YOONGI POV:
It was the next day.. I think.. I don't know.. I did fall asleep and then woke up and I was still in the same place. But I don't know if it's morning or not.. Its dark..
I'm glad this room has everything.. It had a bathroom and clothes. Normal clothes, surprisingly. Jin brought me food... I really don't know if it's morning. Did he bring me food yesterday? Or just a few hours ago.. Oh my god.. This is so confusing..
I sighed and I just sat on bed.. I actually at first thought Jin was joking about this whole demon thing, and that I was just kidnapped. But um.. Yesterday or a few hours ago, when Jin had the door opened for a few seconds, I caught a glimpse of this demon. He was huge, he had big wings that were big and feathery. It was honestly beautiful. The demon's body was also big and muscular, his arms were veiny and his skin color was a very dark red. His face was scary as hell, it had that stern look, almost remained me of Voldemort but with a nose. He was floating from the ground and I saw a man who looked so innocent beside him. He was small too, but I'm smaller. Tch.
Jin saw me staring so he closed the door. Am I held hostage in here? Did Jin never tell anyone of his demon friends there is a human in a room in this large castle?
Maybe the King didn't agree to spare me and will keep me in here. Jin will keep feeding me so I grow more fat and plumpy, so I can be tender and juicy when they eat me. Then the next coming days I'll be serve while they host a party. My limbs will be on a plate, my head will be in their freezer or whatever. Then while they eat my fingers they'll also be eating another human.
I'm too young to be eaten.. What if Jin comes in here and takes me and ties me like a pig on a stick. They'll put my body over the fire while they roll me on top like a roasted pig. What if-
"Yoongi! I've been calling you for the past two minutes! What are you thinking about?"
I snapped my heads towards Jin who was beside me the whole time. Woah, was I really that worried that I even closed my ears.
"Hey, are you hungry?"
Its starting!
I shook my head and gripped on the bed sheets as I was seated down. I looked down and ignored his stare.
"C'mon Yoongi. You gotta eat, it's already the afternoon."
Then I was shocked. How many hours did I sleep..
"Yoongi, do you have a specific food?"
I hopped on the bed, got on all fours and crawled to the night stand. I got some papers and came back to sit beside Jin.
I'm not hungry.
"Yoongi you should eat. Hoseok even told me you were the lightest human he ever have pulled."
That would be offensive to the other people.
Jin stiffled a laugh and ruffled my hair. I glared and pouted.
"You're so cute, Yoongi!"
Did you tell your King that the human Hoseok pulled is still alive?
"Uh.. I did. Um, he wasn't really happy. You saw right. When he walked passed your room."
I nodded.
"You saw that man beside him?"
Yup.
"That man is his fianceé."
Then my eyes widen. I started to scribble on the paper hastily.
What?! How?! That demon King doesn't even look human! That innocent looking man looks so innocent! And your King.. Is gay?!
Jin chuckled and shooked his head.
"His name is Park Jimin. His family is the second strongest. Our King fell in love with him and asked for his hand in marriage. Our people are all assuming when Jimin gives birth to a child, it will be strongest of all."
Then my eyes wide again, my hands worked again.
But isn't he a man? How can he give birth?
"Yoongi, this is a world of anything that was considered impossible to be possible."
Woah.. So you can give birth?
Jin then laughed and strongly hit me on the back which hurt but I endured it.
"Me? A bottom? Pffft! In my next life if I die!"
So.. You top?
"Of course I do. And plus, I don't think I can give birth. Half our people can give birth here. But I'm one hundred percent I can't."
I nodded understanding.. This is so weird.. This world is. Its not just women who makes the population grow stronger but the men too. That's so weird. Or what if... I started to write my thoughts down.
Are the men who can give birth transgender?!
Jin laughed again.
"No, they are full man. Its just how it works down in this demon world."
Then we were met with silence. This world is actually fair, because back in my world all women complain why they feel most of the pain and that men should feel it too. They should visit here then.
"Kim Seokjin! Come here right!"
I flinched and ducked my head down. The voice was so deep, it was all over my room. It bounce on the walls. Seokjin sighed and rubbed his crease.
"Our King is so rude. That man is younger than me! Geez!"
How old is he?
"He is a hundred and nineteen. He is the youngest to become King."
Wait so he is nineteen? I'm twenty four!
"Our King was twenty four before. This might be hard to explain but we age like how you humans age. We just stay alive because we are immortal. He is in his hundreds. His parents are in their late hundreds."
Woah.. You guys are older than my grandpa and grandma who died. Even my parents who died too..
"Oh.. I'm sorry to hear that.."
If I do bad things will I go to Hell and live here?
"You are so cute Yoongi! And no, this isn't Hell. This is just a dark demon world. Hell is different, but our King was born in Hell. Here let me tell you, this world is like your world. There are many different countries. And Hell is considered a country in this world. Right now, we live in Tenebris. The Hell you're talking about is way under our world. We just have a country named Hell."
