I don't mean to always make things complicated
I don't mean to have this messed up heart that's been broken more times then I care to count.
I think the reason I begged you
So many times to stay,
Is because even though I'm troubled,
I wanted you to stand up and be that
One person who never left me
You weren't though
You choose to walk away
Yeah, I may have pushed you away a time or two
Yet, I'm still here
And you're still walking down a narrow road
To a much happier place
I can't blame you honestly
One day I'm sure I'll walk down the road to happiness too..

Is it crazy of me to still hope
