arjun: bhai, how are you feeling hearing your name from bhabhi?
He asks raising his eyebrow. Laksh glares him as usual.
The function continues. Music in slow volume was playing in the background.
Ragini's mehendi was completely done. She was looking at her sisters who were laughing and enjoying with the brothers and Aryan. A tear escaped from her eyes.
Laksh notices that. He get's up from his place and goes towards her. He sits beside her.
Ragini didn't look at him because she knew who the person is. She can feel him.
Laksh (calmly): what happened?
Ragini: how they'll live without me? Who'll take care of them?
Her eyes were flowing with tears.
Laksh: look at me.
Ragini looks at him. She was about to wipe her tears but stopped realising that her hands were filled with mehendi.
Laksh notices it and he wipes her tears.
Laksh: I can understand. It's very difficult for you to leave your sisters. Even I can't imagine a single day without my brothers.
Ragini: after ma papa I was always there for them but tomorrow afterwards...
Why always a girl have to leave her house, her family for the boy?
Laksh sighs.
Laksh: how do I know?
Ragini: it will be good na if boy will leave his house and live at the girl's house.
She says cutely. Laksh widens his eyes.
Ragini: then you'll be the one to come to my house leaving your brothers.
She says chuckling. Laksh shakes his head.
Ragini: waise bhi my papa always wanted my husband to become a ghar jamai😂.
Laksh looks at her horribly.
Laksh: achcha, what are the other things your papa wanted in your husband?
He asks raising his eyebrow. He was trying to divert her mind.
Ragini: uhm, he wanted my husband to be smart, intelligent, good looking, successful, well behaved and mature. I don't remember other things.
She says biting her tongue.
Laksh (widening his eyes): there are more?
Ragini nods.
Laksh: waise, you got all the qualities your father wanted to be in your husband in me. Right?
He asks raising his eyebrow and a smirk on his handsome face.
Ragini: I don't want to say it but that's the truth.
Laksh shrugs his shoulders showing attitude.
Ragini: even I got one thing in bonus.
Laksh looks at her confused.
Ragini: your anger!!
Laksh just rolls his eyes.
Laksh: your father's wish is fulfilled. Isn't it?
Ragini nods.
Laksh: but not my mom's.
Ragini looks at him confused.
Ragini: what was your mom's wish?
Laksh: she wanted my wife to be beautiful, intelligent, calm, a little shy, responsible and last but not the least MATURE.
He said the last word with more force😂.
Ragini huffs.
Ragini: you mean to say that I'm not having any of these qualities.
She asks with anger filled tone. Laksh nods.
Laksh: you got my point.
Ragini: shut up!! I'm having all these qualities.
Laksh: I don't feel so.
Ragini: huh, leave it. I don't find it necessary to show you my qualities.
Laksh smiles a little but Ragini didn't notice that. She was looking at her mehendi.
Ragini: my mom used to say one thing.
Laksh: what's that?
Ragini: that the color of a girl's mehendi signifies how much her husband will love her. The more dark is the color of the mehendi the more your husband will love you.
She looks towards Laksh saying this.
Silence prevailed in between the two. They were just looking at each other.
Just then they heard the music.

They sees Aryan dancing along with the three sisters.
Laksh smiles looking at them. Ragini too was enjoying.
They were dancing happily. Just then the three brothers too joined them. All were dancing enjoying it to the fullest.
Ryan and Sanskar goes towards Raglak. Ryan takes Ragini while Sanskar pulls Laksh in the centre.
Raglak were standing in the middle and all were dancing around them.

One of the guest from Ragini's side called her. She was leaving towards her when Laksh noticed something. He too goes behind her.
Ragini was talking to her, Laksh was just behind her but she didn't notice it.
Guest: arre, Ragini introduce us to your would be husband.
She says looking at her back.
Ragini too looks back and was surprised seeing Laksh standing just behind her.
Ragini: uhm, yes Mrs Khurana he's my fiancee Mr Maheshwari.
The lady nods and Laksh too greets her.
He was still standing behind, not beside her.
She started leaving and was confused as Laksh was still behind her back following her. He was following her wherever she was going.
Ragini (thinks): what's wrong with him? Why he's following me like this?
She was about to turn towards him but Laksh holds her from back, by her shoulders.
Laksh: don't turn.
Ragini: what happened to you? Why are you following me?
Laksh: just move to a corner.
Ragini (shocked): whaaattt?
Laksh rolls his eyes at her reaction.
Laksh: don't overreact and do as I say.
Ragini nods and moves to a corner.
Ragini: now say, what happened?
Laksh moves his hand towards her back and shows her something in his hand.
Ragini looks at him shocked as it was the dori of her blouse. She smiles awkwardly at him.
Laksh: tie it idiot girl.
He starts leaving saying this.
Ragini: where are you going?
Laksh turns and looks at her.
Ragini: help me with this.
Laksh looks at her shocked.
Laksh: me?
Ragini nods and shows him her hands. Laksh sighs.
Laksh: I'll send any of your sisters.
Ragini: but they too have applied mehendi in their hands.
Laksh holds his head.
Laksh: turn...
Ragini nods and turns.
Laksh goes towards her. He keeps her hair to one side. Then holds both of the doris in his hands and was tying them when his hand touched her back accidentally.
Ragini closes her eyes feeling his touch. Laksh too was feeling something inside him😉. He ties them and immediately steps back.
Laksh: uhm, it's done.
Ragini turns.
Ragini: thank you
Laksh just nods and leaves.
Ragini smiles looking at him. She too goes to the others.
All were sitting and were panting heavily after non stop dancing.
Laksh: so, energy down!!
Everyone nods smiling in between their gasps😂.
Aryan: bro, where you went?
Laksh: no where I was here only.
Naina: di, show us your mehendi.
Ragini shows her hands to everyone, smiling widely.
Misha: the design is so beautiful.
All: ya...
Swara: di, your mehendi has dried now?
Ragini nods.
Naina: then go and clean your hands then we'll do the ritual.
All (confused): ritual?
Misha: ya, the ritual of finding the groom's name in bride's mehendi.
Everyone gave excited looks listening it.
Raglak looks at each other.