Wait. But you said your King was born in Hell?
"Oh, when our Kings mother was pregnant with him, she had a labour in Hell while visiting her friend. So she have birth to him there even though his parents are originally from Tenebris."
What does Tenebris mean?
"It's darkness in Latin. Now you know why it's so dark everywhere. Even outside. Our country Tenebris is the darkest one of all."
(A/N: Just saying.. I don't know any Latin😂I just went to the translations and it looked good for a country name in a demon world😂)
Your world is so interesting. Where was your King's fianceé born?
"Hell."
Jin simply said.
So does that mean Jimin.. Was it..? Will be mean and strong?
"Yes, mostly when he is mad. But he is a very sweet man!"
Oh thank god.. Did he say anything when you mentioned me to the King?
"Actually, Jimin was excited to meet a human. He said he wants to make friends with you, but our King is very possessive and doesn't want his fianceé to meet another man."
He does sound sweet! But when I saw your King he was in his form right? How come Jimin wasn't?
"Our King just came back from a battle. Jimin came to greet him. And Jimin can transform too. And me too."
Oh, so your King has a human form, right? If no, then thats just sad for the sweet boy.
"Yup! Very handsome! You might not know this, but us demons use this form while we go to your world. Everytime Jimin and our King visits, all eyes are on them. Our King and Jimin are very handsome. But I'm more handsome."
Woah! You guys have been in my world?!
Jin nodded squeezing my cheeks until I slapped it away and glared. He chuckled and ruffled my hair.
"We demons are always in your world. You just don't know."
I mean how would we. You guys look like humans and its rude to suddenly shout out 'look mom! Its a demon!' In public.
Jin laughed again. Now that I'm hearing his laugh.. Its very funny to listen to.. His laugh sounds like a window when being wiped. Funny.
"Now that I think about it, you never smiled at me. You always had that poker yet shy expression. Can I see your smile?"
Jin asked suddenly exited. I shooked my head and kept my head down. People say my smile is ugly so I never smiled.
I'm ugly when I smile.
"Hey, thats not true."
I am ugly.
"Yoongi, let me ask you. Have you seen your face when you see your favorite food? Or, seen your face when you see the cutest baby and you can't help but coo at it?"
I shooked my head a no.
"Exactly, you tell yourself you're ugly but have you seen your face when you talk about your favourite things? When you look at the stars?"
No..
"It's easy for you to say you're ugly because you've never seen your face when talking about the most simplest smallest moments. You can be ordinary but your smile and everything will always be the most beautiful thing in the whole world."
I don't know what to say.. Speechless? Jin is such a nice person.. I-I.. My throat hurts.. I just stared at Jin in admiration.. He is so kind.. My eyes sting.. My vision went blurry as I see Jin's worried face fade away.. Then it went clear again.. As.. My tears.. Fell..
"Oh, Yoongi.."
I sniffed and hid my face with my hands. Jin came closer and put one arm around me, comforting me.
"Why are you crying..?"
I stayed silent and just hiccuped and sniffed. Maybe it's better staying here than my world. The people there are so cruel, so cruel to the point I thought they were demons..
"Yoongi, face me."
I wiped my tears and sniffed. I looked at Jin while my tears still streamed down. He sighed and rubbed my back.
"Your people are treating you wrong, huh."
I nodded. I shakliy took the pen and paper in my hands.
They call me ugly and creepy. My adoptive parents locks me in my room so they can eat dinner with their real son. Many told me to kill myself because I'm not even worth living.. But I'm only living because of my real parents.. They told me to live on and become who I want to be.. Ever since my parents died and I got adopted..
My life was turned upside down. I was bullied. I was harassed. Nobody wanted me. Even some of my real family members didn't want me and sent me to the orphanage when I was eight.
I've always thought the people in my world were devil's born kids. They were rude and arrogant. I hated it. And.. They told me not to smile.. Because I'm ugly..
I stopped writing and shakily sighed. I wiped my tears and stared at Jin who was reading what I wrote.
"Your world is so cruel. Our world might be underground and demons lives here, but no one would tell anyone to kill themselves."
Because you can't die.
"Well.. Not entirely. It's true we can't die.. But we can. Our King can kill you. Suicide here exists. If a demon wants to die, they ask the King."
Wow..
"Yeah.. I know this isn't my place to ask.. But why are you mute?"
My breath hitched.. I don't wanna tell him..
I'm not ready..
"Oh, I'm sorry.."
No, don't be sorry. I'll tell you.. Or maybe never since I might die here.
"Yoongi.."
"Kim Seokjin! I've been waiting!"
I flicked from the loud voice. The whole castle shooked. I hope Jin will be okay, we were so into talking we forgot he got called.
"Shit, gotta go! Remember, don't leave this room."
Jin warned. I nodded and wrote on the paper 'I promise'. He left and I was left alone. I wonder if the other demons that live here are nice like Jin..
