-Reader POV-
"Well we better get settled down for the night, I'll show you to your room; we already got Tae-san's permission for us to stay over for now" Koujaku smiled leading the way.
I followed Koujaku out of the hallway and up the stair case; the room was pretty luxurious considering my situation and all.
"Thanks Koujaku" I smiled softly walking in and having a better look around,"Whoa, there's even a balcony" I grinned softly.
Koujaku grinned softly entering the room, closing the door behind himself; we both walked out onto the balcony, unfortunately the other buildings were abstracting the view but a few stars peeked through.
"Nice view,huh?" he questioned looking up at the few stars that peeked in through the gaps, "It's not bad" I admitted with a smile.
"Koujaku! Bring your friend down here! Dinner!" Tae-san yelled from the kitchen, downstairs.
Koujaku perked up, "Well I guess we better get some dinner before Clear and that beansprout put it away for us" he smiled.
It was weird ,Koujaku was being so kind to me, as if we really did know each other.
-POV Change-
"Yeah,race you down there!" Y/n smiled brightly, racing down stairs.
"H-Huh?Oi,get back here Y/n you cheat!" Koujaku grinned, racing after you.
Y/n introduced himself to Tae-san, Tae-san was cautious but kind none the less; this was a stranger in her house.
As expected of Tae-san, the food was amazing; it felt like everyone was one big family unlike at 'home' .
Everyone would be spread out through out the house eating, or on the rare occasion everyone was at the table there was little to no conversation.
This felt like a real family meal, it overwhelmed Y/n with pure happiness.
Once everyone finished their meal,Clear,Koujaku and Y/n helped out with dishes; leaving Tae-san to go to bed early.
Everyone then gathered into the lounge room for a meeting of sorts.
"What's this about?" Koujaku questioned taking a seat on the lounge,beside Clear and Y/n.
Noiz leaned against the door frame,his arms folded; completely silent.
Mink breathed out a cloud of smoke from his dry lips,he hadn't eaten much ,much a less drank anything; he wasn't much of a social person so it was to be expected.
"Someone needs to keep a close eye on Y/n tomorrow,ever since Toue extended his influence in Midorijima strange things have been occurring; he's more than likely our best hope of returning him home . . . .however . . . ." he took in another breath of smoke.
"Right now isn't the right time,we need to wait for the right opportunity to strike and bring him down" he said in a low voice,his eyes sharp like spears; a glare that would kill a man.
Toue and Mink had some dirt between them didn't they . . . .?
Y/n wanted to ask about it more but,he felt like it was wrong; it was personal business for a start.
"I will! I'll take care of Master!" Clear exclaimed almost jumping out of his seat,raising his hand excitedly.
Mink rolled his eyes, before he could agree with Clear's enthusiastic volunteer; Koujaku spoke up.
"I'll take care of Y/n for tomorrow; I know the area better than most people,he won't be able to escape with me around" Koujaku reasoned,he wasn't going to let this chance slip up.
"Hmph . . . . that is all" Mink huffed softly before he stood up and left the room to retire to his room for the night.
"You're so mean Koujaku-san! I was so excited to look after Master!" Clear pouted,hugging Y/n tightly.
"Better luck next time,Y/n we should probably get settled in for the night; we have a busy day tomorrow" he smiled.
"What's happening tomorrow?" he questioned raising an eyebrow.
"You're coming to work with me,then we'll go exploring and maybe I'll take you out for a treat" he grinned.
"Now you've got me curious!" Y/n grinned with a soft chuckle.
Noiz watched their interactions from afar, something felt odd.
He was a new guy and everyone wanted to interact with him; why?
He didn't understand this,he wanted to find out what made Y/n so tick.
He grunted softly before he too retired to his room for the night.
"Goodnight Clear" Y/n smiled getting up to walk back up stairs,"Goodnight Master,sleep well!" he responded in a bright tone.
"Goodnight!" Koujaku waved to Clear as he too started walking upstairs behind Y/n.
He had to watch over him tonight too,in case he tried to escape.
"Goodnight Koujaku-san!" Clear waved back.
Time Skip: The Next Morning-
Koujaku POV
"Wake up,sleepy head" I said as I shook Y/n; he was such a heavy sleeper.
