Vitamin A: Good for eyes, teeth, and skin; Preformed found in meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products; Provitamin is found in fruits, vegetables, and other plant-based products

Vitamin B12: Immune function, iron absorption, and energy production; Found in animal products including fish, meat, poultry, eggs, milk, and milk products. 

Vitamin C: Strengthening blood vessels, skin elasticity, anti-oxidant function and iron absorption; Found in cantaloupe, orange, grapefruit, kiwi fruit, mango, papaya, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, guava, red pepper, black currant, etc.

Vitamin D: Strong, healthy bones; Found in fatty fish (tuna), orange juice, soy milk, cereals, beef liver, cheese, egg yolks, almond milk, and the sun

Vitamin E: Protection from free radicals and improves blood circulation; Found in vegetable oils (wheat germ, sunflower, corn), nuts (peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts), seeds (sunflower), green leafy vegetables (spinach, broccoli) 

Vitamin K: Blood coagulation; Found in leafy greens such as kale, spinach, turnip greens, chard, cabbage, asparagus, and broccoli

Folic Acid: Cell renewal and preventing birth defects during pregnancy; Found in green leafy vegetables (kale, spinach, parsley, green leaf lettuce), Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, fish, liver, meat, eggs, and cereals 

Calcium: Healthy teeth and bones; Found in seeds, cheese, yogurt, sardines, canned salmon, beans, lentils, almonds, oranges, dried apricots, kiwi, dates, prunes, some leafy greens

Iron: Builds muscle naturally and maintains healthy blood; Found in shellfish, spinach, liver and other organ meats, legumes, red meat, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, dates, berries, raisins, turkey 

Zinc: Fertility, immune and growth; Found in oysters, red meat, poultry, beans, nuts, crab, lobster, whole grains, fortified breakfast cereals, dairy products

Chromium: Glucose function and sustained energy; Found in broccoli, barley, oats, green beans, tomatoes, romaine lettuce, black pepper, brewer's yeast
