"Where are we going?" I asked my mom. It was about 10 years ago when we were walking one night in New York City. I was 5 years old at that time. "We're going to see an old friend of mine." my mom said, "His house just up ahead." We turned to an alley way and right in front of us was a sewer top. Then my mom opened the top and went down the down the sewer hole. Then she reached out her hands and told me to go down the ladder and she'll catch me. So I went down the ladder and jumped into my mom's arms. Then she climbed up the ladder, grabbed the sewer top and pulled it over the sewer hole. After she did that, she grabbed my hand and walked through the sewers.
A few minutes later, my mom and I arrived at a huge open sewer place where there were binbags, a couch, a tv and very stylish set of doors that were on the right side. "Hamato Yoshi, are you here?" my mom yelled. Then a huge rat came out of the stylish doors. When he came out, he walked over to us and I hid behind my mom with fear. "Hello, Komi," the strange rat man said, "please come in." My mom and I went in the sewer place. "It's really nice to see you again, old friend." my mom said, "I want to introduce you to my daughter, Silver. Silver, can you please come out to meet my friend?" I peeked out from behind my mom and looked at the man. The rat man bent down to see me and said, "Hello, Silver. Don't worry I'm not going to hurt you. My name is Hamato Yoshi, but you can call me Master Splinter, ok?" I nodded. then he said, "Do you want to meet my sons?" I didn't really agree at that but my mom said "Sure." Then Master Splinter went back into the room he was just in before. then a few minutes later, I saw little turtles, they look like my height, coming out of the room that Master Splinter went in. I saw four turtles with different colors, red, orange, purple and blue. Then I saw Master Splinter come out of the room. "Komi and Silver, these are my sons. Raphael, Michelangelo, Donatello and Leonardo." Master Splinter said. "Aww, they're so cute." My mom said, "How old are your kids, Hamato Yoshi?" "They are about 6 years old." "Really? Silver is 5 years old. So they're 1 year older than her." Then Michelangelo said, "Sensei, who are these people?" "This is my old friend, Komi and this is her daughter, Silver." Master Splinter said. "Oh ok." Michelangelo said. "Well, how about we all go into the dojo and have some tea, ok?" Master Splinter said. We all nodded and went into the dojo. A few minutes later, we were having tea and talking about stuff. Then I accidently spilled my tea on the little table. "Oh, I'm sorry." I said. "It's ok, Miss Silver." Master Splinter said, "I'll go get some napkins." Then he got up and went to the kitchen to get some napkins. Then my mom came over to me and asked me to come with her. "Are you ok, Silver?" my mom asked me. "I'm just really nervous and shy right now." I said. "Well its ok," My mom said, "I trust him. He's not going to hurt you, ok?" I nodded and we went back to the table. But when I got to the table, my mess was all cleaned up and Master Splinter was pouring some more tea in my cup. "What happened to my mess?" I asked. "Well when I came back with the napkins, I set them on the table and then Leonardo grabbed the napkins and cleaned up your mess." Master Splinter explained. as I sat down, I looked beside and saw Leonardo because he was sitting beside me. "T-Thank you so much." I said. "I-It's not a p-problem." Leonardo said, stuttering, looking me. After that, everyone was continuing to talk and drink their tea. but then it was time for us to leave, so we got our things ready to go. We were about to leave when I asked my mom to wait and I went to Leonardo. I asked him, "Do you want to be friends?" Leonardo looked shocked and said shouting, "YEAH SURE." I said thank you to him and then I went back to my mom and we were off to go back home.