If he didn't wake up soon he'd be late to work,he wanted to set up shop early so they could get off early so he could show him around.
I got on the bed with a grin,"I'll kiss you if you don't get up now" I teased, hovering over Y/n.
Nothing.
"I'm going in . . . .~" I teased making kissing sounds.
Y/n started tossing about a little,"Mmmmmnnn . . . .5 more minutes" he groaned softly burying his face into the pillow.
I couldn't help but chuckle, getting off the bed ripping the sheets and blankets off Y/n,"5 more minutes and we'll be late, let's get some breakfast".
"I'll see you in 2" I smiled making my way down stairs to the kitchen for a quick bite to eat.
Soon enough Y/n walked into the kitchen with a sleepy expression,groaning softly.
"Good Morning Y/n!' I greeted brightly,he looked adorable all dazed like that.
Wait.
What?
Adorable?
Y/n is a guy--
I must be half asleep too.
That's it.
-Reader POV-
"Morning" I groaned softly taking a sip of some Orange and Mango juice and taking a couple bites of my toast.
This was all new to me.
I usually got up late so I didn't have time for breakfast,I just went about my day.
It was kind of nice though I will admit.
"Thank you for the breakfast, Tae-san!' Koujaku thanked with a smile,"Mmm thank you Tae-san" I thanked with a smile.
"Of course I would feed you,you're guests . . . .but you're welcome" Tae-san's scowl turned up into a smile.
"We'll be leaving now!" Koujaku smiled walking to the genkan to get his shoes on.
I followed him to the genkan, Tae-san followed after us.
"Y/n . . . I had these for a special occasion but I feel like you need them more; I hope they fit you" she placed the shoes on the ground of the genkan.
"I'm sorry! Thank you very much!" I quickly got them on,they were pretty comfy.
From a glance they weren't the kind of thing I would have picked up for myself but,they weren't terrible.
"We're off!" I smiled waving before closing the door behind Koujaku and me.
-Time Skip: After Work-
"Thank you come again~" he grinned winking at a young lady as she walked off with beautiful locks.
Y/n stared at Koujaku with a raised eyebrow, "What? Are you jealous?" he grinned,putting an arm around Y/n.
"Huh?! N-No . . . . it's just,it's not normal for a professional to flirt with a client . . . .it's creepy" he muttered softly,averting his eyes his cheeks a soft pastel pink.
"I'm very professional,I just like reassuring them that I'm here for them at any time for some service" he chuckled with a wink.
"Ewww,stop!" Y/n covered his ears with his hands,"Okay okay" Koujaku laughed as he started packing his equipment.
"Let me show you around my territory" Koujaku smiled,quite proud of his rib team and everything it had achieved.
"Territory?" Y/n asked.
"Mmm,I'll show you what I mean" Koujaku started walking down the street,Y/n followed suet.
They arrived at a brick wall with graffiti,"This is my Rib team, Benishigure; one of the biggest rib teams there are in Midorijima" Koujaku bragged.
"Whoa . . . " Y/n couldn't help but be immersed in the Benishigure Rib art,it was beautiful; simple but beautiful.
Koujaku grabbed a hold of Y/n's wrist and led him down an alley way to where there were a couple of men drinking, chatting and smoking.
Koujaku let go of Y/n's wrist,"This is Benishigure" he smiled.
"It looks a bit empty,is something happening?" Y/n questioned a little worried,Koujaku seemed to love his rib team an awful lot it would be awful if something happened.
"Most of them are on patrol,our territory collides with other rib teams so we have to keep an eye out for any bastards who want a fight" Koujaku smiled as he led Y/n through some more alley ways.
Until Koujaku suddenly stopped in his tracks,something wasn't quite right.
"Koujaku?" Y/n whispered softly under his breath,"Stay behind me" Koujaku demanded in a softly whisper.
"Who's there,show yourself!" he growled, his hand on the hilt of his sword that was on his back.
"You sure like dragging attention to yourself, Koujaku" a familiar voice stated.
Two figures emerged from the darkness,"Tch,I should have known a pair of shady pricks like you would hang around here,Virus and Trip" Koujaku hissed glaring at them.
