Morgan, Andrea, and I were here for a meeting with our manager and label to talk about Charli. Our manager has forced Charli to commit to this meeting. The whole point is that our manager, Gabriel, has a list of commitments we have coming up and if Charli doesn't attend all of them, then we have to drop her from the group and the label. Which means we have to postpone the recording of our album and the song with Colson. I was on the phone with Colson, since he couldn't be here we decided to face time.
"I just can't wait to hear her excuse, Rose"
"Tell me about it, babe. We've all been through break-ups and we've managed to get on with our careers"
"Exactly, by the way"
"By the way, what?"
"You look too hot again"
"L.A has a heatwave at the moment so shorts and a vest top is all I can think off"
"Remember this is a professional meeting"
"I know, which is why you're going to pick out what blazer I should wear. White or Grey?"
"Definitely White. It contemplates your glowing skin"
"Thanks. What are you up to?"
"Rehearsing for our performance tomorrow"
"I wish I could be there. I love watching you perform"
"I know. I love bringing you on stage to sing. What's happening with the album?"
"We have to postpone it and see if Charli can commit to the list of upcoming events we have"
"What does the list consist of?"
"So far, it's only EST Fest and Charli knows how big of a deal that is and also Casie's birthday party, which is happening on the Sunday before her birthday"
"Can't believe my little girl is growing up"
"I know. She has your personality as a crazy person"
"I'm not that crazy"
"You climb onto the stage structures when you're high or drunk as fuck"

"I know. I have to go now, baby. I'll call or text you when I'm out"

We both hung up and I put my phone in my bag. I put my heels on and met up with the girls in by the front door of Colson's L.A home. We got into our car and the driver took us to the studio. The girls and I discussed what was going to be said and spoke about the options Charli has.
~Meeting Time~
Our manager met us outside and greeted us with hugs and went over what was happening.
"Girls, welcome back to L.A. How're the new songs coming along?"
"Perfect. We have a new one ready to record shortly, depending on the outcome from today"
"Rose, how's Colson?"
"Amazing as always"
"Andrea, how's Rook?"
"Perfect in every way"
"Finally, Morgan, I heard you got a new man?"
"Yeah. It's Slim and he's perfectly amazing"
"That's good to hear"
The girls and I tell our manager everything just in case someone brings up anything. He and the girls are the only ones who knew about a bad thing that happened to me just as we were starting out. Not even Colson and the guys knew.
"Morning everyone!"
"Morning!"
We sat down. Charli was sat on the other end of the table. Weird. The girls and I were sat at the other end next to our manager. As soon as we were ready, Steve, our manager started talking.
"Charli. This meeting is taking place due to a lack of commitment to the band. Morgan, Rose, Andrea, and I have got some options for you. The first option being that you commit to upcoming events with the girls and the second option being that you stand up and walk away from this band immediately. If you chose the first option and don't show up then you will be cut from the band and the label"
"That's unfair. I was going through a rough time"
The girls looked towards me and indicated for me to speak.
"Seriously, I get it, you went through a break-up. We've all gone through that Charli. I lost a relationship in my life at the start of our career and I kept going. You can't just shut out your friends when we've been trying to help you"
"You haven't been helping me. I got no phone calls, messages"
"Bull shit. The girls and I tried every fucking day and you ignored us. Even the guys tried contacting you, but you were being a bitch and pushing us away when we've done fuck all towards you. If we had to vote, I'd pull you out of band first thing! Sorry, Steve and girls. Can I step outside?"
"Of course. Take your time"
I stood up and grabbed my bag and walked out and sat down in the lobby. She lied. I can't believe she fucking lied. I wish Colson was here. Even though the girls calmed me down, Colson was just a little bit better. Just on cue, my phone started to ring. It was Colson.
"Baby, Morgan told me you left the meeting"
"Yeah. Charli lied. She fucking lied about all of us not contacting her the whole month. I had to leave otherwise she would've got punched or slapped"
Damn. She actually lied. That's low. How are you?"
"Frustrated. How are you?"
"Tired. Still waiting for our flight to board"
"It's been like 8 hours"
"I know. It's terrible. I just want to see you"
"Hold on"
I pulled the phone away and clicked on the face time button and soon both our faces appeared.
"There's my baby"
"There's my king"
"You by yourself?"
"Yeah. The girls are still upstairs with Steve and Charli. Are you sat by yourself?"
"No. Slim's next to me but he's asleep"
"As always. That man can sleep for days"
"I know. I thought I was bad"
"You can stay awake for days babe"
"True. What are you doing after the meeting?"
"I'll probably go back to the house and eat"
"I like the fact of you in my house"
"Hmm is that so"
"Yep"
"What about our own house in the future"
"100%. That way we can have all the sex we want without people complaining"
"Good point. When do you think we'd get our own house?"
"I'm not sure baby, why'd you ask?"
"Just wondering. I was thinking it would be nice since it's nearly our 1 year anniversary"
"Yeah. We'll see where time takes us and we'll have our own house in no time"
"I can't wait for our 9 month anniversary"
"Same here. I got it all planned out for you baby"
"Really. I trust you on this Colson"
"I got it under control"
"OK. I gotta go. The girls are coming out now. Let me know when you're on your way"
"Will do. Love you"
"Love you"
I hung the phone and greeted the girls.
"So do you want the news?"
"Yes, please"
"The label, Steve and us came to a decision to drop Charli. She lied and turned against, so she's gone"
"Oh god. Are we going to address this news together?"
"Yeah. I thought we could make a video explaining what was going on"
"That sounds good. Wanna go get food and head back to the house"
"Yeah. Oh, can we do the 'In My Feelings' challenge?"
"Hell yeah. Just us girls or with the guys as well?"
"We can do it just us girls and then we can do one with guys"
"Sounds awesome"
We went and got our food, went back to Colson's house and recorded to video in the backyard. It was a good thing that Colson left one of his speakers here. Other than that, the girls and I went in the pool, had dinner, watched some movies, went back in the pool until was dark the lights had come on and then we went to bed. It's the times like this that I love. Just being around the people I love, means alot to me.
