when you meet Tyler in the front he is pulling on his shirt. you hear a ding and check your phone it reads:
Hailey: Hannah if you get crushed I warned you...
Hannah: Ill be fine
Then you get another text
Mom: Hey honey, I wont be home until late. Heat up some leftovers. love you
Hannah: Ok mom, Love you too
you look up and notice Tyler looking down at you
"Ya ready?" he says
"yep"
"Do you want to stop and get food?"
"Sure, you pick"
"ok lets go to Mcdonalds then" He laughs
you nod. you guys walked, talked and got to know each other better. you get to Mcdonalds and you pull out your wallet and get $20 out.
"No, Hannah, I got it."
"no its fine"
"seriously I got it"
you roll your eyes and say "Suit yourself"
"Thank you"
you guys split a 10 piece chicken nugget you got a coke and he got a medium Dr. Pepper. You looked up and he was looking at you deeply in the eyes so you trying to break awkwardness grab his drink and take a sip then laugh. He then laughed then took yours. It seemed to be almost too good to be true. you guys finished eating and 3 girls walk in and you roll your eyes. The snobby girl from down the street Gracie and her friends. Tyler looks back and rolled his eyes.
"I almost forgot, didn't you date her?"
"Sadly" he said
she noticed you and him and she walked over leaving her group behind
"Gracie, no one asked for you to walk over here." He says
"well I can so did." she said
"Gracie I dont want another argument please leave."
"Suit yourself" she says while walking away
"Hannah i'm so-"
"No need to say sorry she lives on my street"
not thinking when you got up to throwaway the trash you accidently threw away your cup.
"well I guess that means we are sharing" Tyler laughs
you look over and smile
